Sometimes i just want to be locked on a room with a tredmil, iced whater and cold diet drinks.

my rules and tips

glass of water with lemon after waking up

everyday walk with my dog at 5am

green tea before breakfast

4-5 small meals a day to avoid binge

2-3l of water

everyday workouts in the evening

no bread

no soda

fruits and vegetables to every meal

being active through the day (cleaning, walking around the house, keeping myself busy etc.)

no food after 7pm

no sweets or junk food

cardio, pilates, dancing and yoga

meals at the same time everyday

meals not bigger than 300 cals

I'm so jealous of people who live alone. They can go days without eating and nobody can do anything about it. What a dream.
