5. Suicide baiting

6. Pedophilia accusations (all of which are false, and carelessly thrown around)

7. Attempted grooming(?) of fellow minors

8. Slurs (need I say more?)

9. Harassment (in case that wasn't obvious already)

He's been interacting with accounts in the following fandoms (as of the time this post was posted):

Hellaverse (Hazbin Hotel & Helluva Boss, or HV/HH/HB)

TL;DR this guy is a 5yo Gen Alpha brainrotted kid stuck in a 14yo kid's body, and he's been harassing multiple (mainly TADC) accounts on Tumblr for a bit now, and just being a nuisance and damaging people's mental health.

That's the simple explanation, if you're still not convinced you need to block this guy (and his [supposed] girlfriend) and report him until your hands hurt and/or would like to know more thennnnn

The Long Explanation

Okay so I'm gonna be quoting the Google Doc a LOT here, you'll be able to tell which parts are quoted and which parts are me.

"Randy or randysworld2009 is a Tumblr user that appeared around TADC blogs in the beginning of 2024. Since then, he has built a history of harassing said blogs, mostly roleplay/askblog accounts and artists, forcing roleplay and specially spouting misogyny towards women mods and fem leaning characters, transphobic and homophobic towards queer people. At one point he started getting his information messed up, saying that he was super straight and then later on a “half-bisexual”, also often times approaching people with romantic/sexual intent and then getting angry when those same people state that they are not interested or are above legal age, which he supposedly is not. It is believed that Randy is 14 years old, but at this point, we can’t be certain of what information is true or false. For all we know, his blog could be just a troll."

So yeah, this guy is bad news. That was a direct (formal) quote from one of the victims.

You're still a little unsure of how you got here, in this odd halfway relationship with your co-workers. You thought it was weird enough when you started dating Hank, your boss, but then Kim came into the mix and now so is Torres. It’s not like you’re complaining, god no, it’s just something to think about as you lay in bed.

Dante’s all but crushing Hank right now, still drooling onto Voights sleep shirt and unmoving in his unconscious state. Then Kim cuddles into your side to reach an arm over your middle and brush her fingers at Hanks ribs that aren’t covered by Torres’ arm. Hank smiles at the small touch and lets out a content sigh in the early morning peacefulness.

“Comfortable babe?” You can’t help but ask, tipping your head up on Voights shoulder to gaze at his smile.

“Very, it’s nice when the three of you get to spend the night.” You hum in agreement.

While you and Hank almost always share a bed, Dante gets stuck staying later at work or helping his mom with stuff, and Kim has to take Makayla some days or even just help Adam fix up the house they share. So times like last night where all you did was eat dinner Dante prepared then watch a movie Kim picked out are cherished, especially when it leads to the four of you piling into Hanks bed for the night and getting to wake up together.

“We should try and do it more often.” Kim’s voice is half awake but you run a hand through her hair with a nod.

“Definitely.” The three of you let out a small chuckle at how muffled Dante’s voice is from where he’s got his head stuffed against Hank. But yeah, you do want to do this more.

🌈 - Do you associate any colors with them? YES ACTUALLY, flinch is very much green and flintlock is blue to me

⚠️ - If this oc came with a warning sign, what would it be? flinch would just be like "IMPULSIVE DUMBASS ^". flintlock would be "EMO BROODER ^".

💙 - Describe their bedroom! Is it personalized, unchanged? Messy, neat? flinch's room is STUPID messy, all of his walls are covered head to toe with random posters/trinkets/etc. it drives flintlock nuts. flintlocks room is almost the complete opposite, its super well kept (hes one of those "a place for everything and everything in its place" kind of people). he keeps TWO separate desks and about 1000 bookshelves covered in books and journals in it.

🧁 - When is their birthday? How do they celebrate it, if at all? honestly this is something ive somehow never thought about? i think they'd probably have winter birthdays, but i don't think they celebrate it what with the whole traversing parallel universes thing they've got going on.

💭 - How is their mental health? Do they struggle with guilt or shame? well! its not good ill tell you that much! flinch guilts himself constantly for unintentionally making flintlock feel unneeded/like he wasnt good enough (and also for flintlock's temporary death) and flintlock feels unredeemable after the things he did to the both of them.

Great podcast about one of my favorite horror movies that contains the (paraphrased by me) point that -

‘The thing making all the children missing is not the queer vampires, it’s straight society ignoring and not making space for them. The problem is not the gay vampires’

and that the boardwalk culture from the movie could be read as a criticism of the enclosure of the commons and comparing this 80s scene to today’s world, look at how there used to be spaces for teens and young adults to hang out and now a lot of that is gone!

They also talk about children’s abolition, found families, ball culture, the 80s politics, 80s queer culture, the right-wing school litter box conspiracy, horror and comedy, etc.

It’s a clunky game a bit but I love me a Mystery and going deep in the paint on worldbuilding and fictional languages. I had a lot of fun with the story that I saw before stumbling into the ending, and I get to play it again, with DIFFERENT things to translate!!!!! the NG+ really said “we know what you’re here for” omfg

(Apparently you can lose your robot buddy permanently, which I’m p sure I definitely followed the scenario for, but I also got an exception the game wasn’t expecting by meeting a character after “losing” the robot, which had the robot return both me and the character back to my ship. So uh. It’s just that easy lmao)

December 2022 Progress Report - Sparkling Vampires

It speaks for itself, doesn't it?

It took months of effort, but Acts 1, 2, 3, AND 4 have all been polished.

From tiny little description changes to entirely new sections added or changed, all four acts are now in a state of "basically being release ready!" so to speak.

Of course, there's still a lot of work ahead of us, but this was an important milestone to reach.

Up until now, myself and my team of Testers have only been able to play the game "in chunks" because certain parts were incomplete or under construction. But now, with the exception of the final boss and ending, we can play HorrorVale from the moment Alice walks out of her room to beating the Act 4 Boss.

Hitting this was a great place to send off 2022, and a great place to START 2023 fresh.

One of the major hurdles jumped over to get to here is the completion of a brand new Dungeon in Act 1.

Savvy HorrorVale fans will remember the Forgotten Mansion, that really gray old house from Act 1 with the funny Pink Guy.

Well, in order to improve pacing, it's since been moved to Act 2, and in it's place a brand new dungeon has appeared.

The HorrorVale Police Department

Did you ever wonder where all those Frankenling police officers actually work?

Well, they work here!

In the midst of all this Creepy Chaos, the HVPD have managed to lure one of the scamps into a cell in their station. Unfortunately for them, it immediately broke out and caused havoc in the station, cutting the power and trapping several Officers inside.

In order to get access to one of the Generators required to get to the Mayor's Lab, Alice will have to brave the Station and come face to face with one of the nastiest Creepies out there.

Most players exploring the town for the first time will encounter this place before encountering any of the other Generators, and the great thing about this new dungeon is that it not only acts as a better addition to the overall story of Act 1 (Frankenlings and the Mayor's influence), but it also provides an actual proper introduction into what Creepies actually ARE.

Do you remember playing Act 1 and hearing people talking about Creepies but... Never really understanding WHAT they were talking about?

You guessed that maybe that weird guy that took your dog must be one but... How many people also knew that Mark the Murderer was a Creepy?

Through this new dungeon, you'll not only meet an incredibly fearsome Creepy first hand, but the characters will give you a bit more insight into what Alice is actually dealing with.

To fans of Resident Evil, they'll probably feel right at home at this place.

And while we're on the topic of Act 1, a few other changes were made as well. For instance that one Generator by the Abandoned Shack actually has a proper "Puzzle" behind it now, even though it's more like an introduction to a mechanic you'll use later.

Another puzzle that was replaced was in the Mayor's Lab, where that kind of really lazy chest memory puzzle has been replaced with something a bit more interesting.

To anyone who's already played through Act 1 with the Demo, all these changes should help with ensuring it still feels fresh for you when you play the Full Game.

So what's next?

Next on the list is Sidequests and Second Quests.

There's a whopping total of 60 Sidequests in the game, and although all the Party Member recruitment quests are complete, there's a handful of non-PM quests we want to implement as well as the Second Quests/Ultimates Moves. This is the next big hurdle and one we'll be running straight toward in January.

The largest challenge here being the Second Quests and Ultimate Moves. Ultimate Moves are essentially extremely powerful moves all Party Members have that can only be used once per battle and are generally pretty costly. They're your big reward for doing that particular character's Second Quests.

So, that essentially means... 31 Animations to coincide with them, all surely much more impactful than any of their regular moves. Fun stuff!

In the previous Progress Report, we mentioned that we'd talk more about our 2023 Plans in THIS Progress Report. Well... Not yet.

We have something in store that's not quite ready yet, and when THAT happens, then we'll be more willing to openly talk about our plans for 2023.
