She glances between the radio and Hunter, unable to control the little smile that crosses her features when she looks back to him. She doesn't mind that kind of music, but then again there isn't a lot she truly dislikes. There were only a few genres he could pick that would make her steal the aux cord back.

"Been there," she knew sometimes listening to moody music when you were feeling moody was cathartic, a way to work some feelings out. "And what's today's mood?"

 “What the fuck are you doing here? It's fuckin' dangerous," Lance said in a low and heated tone, pressing a hand against the other's collarbone to back them up into a shadowed alcove, out of sight, blocking off any prying eyes with his tall frame. His blue eyes were sharp as they shot around, making sure no one had spotted the other before he had but there really was no telling for sure. He grunted and cursed softly under his breath in irritation before he turned his gaze to theirs, frowning slightly with his concern.

Lance had come there knowing he would be in harm's way, being reckless did that and if there was anything Lance was used to it was being a fucking reckless, hot-headed idiot. He just didn't think the other would follow him. He didn't have time for this distraction. He'd been spending the last ten minutes steeling his nerves to follow through with what he came there to do but then he'd caught sight of the other and that just broke down his resolve some.

kiera was staring down at her phone, scrolling through tinder. she saw the notification that she had matched with someone. before she realized who it was, she saw a message from said match. she raised her brow and looked at the picture of the guy. micah. her best friend's brother. this wasn't happening. i mean, she wasn't complaining but if she found out, she'd be out on her ass. hey. how are you? she replied to the message.

open to: m/f/anyone plot: Lana is on a solo rescue mission to free some kidnapped people (supernatural beings likely) from the bad guys (probably hunters or something of the like, could be a government org. that knows about supers?). Enter your muse. hmu if you’d like to plot it out more! connection: one of the hunters or someone associated with them, another supernatural, detective/agent investigating the kidnappings, ex, rival or enemy, idk whatever works~

It had been days. Far too long for Lana’s liking. She should have found them sooner but the bastards responsible for kidnapping a handful of werewolves had been quite thorough. No doubt they were professionals but Lana had her talents too. Adrenaline already had her heartbeat kicked up a notch as she cased the building where she’d followed a hunter. Lana took a moment to catch her breath and get her mind in the right place for this solo rescue mission. She could do this, easy, the last time she’d run into a rough situation like this she’d come out on the other side alright… a few injuries but nothing she couldn’t handle. This was nothing like that though, the people inside wanted her dead just as much as the people they’d kidnapped but that didn’t deter Lana. In fact, it pissed her off. Fueled her violent tendencies. Entitled pieces of shit thought they could get away with just taking people from their families. Well, they had another thing coming once the wolf got herself inside.

A soft curse left her lips in a quiet gasp as a presence registered to her. Had they been masking their energy or had Lana been so preoccupied she hadn’t noticed? Either way she stilled where she stood, blue eyes sharp as they searched the darkness for the other person, spotting them soon enough but she didn’t know if they were friend or foe. Irritation raised the hair on her body like hackles and the anger she’d been stirring around in her head to pump herself up flared as she took a few steps into the alleyway. Per the chance they were just a bystander, Lana wanted to ward them off from the area so they didn’t get caught in the crossfire but if they were an enemy, she figured she had the upper hand if they hadn’t noticed her yet. Then again, she never was very patient.

“Are you fucking following me?” She snapped in a clipped tone, not too loud to completely give away her position but enough to be heard by the other person. There was a bit of accusation in her voice and a tired paranoia in her gaze as Lana took a few more steps into the dim light of the moon, trying to get a better view of the other person to figure out their motives.
