Character Q&A, Starting Now!

Greetings everyone! Since I'm just working on remastering chapters at the moment, and we are about to wrap up the first arc of the story, (chapters 1-30), I figured now would be a good time to open up Q&As for the characters, and me. I have a lot of little facts left to share, and I would love to share them. I will not be giving away any plot spoilers, but I could give hints of prompted! So, the Q&A is starting now!

Chapter 3 is remastered and for this one I DO recommend rereading. At the time some of the characters where a bit less fleshed out and they were not written in a way that felt truly in character for them. No major changes, but reactions of events have been changed, and new character details have been dropped!

Yes! Ccino will play a role, but not whatever Nightmare deal thing you are talking about, that I am genuinely clueless on. As of right now, Ccino has never met Corrupt, and Corrupt tends to avoid Fluffytale like the plague.

Update!

I’m sorry for the long pause in writing related updates, I lost my work flow for a bit and just have felt really tired lately. Luckily I am gaining motivation again, so just be patient with me. I know that it perfectly fine for me to take breaks and I should be putting myself first, I just feel that it’s only right that I give updates regardless. You guys make my day with every like, kudos, follow, fan art, comment, just any and all interaction with my story. I say this a lot, but I can’t help it, you all are amazing and fuel the flames of the passion I already have for this story.

That was a bit off topic, the point is, I know that it can be rare that someone sticks to something as big as this, or updates consistently, and I know that it can really suck when a project or story you follow just kind of fades away unfinished. The thought of that happening to Stellar Remnants is very upsetting to me, so I make these updates to not only reassure you guys, but also myself. Words of affirmation in a way. It helps to put my current statues into words, as well as knowing that I’m not leaving my followers it the dark.

Anywayyy that was wordy and unorganized, but yeah, that’s all I had to say, I’ll update the story a soon as I can!

Trigger Warnings for the Story!

So, despite the tags I include and the extra warnings I have before some chapters, I do feel like this should be said. Stellar Remnants is a story that deals with heavy themes of mental health. Topics such as Anxiety, Depression, Suicidal Thoughts/Themes, Eating Disorders, and so on are written about and included in a LOT of Characters. Though I may not always write them as accurately as some would like, A lot of these are written from my own experiences, and I do my best to make sure I don't represent something in an offensive way. Secondly, my villain is gonna villain and do some not-so-nice things and cause some not-so-mild pain. Torture, Physical and Emotional Abuse, and other very asshole like behavior is written about in detail! That being said, you can rest assured that no POV Characters will be killed off by the end of this story.

Keep in mind!

I want people to keep in mind that a lot of effort has and still is being put into this story. It's beta read, and I do my best to make sure every chapter reaches a certain word count. Also, I rewrote a LOT of backstories for a LOT of characters. Behaviors, motives, and even their outfits have been changed! That being said, PLEASE pay attention to chapters that drop backstories, THEY HAVE BEEN CHANGED and give important context!!!

Chapter Remastered!!!

Chapter 1 of Stellar Remnants has been rewritten. I doubled the original word count and there is something so satisfying to prove to myself that I can do better. I understand that this might seem unimportant or boring to some of you who don't want to go back and reread things, and you don't have to, nothing major was added, it's just...better. Considering that I was able to turn a roughly 3100-word chapter into a 6500-word chapter without adding any new scenes should say a lot about the held back potential these chapters have, and I hope to make this story a much better read for new and returning readers! Anyway, if you do want to go back and reread that chapter, I would love to hear your thoughts on the improvements in the comments!
