Thinkin about that Doc Wyatt tweet abt magic in the ninjago universe. Abt how dark magic takes shortcuts and is dangerous. Jordana has been doing so much dark magic. There has Got to be consequences for that shit like. No wonder Ras has barely meddled with it on screen and has been having Jordana do a bunch of it instead of himself, i bet that shit eats away at your soul or something, I’d want someone else to take the brunt of that for me too. ⠀-⠀somebody roleplaying Extremely Triggering Subject Matters without warning out in the open as everybody just sort of ignored it⠀(⠀wasn't even the first time⠀)

Valezka: demon hunter, bound to a fire dog demon. Always been very optimistic and nice, silently harbors a lot of misery that he just tries to compartmentalize. Doesnt like being a burden. Was prior to being a demon hunter extremely weak and needed to be looked after by his family. Older brother and one mom died, and all alone with just his other mom made the impulse choice to join the illidari, wanting to be strong and live and fight in the memory of his family. Loves his partner a lot, and is forever sad at the world for treating his lover Narori like a monster. Feels very sad abt the state of the world amd is forever hopeful of a better future. Hes not a kid but he has a lot of childish qualities i would say, naive and not at all jaded by the world at least not really even despite what he and his family have gone through. Daelen Mourngale is a dragon who poses as an elf priest. Believes in the goodness of people ultimately but is very tired and a little jaded. Lonely soul, has a lot of love to give but kind of is isolated partly out of personal fears of connection. I like to tend towards softer sounding music for him ultimately. Uses both healing magic and time magic. Doesnt like being passive despite the fact his dragon kin are known for being observers — he tries to actively have a hand in a better future.
