That's right, they're back!

To cut a long story short, I got really burnt out from running this blog and also got super hyperfixated on my other projects, but now I'm back and ready to go!

Just two things to mention:

1 - I'm getting rid of the side characters, for now (with the exception of Rosemariee) since they're not connected to the main story. They might show up again at some point tho

And 2 - I want to actually get somewhere with this story without burning myself out, so I'm going to stop caring so much about whether every single drawing looks perfect. So if things look a little more sketchy or the anatomy is a little messed up

As you know , your Grand Final Trial has come at last [ . . . ] The Neosaints of the Generation XII who couldn't pass the original Trial would have to take the extra night trainings for two months . The Break Beyond Heads highly appreciate everyone's effort and performances . We hope that from the extra trainings and Miracle Makings , you would develop better strengths and skills to achieve Sainthood . " At the mutters between the Neosaints , he silences them .

" For your Grand Final Trial , you will all be making a Miracle in the Dream Realm . " Mutters rise once more , laced with shock and confusion , before Angelparadox raises his steel cane to strike its end against the surface . Tension follows the sound . " There has been issues across the realm of dreams we believe are at the skill level to-be Saints would be able to resolve on their own . Philos shrugs from one side of the round table . " I wouldn't be surprised if so . They've been at not just us but the Break Beyond Force as a whole for a long period of time . They're looking for every opportunity to fuck with everyone , you know , especially us . "

We may not know their intentions with us or in general yet , exactly , but clearly , they're willing to do anything to achieve their goals . Even if it means being able to work with our greatest threats , " they point out , frowning at the thought . " I just don't know how they could've get a Metaeidos aid them when they lack human intelligence . "

" Either way , " Micah softly joins , holding Phoebus' hand to comfort them , " The Infernal Infinity may as well be aware of the Trial and try to use it to their advantages , luring us in their way with the Metaeide being our distractions . " Similar to how the group used the Break Beyond Festival an an attempt to kill them — Micah shuts their eyes at the sanguine memory and Phoebus squeezes their hand . " I . . . Regardless if they are involved or not , we can not prioritize catching one of their members at this time , no matter how much we want to understand them with their goals better . We have to focus on saving the civilians first , always . "

Cryael nods in agreement . " What if they try to come between us and the civilian ? Use the civilian as a shield against us ? We will have to fight them . "

Micah sighs , rubbing the nape of their neck . " Only if it's to protect the civilian . It's best if we split up in the Dream Realm . I will be working with Byte and Adoniram , but you guys should work in pairs in case anything happens . " There is Philos and Phobos , then Phoebus and Cryael . Aphisto will guard the Kingdom while Mike and Mimi will hide somewhere in the Awaken World so the Infernal Infinity won't find them if one of the group happens to trespass their mind .

After the pairs are made , Micah glances at each Starwaker , determination bright in eyes , forever . " If anything happens , please call out for me . I will come to you . I will not let anything terrible fall to any of you . I swear . "

★ Minervaa — Clamble, Plant Island

Easily recognised by their terrifyingly wide eyes and small pupils, Minervaa is notorious on Plant Island for being an absolute menace. They are an impulsive thrill seeker who seems to have no fear even in the most dangerous situations - good thing Bytee is around to make sure that they don't do anything too risky! They have a bit of a short fuse and can say mean things without meaning to but underneath all that they have a heart of gold and care deeply about the monsters in their life.

★ Bytee — Wubbox, Plant Island

In contrast with their adoptive younger sibling Minervaa, Bytee is cool, calm and collected. Ever since they were awakened by the monsters of Plant Island, they believe they owe them some kind of debt and tries to do everything they possibly can to help, with varying amounts of success. They usually don't like to do anything that would upset anyone, but sometimes they quietly encourage Minervaa's chaos.

★ Hayzel — Oaktapus, Plant Island

Hayzel and Minervaa might look completely different on paper, but these two best friends are more similar than you think. This laid-back monster is equally fearless, though they're less of a thrill seeker and more blissfully unaware of the danger around them. In fact, it seems the only monster in the entire multiverse who can make them angry is their sibling Morton. Recently, they've been trying to get Flurry to relax.

★ Flurry — Mammot, Plant Island

Flurry is a bit of a nervous wreck, well, more than a bit. The poor monster's tried every trick in the book to be more confident and assertive but nothing seems to work. If it wasn't for their friend group - consisting of Minervaa, Hayzel and Kat - they probably wouldn't leave the Castle at all. Somehow (probably from Glitch) they managed to get their paws on a book written by humans about ghosts, and now they're obsessed with the idea of finding one.

★ Kat — Rare T-Rox, Plant Island

Kat is the middle ground and mediator of their friend group: not as impulsive as Minervaa and Hayzel but not as anxious as Flurry. Though they offer advice when asked, it's common for them to just take a step back when the rest of the group starts doing something silly. It's not that they don't like the chaos; they'd just rather watch it than be a part of it. They think Wublins are, like, the coolest ever.

★ Morton — Toe Jammer, Plant Island

Morton is the annoying, smug, "I'm smarter than you and I know it" type, so it's surprising that Bytee of all monsters would form a friendship with them! Maybe they both like to think they're the only two intelligent monsters on the island. They always wear their sunglasses - even indoors or at night - and have dreams of making a found footage horror one day.

More characters may be added as the story develops!

★ Rosemariee — Furcorn, Whereabouts Unknown

An almost legendary figure on Plant Island, Rosemariee was a brave and friendly monster who never let their small size and weak body stop them from adventuring through the monster world. They have helped discover many new things, and is even rumoured to have been part of the original group of monsters that freed the Tribal Island Kayna! They haven't been seen in a long time, but Minervaa might have some stories to tell you about them.

✨My first day with pet rats✨

I bet y’all were expecting a cute post, weren’t you? Sorry, not today. This is a rant about one of my rats, Kilo, the other one, Byte, behaved.

“Playing hide and seek” with Kilo because her bitch ass decided to run outa the fucking cage while trying to feed them, which ended with “redecorating my room.”

Kilo decided to climb the cage, slipped, dodged every fucking net and rope, and landed on the bottom. (I already checked her, she isn’t hurt but it scared me.)

Even after that she decided to climb again, in doing so discovered that she can squeeze out. I looked over to check on them and watched her pull herself onto the top of the cage. (Thankfully didn’t end in another game of hide and seek)

Had to put them in a cardboard box because no way in hell was I chasing TWO rats around my room (…again…)

Had to go to petsmart (a thirty minute drive from my house so I was gone for at least an hour) to find a temporary cage, which took up the rest of my rat savings.

Everything was fine once they got into their temporary cage.

They’re cute and were fine once we got them in their temporary cage. It was just a rookie mistake on my end. At least no one got hurt.
