The fact that not everyone feels the same degree of attraction is exactly why asexuality is a spectrum; some people can go for ages without feeling attraction, and when they do it's barely noticeable. I really can’t express how much I love this drawing, and how happy it makes me to finally be inspired again. It’s been a while since I have been this inspired to draw, and especially anything Tolkien, so I am very excited! 😁

I haven’t told you about the idea behind the drawing, but this seems the perfect timing. You see, when the couple meet and they freeze for years, I imagine how the forest grows in around them, that vines envelop them, like statues in an old graveyard, which also inspired me to use Greek style for their clothes, as if they are statues themselves. I really love the idea, which is why I have such a strong inspiration for this now, I never was able to draw anything without a very clear idea, so hopefully this opens for more ideas to come for more Tolkien art! 😁✨

I have some really cursed hxh theories and headcanons this week. One, the reason we don’t see Neon is because she’s actually the narrator of the show. Like maybe she’s the big brain behind everything and we just don’t know it. She disappeared and then started writing her narration and forcing someone to read it (I know this isn’t true at all but idc).

Two, is that I really think Kurta is either a Slavic or Germanic language. I think the syllables would be less soft like Spanish or French and would probably be harsher in tone and pronunciation (i.e German, Russian, Czech, my sister speaks Dutch and that’s another option as well). This appeases the LOTR nerd in me.

Three, is that Leorio has the dude bro energy to suggest naming his kid after Keanu Reeves. He would just hold his first born son and be like ‘little Keanu’ and everyone would look at him like 'what is wrong with you’.
