what do y’all think of puddle’s new outfit?

I used to visualize healing like a traditional video game, going through different levels of getting better. But this began to depress me as I started losing levels that I thought I'd already beaten--I felt like I was going backwards, and the constant "loss" of progress discouraged me as I struggled to pick myself up over and over again. Now I try to look at it like an old fashioned strength tester game. The goal isn't for you to stay at the top the whole time. The goal is for you to get strong enough to be able to manipulate the level at will. Sometimes, you find yourself back at the very bottom--maybe you even stay at the bottom for weeks--but that doesn't mean that you're going backwards. You're still getting stronger, even if you have to try over and over again before you can get to the very top.

so glad it's finally spring time. my favorite thing lately has been sitting outside in the sunshine working in my bullet journal!! i haven't been doing a lot of digital art lately, it's mostly been traditional stuff to help with my mental health. might post a few pages later!!
