10 Champagne Best Sellers
The vineyard of Champagne is a French vineyard located on the territory of the former province of Champagne. It extends mainly in the Grand Est region (Aube, Marne), but also on the neighboring departments of Aisne and Seine-et-Marne, partly from this province.

The most famous wine of this great wine region is the famous Champagne wine (or simply champagne). However, Champagne does not only produce Champagne wine, but also more classic wines such as Rosé des Riceys, or red, white and rosé wines, formerly known as "Champagne Natural Wines", which since 1974, date to obtain the AOC label, are called Coteaux-champenois. They are the descendants of still wines that competed with Burgundy wines.

Kitchen disinfectant
The microbiologist who discovered wine’s fruit-cleaning abilities also determined that the alcohol in wine can efficiently remove counter-top stains and disinfect kitchen surfaces.
Daeschel, who is working on a white wine-based cleaner made from waste wine says, “It needs to be recycled, reused, or otherwise it just gets dumped into our waste drain.” If you want to try it at home, he recommends using dry white wines such as sauvignon blanc, because they won’t leave a stain or sticky residue.
Warning – don’t try this tip on granite, as acids will eat away at the surface.

Part of our Napa/ Sonoma trip was tasting terroir, always fascinating to taste the same grape grown in different soils. Have you tasted our Pinot Noir? The newly released vintage is GORGEOUS! #wine #pinotnoir #nmtrue #winetasting https://www.instagram.com/p/Btlbol3nX71/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1ieno1itbuq50

Hi guys,
yesterday was Chinese New Year and i wanted to talk with you about “Baijiu” or “White alcohol = liquor”.
It’s veryyyyyy popular in China, the most famous brand is ⬇

The main things to know:
- Made from cereals (sorghum, wheat, rice, glutinous rice, corn, peas ...)
- 50° alcohol
- Some old bottles can tear off tens of thousands of euros per unit. The record being ... 1.2 million euros half-liter!
- The most consumed spirit in the world

How to preserve your wine ?
Hi guys,
today i wanted to talk with you about “how to preserve your wine”, because when we are novice, it’s not easy to know what to do exactly.
So, once bottled, the wine needs storage conditions that are as stable as possible, darkness, cool temperature and high hygrometry.
- A dirt floor is obviously recommended. Even if your cellar is not perfect on these last criteria, nothing is worse than a room undergoing strong variations between winter and summer, and even more between day and night.
- A fresh atmosphere (a stable average of 12 to 14 ° C over the year) allows the wine to improve harmoniously.
Or you can buy an apartment wine cellar.
For twenty years the aesthetics of the latter has improved considerably, once unsightly, they have become elegant with a style that will fit in your interior, some sporting noble wood siding and glass walls of the most design.
- Some are large (up to 300 bottles), ideal for the guard, but not necessarily practical to pick a bottle when the time of the aperitif.
- Others are directly designed for the service: they offer several temperature levels, corresponding to reds and whites, with even a compartment dedicated to champagnes. They also have sliding shelves, which facilitates access to the bottles.

The corkscrews also innovate
Advanced technology has recently been interested in corkscrews. Thus, the CoraVin, is a tool that allows you to taste a wine ... without removing the cork! His technique is simple to understand: a very fine needle pierces the cap, injects a volume of gas corresponding to the volume of wine you want to taste, and a communicating vase effect, the required amount of wine is poured into your glass .
You can repeat the operation as many times as you want. Since the gas is neutral (no oxygen, therefore) or soluble in wine (no carbon dioxide), the bottle thus "opened" can remain in your cellar for months or even years without fear of seeing aging badly. Ideal to buy one or two glasses only of a prestigious wine that you want to keep.
Remains the frustration of not blowing up the cork, but that's another story ...

Sour Grapes: Review
As i told yesterday, while i’m eating i love to watch documentaries🎥. Sometimes it’s about food🍕, sometimes about fashion👕 and sometimes about wine🍷 of course.
I just saw the cover on Netflix and added it to my list. I didn’t knew anything about this documentary. I love surprises 😁
And what a great surprise ! I thought it was a documentary about maybe Wine Lovers or Wine business in general, but it was a really interesting documentary about that guy: Rudy !😎
Fascinating guy ! No one knows anything about him, but he’s nice, friendly and very rich. He can buy all the bottles that he wants. 💎

If you are not a newbie in “ #wineloving” i think you heard about that story in newspapers. He was arrested in 2012 for fraud ans he’s now in prison for 10 years! ⏳
For me the documentary was so interesting, i’ve never heard about this story before and all the archives videos included add something amazing. It’s better than a movie. And i love that some scene are not removed (with the dog...with the spoon), for me it’s important to keep some real moments like that. It add more humanity and reality to the documentary, like a documentary plus or a documentary 2.0 😊

The most interesting part it’s what we don’t know about him, his real story, how he did it exactly, was he alone... etc
At the end we can read that he didn’t want to be interviewed for the documentary, so maybe we will learn more about this story later in a book that he is writing or a movie he will make, a biopic like “Catch me if you can”.😎

First Real Post 🍷
Hi wine lovers,
today it’s candlemass in France too, but we celebrate it by eating a looot of crepes. We eat some like a main dish, with eggs, mushrooms, cheese or even salmon. And some like a dessert, the basics one is with sugar only, but you can add some Nutella, marmelade, ice cream...just add what you like :)
I’m still working on our project, eating my crepes ^^ and talking to you.
Today i started to watch an amazing documentary on Netflix called “Sour Grapes” about trading wines in the U.S. and it’s really interesting, i’ll make a complete review when i finish watching it full.
It’s a part of my routine, i watch a documentary while i eat :)
