today went pretty well. i had only had 330 calories going into lunch and then the only thing i had for lunch were some canned pineapples.
i was super stressed this afternoon because i had my psychiatrist appointment at 5 but when i got there, there was nobody at reception and my psychiatrist didn’t even know i was there until like an hour later. i was deadass almost in tears from stress and found myself wanting to sugar binge to alleviate some of the stress. she finally found me sitting outside her office at like 6:15 though so it ended up being ok.
i went straight there from the gym because i knew if i went home i would find some kind of excuse not to go because i was super exhausted and was coming off of the adrenaline of my appointment. i had the goal of burning at least 500 calories in 2 hours but i was so sluggish from my lack of calories earlier in the day so i only stayed for 1 hr 15 mins and burned 414 calories. i’m honestly ok with that.
for dinner i had some rice pilaf which has a good amount of nutrients, very little sodium, and is very filling. i was worried after the day i had that i would lose control and binge on sugar like i had been wanting to all day, but i committed to having dinner first and a small treat if i still had room after. i ended up not being too hungry after my rice so i had just 2 vanilla wafers.
overall a good day i think! im excited to get back to the gym tomorrow and i hope i’ll have a bit more energy.

i’m absolutely astounded by my progress today. i did a 16 hr fast from last night into this morning and went my entire work shift only having water. it was really hard but im so glad i pushed through.
i had a teeny stumble after the gym today when my bf and i decided to go grab a scoop of ice cream. i normally get sorbet but felt good about the gym so i got cake batter instead. it was good in the moment but i felt bad about it right after. it got even worse after that when we got subway for dinner. at that point, i was disappointed in myself before the calories even went in my mouth. luckily, i only had a few bites and stopped before i was full, then we went on a walk after so that kind of cancelled out my worry.
overall, this was a super great day and i’m really proud about how it went. i’m just going to have to remember that not every day will be like today, especially with classes starting again tomorrow, but i won’t let myself be disappointed if i don’t get the same results and lose the same amount of weight. it’s a marathon, not a sprint!🩵

my secret to my rapid 55 pound weight loss
i dropped from 200 to 145 in under a year, these were my hacks i did through that time to achieve that.
1. CARDIO get at least 10k steps a DAY, pace in one spot in your room if you have too. working out is import too, but i focused on walking mainly and it was more enjoyable for me than working out and i saw more results
2. PROTEIN is so so important, even if it costs you a few more cals. it negates a lot of negative side effects like hair loss and headaches. STAY HYDRATED TOO
3. chia seeds are greatttt for extra fibre in your diet. really my tip here is to get more fibre into your diet in general because if you don’t go to the bathroom you don’t loose anything. gotta keep your insides working so your outsides can look good
4. my ULTIMATE hack was a special dietary tea i drank at least two cups of a day. it’s called “weightless” by the brand traditional medicines. it gets rid of water weight and bloating better than anything
5. apple cider vinegar shots!!! twice a day, once in the morning once at night. helps debloat and gets rid of your appetite really well
6. A MET DAY!! designate one day a week where you eat slightly more calories, that way your body doesn’t go into survival mode and you stop loosing weight. it might feel bad eating more cals one day out of the week, but you will keep loosing
that’s pretty much it for the tricks i used and rituals i had that helped me loose so much. i also was eating VERY clean and around 1k cals a day. i was very strict on sugars and unhealthy food.
i strive to have this discipline again, hopefully this has encouraged you/given you some ideas for your own journey

Skinny will always be in. People might criticize it, but deep down, everyone wants it. If skinniness was truly despised, Ozempic wouldn’t have gone out of stock, influencers wouldn’t be shrinking overnight, and models wouldn’t have massive followings. People don’t hate skinny people—they just hate that it's not them.
