crossfit today was hard af. but everything we did was like burn x calories, then 1 min break. and do that as many times as possible in x amount of time. GAVE ME SM MOTIVATION! i felt like i was competing with everyone in getting the most calories ✨✨
i had 1235 kcals which is veryy much, but i did get 16k steps and 1 hr crossfit. plan for tomorrow comes up to 435 + however many monsters i drink 🥰also going to. crossfit tomorrow.

had 1200 kcals today and feel so so very bad 😭😭😭😭i did 1 hr of crossfit and got 10,372 steps. Tomorrow i’m also going to crossfit for 1 hr, and my meal plan will be:
• lunch: skyr yoghurt (70 kcals) (May skip and not eat it , we’ll see)
• before crossfit: protein yoghurt with sugarfree jam ( will make it to be 170 kcals)
• after crossfit: 40g of oats w cinnamon (160cal) + apple (have to weigh it but around 100)
