Oh, baby our love goes deeper than the mariana trench. We’re not married, but it feels like we already are. And if i’m being super honest, eloping is totally on our radar. He’d ask me casually, I’d say yes, and that same day we’d have a cute, intimate ceremony with just the two of us. Probably somewhere on the outskirts of Sumeru, maybe hidden within the emerald forestry. We’d probably forget to tell our friends until one day they notice a ring and go, “Wait, what?” Then, just for them, we’d throw a small ceremony. As for ryuhaitham lore, we properly meet later in life, but we actually crossed paths as kids. Though we forgot about this interaction until we ended up together. That is a whole other story tho hehe

Omg it’s hard to explain without getting too deep, but when I look into his eyes I see someone who struggles with emotions and being vulnerable. I’ll defend him against anyone who says he’s a red flag. He’s been on his own since his grandmother passed, so he’s just used to being independent and doing things his way. And that’s okay! Honestly, I’m kind of the same irl—I keep my cards close to my chest. But with him, he brings out the lover girl in me I can’t lie. I just want to take care of him, shower him with love, and make him feel less alone (I know he doesn’t but I do feel like he’s open for more company once we start dating). everyone in their friend group is in a relationship, but not jay and mari. why? because they’re in love with each other and they aren’t ready to realize or accept it. mari thinks that no one’s got a crush on her, yet it’s simply because jay is always around her. someone would ask them, “why aren’t you guys dating yet?” and mari would say, “we’re just friends,” while jay would make sure to cut her sentence and say, “too scared to lose the friendship,” finally making her realize it.

I can’t link just the Spyke section but it’s there!! Ignore how unfinished it the rest of them are lmao.

But!! Neither of us are particularly messy, there’s stuff everywhere but nothing is like, out of place? The stuff in the livingroom may be everywhere but it’s all shit you’d expect to see in a livingroom anyway. Oh and my nerd shit leaks into every corner of the place.

It’s also not, a nice apartment. Like it was 100% built in (the splatoon equivalent of) the 80s and never updated besides getting the landlord special occasionally. That being said it’s cheap, we have heat and power, it works.

zzz ౨ৎ what are your sleeping positions like?

Dmtryo: ball mode, probably wrapped around a pillow or spyke’s arm.

Spyke: very normal, sleeps on his front usually. Will sometimes wrap around Dmtryo if he clings to his arm, is even more likely to do this if he’s warm (bc Dmtryo is perpetually frigid)

cosmic ౨ৎ who said i love you first? and how did that go?

Dmtryo, bc he was anxiety rambling and it just kinda, fell out of his mouth. Followed immediately by him literally running away. “Okay anyway I should uh- go catch my bus home bye!” Type shit. I think Spyke wanted to follow him and figure out what in the blue fuck he meant, bc they’d said they’d loved each other in a /p way more than once (especially while drunk) but that. That did NOT feel platonic, but he also knows enough about Dmtryo that if he doesn’t let him escape the dude is just gonna dig his heels in and deny it harder.

So he waits until Dmtryo calls him a couple days later, and they talk about it over shitty semi frozen leftovers he fished out of his mini fridge because neither of them wanted to go down to the communal kitchen and use the microwave (Dmtryo has not dropped out yet and is still living in his tiny uni dorm at this point)

oh my goodness i've been playing genshin for the last hour or so and in the back of my mind was thinking about this ask but couldn't get up to actually answer it but i tried to answer everything as detailed as possible, to make up for it!

19 — sleeping position?

i sleep either curled up on my left side hugging this one specific stitch stuffed animal (i'll reblog with a picture) against me like another person or something, or just kind of messily sprawled out on my tummy, kind of suffocating said stitch stuffed animal. never on my right side, though; i can't fall asleep that way.

29 — best way to bond with you?

ooh, probably either parallel play or genuinely listening and/or conversing with me about my interests. when i get to actually ramble on about something i love i get really happy, especially if the person i'm talking to asks questions that enable me to share more about my favorite details or parts of something. that makes me the happiest boy in the whole entire world and i will love someone forever if they do that.

30 — places that you find sacred?

this is a surprisingly difficult question, actually... it's kind of dumb, but probably this one convenience store-esque thing that's like a 10 minute walk from my house. my brother and i used to go there and get candy all the time over the summer when we were little, just to get out of, and Away From, the house. we'd lie and say we were going on a regular walk, then go there and just Feel Better for a little bit instead.

46 — most comfortable outfit to sleep in?

when it's warm enough, just a sort of oversized, cotton shirt and boxers. i'm a simple guy when it comes to that. in winter, just standard flannel pj pants with the same kind of cotton shirts. (i generally am pretty picky about what fabrics i am okay with Touching My Body).

● three h/cs you've never told anyone:

1.) A very small part of Doc misses space. Despite all the horrors, there's still a small childlike wander about the infinite cosmos and the adventures to be had out there. Would he actually go back out there? Fuck no. Not unless he had to, or someone he loved dearly managed to convince him— he plans to spend the remaining years of his life with his feet planted back on Earth.

2.) Doc hates alcohol. He doesn't mind other's consumption of it socially, but he loathes the lack of control when under the influence. (now that being said, he is the occasional cannabis enjoyer when he can get his hands on it— but he finds it to be a much different experience overall).

3.) He was a punk back in his younger days! This shouldn't come off as a big surprise tbh. He's been in his fair share of riots against institutional organizations in his day and he would still participate if not for the fact he's trying to lay low. He'll probably still participate despite this.

● three things your character likes doing in their free time: tinkering, gardening, and dumpster diving! I don't write him dumpster diving as much as he frequently does it so that's a shame...

● eight people your character likes / loves: the cop-out answers- Ophelia, his parents (rip). Very, very likely your muse as well especially if they need a father figure in their life lets be honest here.

● two things your character regrets: Joining ATLAS and not being able to speak to his parents before they passed. He doesn't regret much in his life, but those 10 years took so much away from him. The only thing good thing that came out of that nightmare was the fact he was able to at least offer Ophelia a proper life, which makes it much harder to decide if he would do anything differently.

● two phobias your character has: BUGS. creepy crawlies, roaches, spiders. You know, the classics. Also the crushing fear of dying alone but don't you worry about that one.
