Delicious!
Let's talk about something, not very common for our summer journal.

What a great idea; why don't we put a recipe of a refreshing snack in our summer journal (I know there are recipe journals too, but we're not talking about them at the moment)?
During summer, something tasty I love to drink, is a healthy smoothie. With its sweet taste, even though it's without any sugar. Only fruits! So, I decided to share my smoothie recipe with you. Enjoy!
Summer Heaven
Ingredients:
2-3 oranges 🍊
1 banana 🍌
1/2 - 1 peach 🍑 (😊)
berries 🫐 (blueberries, rasberries, blackberries, whatever you have! I usually put all of them)
Ice 🧊
Instructions:
Make an orange juice using all oranges
Cut the banana and peach to pieces
Put everything in blender (the berries too, but not the ice ofc)
Pour the smoothie in a bottle and add some ice
Your smoothie is ready!

Some journal prompts:
What is my favorite recipe/snack?
Why do I like it?
Is it healthy?
What do I love about it?

Bucket List
List all the things you want to do this summer!

I've divided my bucket list to 3 sections (three regular sticky notes glued near to each other).
The first section is about my travels and things I want to do while traveling.
The second section is about my hobbies, the new ones I want to try, and the ones I want to improve, once I'll have more free time during summer.
The third is a more general section. It contains simple things, such as "Eat ice cream".
Of corse you can add more section or don't even use sections at all, the choice is yours.
Here are some more ideas for sections:
New things to try
Foods to eat
Things to do with friends/family
Some useful links:
A travel bucket list
A summer bucket list with doodles
A bucket list you should see
A bucket list with playlist (kinda junk journal version)
And some questions for you:
What is/will be your favorite thing, the thing you absolutely want to do, in your bucket list?
What do you think, will you do all the things in your bucket list?
Feel free to comment and answer the questions!

Trackers
Today you'll read some ideas about trackers!

Trackers are really important. With them, you can simply track your habits and see your weekly, monthly and/or yearly progress. So, here are some ideas for trackers you can do:
A water tracker -> see if you're drinking enough water
A workout tracker (if you are working-out) -> plan your workouts easily
A mood tracker -> your everyday mood
A habit tracker -> track your habits daily
A steps tracker -> how many steps you do daily and weekly
A music tracker -> how much music you listen to every day

#SummerVibes
In today's posts you can read some ideas about what you can do, after your start page.

Something I always do in a journal is write my goals. It is important to set realistic goals, so that you can easily achieve them, while staying organized.
Otherwise, you can write however you want (like an essay, a list etc) the things you have planned/want to do this summer. That's another way to be organized! Here are some questions that will help:
(introduction) How do you want to spend your time/feel during summer? Why?
(main topic) How will you do that?
Have you already planned anything? What?
Anything you wish you could do but you unfortunately can't?
(conclusion) Any thoughts/hopes/wishes for this summer?
Note: I suggest you end this text (or whatever it is) with a quote. I have written some summer quotes below.
Some useful links:
Summer goals
Goals
Summer doodles (better)

Summer quotes:
"Summer is supposed to be about freedom and youth and no school and possibilities and adventure and exploration. Summer is a book of hope." — Benjamin Alire Sáenz
"The tans will fade, but the memories will last forever." — Unknown
"Jobs fill your pockets, but adventures fill your soul." — Jaime Lyn Beatty
Some of the best memories are made in flip-flops." — Kellie Elmore
Questions for you:
Which is your fav quote from these? (mine is the second!☀️)
Which of those two ideas did you like the best?
I'm always happy to read your comments!

Start page ideas
Heyy! Today, we will explore some start page ideas.
A great idea is to start with a colorful drawing. For example, can draw on the center of the page a tasteful ice cream, a sunny beach οr whatever comes to mind!☀️🍦
If you want something simpler than that though, you can write your name and/or year with colorful pens or calligraphy letters!
You can also start your journal with an "About Me" page and write information about yourself.
If you are more keen on junk journals, I suggest you place many stickers on the bottom and the 2 or 4 corners of the page and write in the middle "Summer" or "Summer Journal" or "My Summer Journal".
In my journal, I have drawn a beach and wrote "Summer" above it.
(These are my ideas, so please do not repost/reblog or sth without credit)
Some useful links:
A cute drawing of a beach
Ideal for start page, you can write "Summer" instead of "July"
Another summerish background
How to write calligraphy #1
How to write calligraphy #2
(Essential) how to write strawberry handwriting
Questions for you:
So what will you do on your start page?
Do you have any other ideas I haven't mentioned?
I'm always happy to read your comments!

Firstly, let's get started. With the basics.
What is a summer journal?
A summer journal is a journal where you can capture your trips, moods, feelings and generally memories. You can also add things from a bullet journal (but ofc make it for summer); such as summer habit trackers, water trackers (very important), summer bucket lists and more, which you will find here! Another great thing you can do is write down your feelings or summer, vacation or just your every day routine. This is also useful for your mind and well-being (you can figure out why on my other blog, which you'll find below)! Did you know that?
So summer journaling sounds like fun now, doesn't it?
Get instructions and help in this blog!
My other blogs:

@creatorzet
Questions for you:
Do you like my new journal? (the one in the photo)
Should I start a community? Now, later or not at all?
