Happy to report that I haven’t come across a lot of hate for Ironheart but I’ve just seen someone say Riri disrespected Tony Stark…ARE WE WATCHING THE SAME SHOW?

Riri saying that Tony Stark wouldn’t be Tony Stark without being a billionaire is not disrespectful. That line is not trying to devalue Tony’s intellect or that iconic scene in Iron Man when he builds the first suit whilst being held captive in a cave. It literally can’t because Riri is talking about the suits Tony made after that and you can’t tell me that Tony’s money didn’t help him

Saying that a billionaire had access to resources that Riri doesn’t does not make Tony less of a genius in anyone’s eyes, okay? Calm down

This show is not disputing the fact that Tony is a genius so haters need to stop pretending it’s destroying his legacy or whatever cause, for starters, Tony would’ve loved Riri so much and been so in awe of her talent

Remember how quick the fandom was to insist that Tony would be proud of Shuri in the same way he was of Peter? People need to realise this about Riri too cause she’s a genius and if you don’t enjoy watching her mind at work and watching her think her way out of situations the same way that Tony can (and Peter and Shuri for that matter) then you’re missing out

Stop criticising every post-Endgame project to the nth degree, the hate is boring and undeserved
