Tw: mention of Bombing and politics

The US is extremely likely to go to war with Iran due the fact that they just bombed them. I want out of this country. I feel more unsafe every day. It gets worse to live here every day. I don’t want to be here anymore. I am trying to stay calm, but I am almost spiraling internally. I’m scared. Scared of what going to war will mean. Scared of getting killed if the US goes to war. I hate it here. I want out.

Alright I'm sure most of you have seen the Endo/willo "build a headmate" blogs

But I have an idea

An anti endo version- but instead of "building" one, it helps fragments and alters without names/appearances gather stuff for their own identity

Someone could, for example, send a request:

"I'm a new alter and I can't figure out a name or appearance. I'm looking for an androgynous name and maybe a more fem appearance with (insert some sort of detail)"

The response would have names, appearance ideas, and maybe even proxy deco. Could even request pronoun ideas

Am I wrong?? Wouldn't this be awesome?? I'm tempted to make one lol

same thing happens to us all the time due to us having iron deficiency. Thankfully it doesn’t make us pass out, though there have been a rare few times we have probably passed out (don’t worry. We were fine. We were able to sit down before we likely passed out).

But, yeah, just be careful, as due to it making you lightheaded (or, at least, it happens for us), it can cause some problems (ie; falling over or passing out), so just make sure you’re safe.
