FINALLY DUMPING SOME OF RIDE THE WAVES SHITFUCKED WORLDBUILDING/LORE

before i say anyhting i need to say that this whole story is entirely based on some obscureish rhythm game slash platformer i like (soundshapes) .and also that this post is Really Fucking Long . so strap in everyone

the main species in the story (queazians)

i named them after one of the studios that worked on the game this storys based on .queasy games . i think im clever

all queazians have a weird blobby head with a single eye , humanoid body , sticky pads on their hands + feet , and some kind of tail

the head + sticky pads + sometimes tail are all made of the same goopy stuff . its also the main substance in their bloodstream

queazians start out as Just their head and over time their actual body sprouts out of it

fully developed queazians can actually retract their body back into their head if they wanna get around faster but they dont look similar to newly born queazians at all so they cant like . disguise themselves as babies or anyhring

they can Only be physically hurt by things colored bright red or pink . like if you shot one in the head theyd get up and be fine but if the bullet happened to be bright red/pink theyd be dead as a doornail . theres no explanation for this other than thats how it works in the game

all queazians come from the mother which is just . a really big nonsentient queazian at the center of the multiverse that they all just break off of and float away from

the mother USED to have this cool magical substance in it that gave queazians swagful powers but then VEX went and STOLE IT ALL when he was born (ill talk more about him l8r hes i,mportant)

long answer: diff sections of the story take place in diff universes , some sections of the story take place in the same universe - every character ends up finding eachother through . just kismet i guess

only exception here is vex because he doesnt necessarily live in Any universe . he actually lives in this citadel at the center of the multiverse (appropriately named the C.M. Citadel) where the mother is

the wave . aka the one thing that fucks everything up

sent out across the multiverse by vex (because Of Course) and its whole purpose is to . like i said . fuck up everyhting it touches in some way

physically just looks like a mess of blinding sparks and also makes a horrible screeching sound when it passes

affects every character in a different way , some more dramatically than others

has a few different ways of fucking shit up , including doing physical damage to things creating living beings and affecting peoples minds . overall everything it does has a negative effect

ohhhhhh shit here comes an entire section dedicated to character descriptions + stories

sprout (they/it)

theyre just a happy little guy . joyous beast

lives on this little cute whimsical planet named Helowurld (like . hello world . because thats the section of the game its based on)

grew up surrounded by all these weird little creatures and no one could actually speak Words so they ended up learning the creatures’ languages instead . which is just like bleep bloops and beatbox noises

most creatures on its planet are friendly , some ARE semi dangerous but sprout always manages to befriend them all . how do they do it

have not decided how the wave is gonna affect it . actually . original plan was that they were gonna be created by the wave but it didnt make sense . they dont wanna hurt nobody ………

eventually ends up befriending mars !!!!! besties !!!!!!!!

average office worker . so so tired and confused all the time but just has to live with it

i think hes also a huge loser i need to incorporate at LEAST one failass character into my stories or i will die

lives in a world pretty similar to earth and the company he works for is just called GENERIC CO . they do Things and make Stuff and are definitely not corrupt at all

when the wave hit him it made him realize how much his job sucks ass and inspired him to try and escape the building . sounds like a good thing at first !!!! but he almost goes Completely Insane trying to get out !!!!!!

they put a chip in his brain that actively tries to stop him from leaving the building .this is entirely inspired by my controller drifting really badly when i was replaying his section of the game LMAO also he ends up ripping it out of his own head at one point

need to stress that this building is fucking Huge . he gets lost in there very easily . and theres also this scrapyard hellscape filled with torn up machinery under the building he gets stuck in for a while

the one little bit of enrichment in his personal torment nexus is this cute little office cat named benny who . can clone himself for whatever reason

alexis (she/they)

part of a team of astronauts embarking on a mission called project beyond . not sure what the objective is but its probably along the lines of flying to farther off planets theyve been observing from a distance and find out more about them firsthand

pretty kind and levelheaded most of the time but can crack under enough pressure ….. solid role model ……. also unrelated to the last 2 parts but TGIRL SWAG‼️‼️‼️

took her little sibling mars with her on the mission but the wave ended up wrecking their ship midflight and leaving them literal worlds apart from eachother !!!!! Whoopsies !!!!!!!!

bad news is she is now possibly permanently separated from her sibling good news is that she landed on one of the planets theyd already been studying ! convenient

she just refers to the planet she landed on as The Beyond (cus like . project beyond yeah very original of me) and its like . basic scifi shtick on there . funky aliens extreme conditions technology that seems to have been made by the funky aliens etc

so she just spends her time on there studying everything and trying to keep herself alive while also trying to find a way to find mars again

OH AND ALSO initially alexis and mars arent suuuperr fond of eachother but the moment theyre separated by the wave they want eachotjer back so bad it hurts ………..Heh i love putting guys in situations

theyre like . 12 . youngest of the group next to sprout (its ageless but whatever) . he probably has skibidi toilet humor imsorry

they USED to be goofy and whimsical like sprout but then the Events happened !!!!!!

unlike alexis instead of landing on a different planet mars was sent to a wholeass different universe . how tha hell

the place they land in is called Arcadia because ! well ! everything looks like an arcade game ! all the creatures there are like space invaderish alien things and everything is like . blindingly neon . please do not go there without some kinda eye protection

mars is fucking Terrified . btw . of everything there . lil bro just wants to be with her sister again :o((((

the whole reason why arcadia is so hostile is just because the section of the game its based on is So So Hard compared to the rest . i have had so many mental breakdowns while replaying that shit it is a miserable experience

like i said earlier , sprout and mars end up finding eachother and becoming besties but the way they actually found eachother was after mars found a rift between the universe that holds arcadia and the universe that holds helowurld .so ! mars gets a little bit of a happy ending ! i guess

vex . the real important one (prefs he/him but honestly does nooottt care)

hes my favorite but i based him on my fav part of the game soooo i May be biased

remember when i said he stole all the magical stuff inside the mother when he was born ? yeah that was a thing that happened

because of him having all that magic shit inside him he has a lot of qualities that queazians normally dont have . like floating limbs and wings and bright red body parts to Hit And Claw You with

hes just a huge freak naturally . he doesnt have any tragic backstory or anyhring hes just like that

when he came down to the cm citadel almost everyone there started worshipping him as a god (cus . i mean . he pretty much is)

but then he sends out the wave and destroys the citadel + almost all its residents !!!!! cus hes silly like that !!!!!!!

he now lives inside this fucked up pocket dimension that .has no name currently where he watches all the waves chaos go down from afar . also he created a bunch of weird little servant creatures that he just refers to as The People

he looooves singing funny little songs . specifically songs about how badly hes fucked up peoples lives (inspired by his section of the game being the only section to have lyrics in the soundtrack .also by that logic he would sound like beck which ?????? yeah ok sure i guess)

vex goes to the citadel where hes worshipped by everyone there

thomas starts working at generic co (bad idea)

alexis embarks on her mission with mars (equally bad idea)

vex sends out the wave

vex creates his Unnamed Pocket Dimension + the people

sprout is born

thomas has his Realization after getting hit by the wave and starts looking for a way out of the building

alexis’ ship gets wrecked by the wave and separates her from mars

alexis lands in the beyond

mars lands in arcadia

alexis starts studying the beyond (and the wave too .because she figured out what that was) while also trying to find a way off the planet and track down mars

mars finds the rift between arcadia and helowurld

sprout and mars have funnnnn :o)) yayyyyy :o)))

alexis leaves the beyond and finds out that helowurld and the beyond are in somewhat close proximity ! convenient

alexis lands on helowurld and has her cute happy reunion with mars and tells him and sprout about the wave . and that they need to leave before the wave reaches helowurld

and im not sure where to go after this !!!!! i am very open to suggestions btw

👾 some of my best sr years have been the years where i’ve had the same sr venus as my natal

👾 looking at the persona chart of your profected year lord can give you a lot of insights for the year ahead i’ve found

👾 chiron on the mc (both solar or natal x solar) shows a year of yearning for something very badly (most likely to be career/goal/experience related)

👾 having positive mercury-saturn aspects (including conjunction depending on sign) is a year where you are on top of your shit, maybe you feel like you conversations with others are thwarted in some way but better than most you’re preparing for something bigger, plans, plans, PLANS!!

👾 saturn conjunct mercury is a really interesting aspect actually for a solar return. it maybe harder to categorize and to process the world around you in a productive way, but you may also learn new subjects/wisdom.

👾 having venus at 28 degrees can indicate an exciting love/crush/relationship happening for that year

Hey! This is just my personal views based on what I studied and the people I interacted with, and any common themes therefore.

- Sagittarius placements may be slow to commitment because they have seen others commit to something (marriage, having children, etc) and saw how these same people may have been struggling and were in over their heads. We also have to remember that Sag risings have Saturnian 2H (values, tangibility) and 3H (rationale) houses in Capricorn and Aquarius. If they do decide to settle, it’s after alot of careful consideration and thought. No need to do something you’re unsure of.

-Libras are so misunderstood because a lot of people expect them to be fierce like their sister sign Aries. Yet, Libras show their teeth when something is undeniably messed up. If you got a Libra (reasonably) mad at you, check your perspectives.

-I’ve seen a few Gemini placements and Leo placements who look decades younger than they are. When I asked what routine they had, a similar answer was to just not take life so seriously and find ways to have fun and let the stress go. And they do! These placements do not let age define them!

-Pisces placements do have some of the highest emotional intelligence I have seen in the zodiac when they go through the proper emotional healing. Speaking of healing, try to visit the ocean more often if you can Pisces. You are represented by the ocean after all.

-Please do not ask a Plutonian person to be the bigger person. That only fuels them more to not be the bigger person 😂😂😂😂.

-Saturn in the 5th house may struggle with just having fun. Like, a fun day doesn’t have to be planned to the tee. Just let the day take you. Same for Mercury in the 5th (if you’re on the Virgo side).

-Aries/Mars/Capricorn/Saturn in the 4th house life may get better once you leave home. If you can’t right now definitely take your time. Spirit has your back 💓.

-If you ever met someone and you can’t stop thinking of them or you feel like they should be in your life for a reason, check to see if y’all have 8th house synastry or 8th house composite placements. Also check the rulers of the 8th. I wouldn’t say 12th house because I feel like 12th house synastry/composite may cause more of a “whatever 🤷🏾‍♀️” vibe. Or at least what I’ve seen/experienced.

-If you feel safe around someone and don’t know why, check the 4th house and moon placments in synastry/composite. 🌙

Astrology Observations #4

Haven’t done an observation post in foreverrr so here we go. :) 

👾 Aquarius suns whether they want to admit it or not, LOVE hearing about gossip and drama. Despite being aloof, they are still air signs. They wanna hear the tea. 

👾 Moon-Jupiter aspects give big/prominent boobies. 

👾 Aries suns either spend money like it’s nothing or are totally frugal. 

👾 Vesta Conjunct Sun in synastry scares me a little. It can be a great aspect, but I feel more often than not the Vesta person tends to put the sun person on a pedestal and deifies them. I had this with my ex, and for a lot of the relationship I always put the blame on myself because I saw him as this person who fixed me and could do no wrong. 

👾A lot of Ceres aspects (3 or more) can make someone very curvy/thick. 

👾 Libra Mars got that cake. 

👾 Cancer suns and Scorpio suns I just don’t dig as a couple and here’s why. I feel like Scorpios tend to use the Cancers to heal themselves and they tend to form trauma bonds with Cancers. Obviously this isn’t always the case, but I don’t see them as the perfect soulmates that everyone says they are. I think Cancer + Pisces works well and Cancers with earth signs. Scorpios I think would work well with earth signs, Pisces? Ehhhh maybe.

👾 Cancer moons be giving Shakespearian monologues whenever you’ve made them upset. I would bet my left leg they’ve all had an emo phase at some point in their lives. 

👾Moon Square Mars is an underrated sex appeal aspect tbh. Even if they’re not physically attractive, they still have an attractive way to them. Some celebs w this placement: Marlon Brando, Jessica Chastain, Tiffani Thiessen, James Dean, Kurt Russell, Natalie Wood, and so on. 

👾Sun Square Moon individuals tend to struggle with mental health issues, some celebrity examples: Kanye West, Heath Ledger, Selena Gomez, Jodie Foster, and so on. 

👾Some aspects I’ve noticed that tend to indicate a romantic relationship (or at least potential for it i.e. one person asking out the other) in the Composite chart are: North Node in the 7th, Vertex in the 7th, Juno in the 7th, asteroid Valentine 447 in the 7th house, asteroid Frigga 27 aspecting Venus, and Vertex Conj. Descendant. Some of these are from @factsrological !

👾Aries suns are noodges. LMFAO. They know how to annoy people and push their buttons. 

👾I’ve noticed sapphic women tend to have Venus-Uranus, Mars-Uranus Mars-Neptune, and/or Venus-Neptune placements. Minor degrees included. Not every single woman who has it will be sapphic, but I’ve never noticed a sapphic woman without one. I’ve also noticed Asteroid Sappho making aspects to angles, personal planets, or in angular houses in sapphic women as well. Also for aspecting personal planets and angles, I’ve noticed there usually are 3+ aspects, but this isn’t always the case. For example I have Venus quincunx Neptune, Mars quincunx Neptune, and Sappho aspecting my midheaven, chart ruler (Jupiter), and Saturn. I spent over an hour looking at different charts of sapphic celebrities and that was the general consensus. 

👾Gemini rising stares are underrated. Scorpio risings and Gemini risings have that same smoldering look, except Gemini risings have a more mischievous smoldering look whereas with Scorpio risings its dark and intense. I’ve mistaken Gemini risings for Scorpio risings before. 

👾People with a prominent Asteroid Casanova tend to be players and flirt a lot. People with harsh Casanova aspects esp to their Mars tend to be unfaithful in relationships. I’ve noticed this more in men though.

👾Life of a Cancer stellium: Always being right about people and situations but no one ever listens to you.

👾 I’ve noticed ALOT of Capricorn suns have issues with their father. If not issues, their father greatly influences their lives for better or for worse.

👾 Pluto in the 1st all have the death stare. It’s no joke. LMAO. Every single person I know including myself have this and give scary death stares. Al Pacino has this and you’ve seen his stares in Scarface.  

👾I’ve noticed Cancer placements if sleepy and not near a bed they’ll try to make their own makeshift bed, like when I was at school between classes I would line up a bunch of chairs next to each other and lay down and use my backpack as a pillow. My old boss who’s also a Cancer got a lounge chair and would bend it all the way back and put a giant cushion on it and sleep in the back room.

👾Everyone talks about asteroids conjunct your ascendant, but never talk about the oppositions. I feel like the conjunctions have more of a “comfortable” effect if you will and oppositions can be more strongly felt and are uncomfortable. Like I have asteroid Apollo opposition my ascendant, and I’ve had so many people who try to challenge me, and be intimidated by me for no reason LMAO. Since Apollo conjunct ascendant deals with power and people looking up to someone, I have people trying to “take my power away” and “fight me” for it if you will. Weird shit. Maybe I’ll do a post about it.

👾I don’t see Lilith-North Node in synastry talked about a lot. This in synastry means that the individuals teach each other to embrace their dark side and explore their s*xuality if the relationship is romantic or s*xual. Usually the individuals can’t keep their hands off each other. 

👾Not really an observation but Eros and Lilith persona charts can tell you what you’re into s*xually. I have an 8th house stellium in my Eros chart and it makes sense, I’ll just leave it at that.  

👾 A lot of Nessus aspects (3 or more) in the natal chart can make someone s*xually deviant. 

👾 I’ve noticed people with their Mars at 0 degrees tend to not be very s*xual or don’t care much about it, like it happens when it happens, sort of attitude. 

👾 I feel like the s*xual chemistry between Cancer Mars and Libra Mars is incredibly underrated. They’re both into soft and sensual sex, and love the intimacy of m*ssionary. 

👾Asteroid Vesta aspecting Saturn may indicate losing your virginity later in life.

👾 I’ve noticed Libra placements in bed tend to be very into giving, and want to make sure their partner also finishes. 

👾Having a prominent Priapus in your chart makes romantic partners want to have s*x with you right away, and this aspect typically gives a high s*x drive. 

👾Scorpio moons have the bedroom eyes. They know how to undress you with their eyes, and they know how to get you to do it. They have a charm about them that just makes them irresistible. Even if they're not physically attractive, they’re just ~ sexy ~ in some inexplicable way. The people I know with these placements are constantly hooking up and/or dating people with barely any effort.

👾Lilith in the 2nd women tend to be s*xualized in addition to Lilith in the 1st women. It’s not as blatant however, it’s more hidden. 👾Those with afflicted 8th house ruling planets tend to have a hard time “being in the moment” during s*x. They might dissociate or feel disconnected from their body. I also see this in people who have a hard time figuring out their sexuality.

👾Cancer Mercury and Libra Mercury friendships are so underrated imo. I know the signs are typically squared, but they're similar in a quite a few ways. For example they tend to be underestimated in how “savage” they can be if you will, they can be very ruthless with their words and tend to be looked over. They’re also both very direct people as they are both cardinal signs while sharing a “softness” to their words. Idk, I’ve always gotten along super well with Libra Mercuries. 

👾Aries moons will really stalk and obsess over someone just to get bored of them 2 weeks later. 

👾This one is weird but I’ve noticed that those with outer planets (Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto) in the 3rd house tend to have big lips/mouth or just unique lips/smiles in general. 

👾Sag placements and Gemini placements in the big three tend to have the most expressive faces. 

👾Leo suns, Leo risings, Sagittarius suns, and Sagittarius risings have the best hair, hands down. 

👾Moon in the 1st makes anyone fairly shy. At least at first.

👾Talking about Lilith in the 2nd again, they’re very cunning. I’ve seen someone else mention this, and I looked into some famous people who have it, and it’s true. They’re very smart and they will do whatever they have to in order to get shit done. They’re ruthless, whether it’s for a good cause or a bad cause. They also have very strong leadership skills and know how to command people- again for both good and evil. Some examples: Pablo Escobar, Hillary Clinton, Napoleon, Winston Churchill, Jim Jones, Nero, etc. 

👾Moon in the 8th individuals have soft eyes. I don’t know why but they just do. You’d think with the Scorpio energy it’d be a piercing gaze, but I’ve always seen individuals with this having a very soft gaze. They have a heavy presence yet their eyes are so soft. Majestic creatures. 

👾People with Pluto in the 7th, Saturn in the 7th, an afflicted or unaspected 7th house ruler, and Scorpio in the 7th, I’ve noticed tend to get into relationships later in life, i.e. they start dating at a later age. 

👾I’ve noticed individuals with Saturn in the 5th either are super into relationships or just super uninterested. I’ve seen this with siblings actually. One sibling is very selective about who they wanna date and isn’t interested in searching for love meanwhile the other one is on 8 different dating apps LMAO. However, I have noticed that this plays out in different ways. For example while this house rules creativity, she’s very creative and wants be a fashion designer, whereas he’s completely not interested in anything creative. Also she loves kids, and he wants nothing to do with them. It’s weird how certain aspects play out. 

👾Mars in the 1st house overlay in synastry is no fucking joke man, I have it with this girl I like and I literally cannot speak around her because I’m in such a state of yearning. Every time we talk I just want to grab her and kiss her. Rip. 

👾Speaking of synastry, 7th house synastry will really have you questioning if you should marry the person even if you don’t like them. I have this with a few people and I’ll randomly start thinking about marrying them and I’m like nope. 7th house synastry at least for me, just fucks with my brain. 

👾Thinking about the time my co-worker liked my other co-worker and she tried to flirt with him by asking for a bite of his ice cream and he told her to get her own. He’s an Aquarius and she’s a Libra, I think that says enough. LMAO. 

👾Unaspected moons tend to be very emotionally cold and closed off, or just have a hard time dealing with emotions in general. 

👾I’ve noticed that people with an afflicted 3rd house planet ruler and/or having it aspect Saturn or Pluto tend to get their driver’s license later than most. (The third house is typically associated with cars, some say the 4th, but I think it’s the third since 3rd house energy is more on the go and 4th house energy is a home-body type of energy). 

👾For some reason I always end up having beef or attracting people with Libra placements at one point or another. I think it’s because of my Mars in the 7th. Weird shit. 

👾Mercury in the 8th people are OBSESSED with revenge and getting back at people who hurt them. I’m speaking for myself but also other people that I know. They just tend to think about shit over and over again. Because of this, I think this also is an anxiety placement since there’s so much overthinking and not being able to move on from past events. Myself and the other people I know with this placement all have some form of an anxiety disorder. 

👾Those with Sagittarius placements in the big three tend to make friends with those of different cultures, religions, races, nationalities, etc. I’m a Sag rising and many of my close friends are Muslim and I was raised Catholic. I also have a good friend who lives in another country as well! I’ve found this to be true with other Sagittarius placements. 

👾I’ve noticed women with Lilith in the 11th get hit on a lot on social media. A couple close friends of mine have this and they’re always getting DMs from thirsty ass dudes LMAO. I’ve also seen this take a dark turn and I’ve seen people they’ve met online get obsessed with them and start stalking them. Obviously if you have this placement it doesn’t mean you’ll get stalked, I’ve just noticed that these placements tend to get a lot of attention from the opposite sex online.

👾Gemini moons despite being super social and funny, there’s still a tinge of awkwardness to them? I think it’s the Mercury energy. Like they’re awkward but in a charming way? 👾I’ve noticed that those with Aquarius, Aries, and Sagittarius placements in their big 6 tend to have more radical and unconventional views about politics than others in their time. This is seen in the charts of Karl Marx, Friedrich Engels, AOC, FDR, Bernie Sanders, etc. Not saying every person with these placements has radical political beliefs but I’ve almost never seen a radical and unconventional politician/economist without one.

👾 Anything Mars touches infuses the aspect with desire. With Mercury it's the desire to center your thoughts. With the Sun it's the desire to center the self and the expression that comes with it. With Venus it's the desire to connect and relate.

👾 Procrastination can be seen through the Moon, Jupiter and Neptune. The opposite of procrastination is anticipation (Mercury & Saturn). Mercury and Saturn show anticipation because it’s the energy you get when the outcome you expect is desirable or advantageous to you (like learning or building something).

👾 People are more likely to recognise you as an authority figure (in any situation) when you exhibit the traits and behaviours of the signs on your 10H, MC and Saturn placement (and wherever you have Capricorn on the cusp); you can use this derivatively too = want to be seen as an authority at work (even if you’re not the boss)? 10th place (authority) from the 6H (work) is the 3H, so the way you communicate in work settings should align with whatever sign you have on the 3H for the best outcomes.
