One year ago today, I posted a picture of a WIP Gore. I had only worked on him for about 3 days before he was up on the nexus. I had never voice acted, written, scripted, or done anything in the creation kit aside from recalc bounds on grass mods. He went up I think with something like 300 lines, and got way more attention than I anticipated, which scared the absolute shit out of me. I spent the next year scrambling to cover everything I think a follower should, learning to voice, learning to code better (my early work is horrific, lol) and pouring my heart into this mod.

I had some ups and downs, mostly dealing with Skyrim itself or my mod list, sometimes other authors or users, but Gore is finally in a place I can be proud of. Thank you all for staying with me, especially those that were there from the very beginning. I'm honored to accompany you in some small part through Gore as you make your way through one of my all time favorite games (that i constantly shit-talk.) I'm honored that you choose to have him at your side. I'm honored most of all to host a small section of this community that has been safe for people of all walks of life. I love doing this work, and I don't plan on quitting any time soon, even if I am thoroughly enjoying my break, still. You're all the best.

Hello new to the shop. I'm looking for a support bitty. Who would you recommend?

There's plenty o bitties out there that can be support bitties, even oddly unlikely ones like the fell bitties! It all depends on the bitty themselves if they wish to be a supportive figure in your life, but the best choices in my personal opinion are the following:

Yes, Us from Baldur’s Gate 3 could kill MacBeth!

While the exact method of reproduction for Intellect Devourers is not concretely known, we do know that Us was not born in the way that Shakespeare would consider a birth as it was, in fact, a brain that sprouted legs. The brain that became Us originally belonged to a male elf named Myrnath, and while the details of the conception are uncertain, what we do know is that this creature was properly “born” when it emerged from Myrnath’s skull, making it comfortably apply for the Birth Parent Clause and the Unconventional Birth Clause! Additionally, Us is never referred to with gendered pronouns and seems to have no concept of gender, instead preferring to go by first-person plural pronouns, and has no problem being referred to as “it” by other characters. I’m fairly certain this Pomeranian-sized brain-with-legs is not a man, meaning it also applies for the Gender Clause.
