Over 30,000 people dead. Children, families, people with lives ahead of them. Destruction and lies faced everyday, false promises of safety only to be killed. People out there trying to show the world what they're going through, Motaz, Bisan. They have lost people they cared about, lost their homes, lost the chance to receive good food and necessities, lost the chance of leisure. They are not living. They are merely surviving. Surviving as a cry for help. To show the world what they are going through.

Hind. Sidra. Many, many other children. Lives cut short. The father holding his children in bags. The mother cradling her wrapped up baby. The boy bursting into tears when realising what he has lost. Motaz losing his close friend. Bisan losing her cats and home. The kpop fan. The soccer fan. So many stories, so many deaths. So many lives. These humans are people. They have lives. They were innocent.

People are trying to show the world. People like Motaz, Bisan. And now, Aaron Bushnell. He made the ultimate sacrifice in his position to show the depth of the situation. He sacrificed his life to show the world. His act was recorded.

We have statistics, we have stories, deaths, martyrs, sacrifices, pain, suffering, we have lives showcased to us. We have people trying their best to show the world. We are witnessing a genocide right in front of our eyes.

And yet, nothing has truly changed. The last thing Aaron Bushnell truly saw as he lay, was a gun pointed towards him, instead of an extinguisher. He was on fire. And what happens afterwards? Politicians with ice cream telling everyone it will pass. The Israeli soldiers laughing and gloating as they continue to bomb Gaza.

Hind. She saw her whole family die. She was stuck for two weeks. She did her best. A 6 year old did her best to call and get help. Help was killed in front of her. Her only forms of help was taken away from her. And she was lied to. The last thing she probably heard was the false promise of safety before they killed her too.

So many instances such as this. And yet, nothing has changed

People would still rather have a little caffeine shot. People would still rather push all the statistics down the drain. All those lives, families, buried down woth their memories. Politicians doing absolutely nothing. Corporations funding the very cause of this mass genocide. Influencers being so out of touch, it's sickening.

Will anything change? How many more kids would have to see their families die? How many more sacrifices would have to be made? How many more families would have to get wiped out for the world to stop this madness?

It is NOT about who "wins". This is NOT a war. They beg everyone, the world, not for "victory", but merely for it all to end. For a ceasefire. This is a genocide, and it will go down in history.

I have serious mixed feelings for this year's presidential election-

Biden has:

- Done almost nothing to help Palestine

- Allows the IOF to murder innocent Palestinians

- Allowed anti-Palestine legislation to pass

- Has not called for a permanent ceasefire

Meanwhile Trump...

- Had a stolen area named after him (Trump Heights, for those wondering)

- Is the guy Netanyahu wants to win

- Very racist and Islamophobic

- Literally tried to establish a fascist government

None of these two are good for Palestine, I would root for a third-party candidate, but unfortunately America was rigged for third-party candidates to lose :/
