stu (and billy, by extension of being right next to the two of you when the invitation was given) had invited you over to his house one weekend; he wanted to hang out with you again after seeing how you’d reacted to him being so enamored with horror movies. usually the others at school thought the pair were weird, strange and off-putting. but you knew the feeling, so you’d hit it off with them immediately.

and you had a surprise for them! you’d just bought what promised to be a really cool game; a horror point-and-click about a slasher killing a babysitter. heavily based on the halloween movies, you figured, but without the copyright. and it was in 8-bit, with the absolute coolest soundtrack.

when you got to stu’s house (with billy of course at your side, eyes leaving you so so briefly every few moments), you slid the disk into his parents’ computer, watching it boot up. you, in the desk chair, and the boys at each of your sides. you caught them with wide eyes, enamored, eager to see the next big thing that happened.

“oh! right there, knife her, man!” stu cheered, watching as you clicked the corresponding arrow; the two of them whooping and hollering when the player character slashed the babysitter up, splashing pixelated blood across the screen.

“can i go next?” billy asked with a broad, mischievous grin as your victory message popped up on the screen. he and stu shared a look you couldn’t really figure out, but that seemed harmless enough.

“oh, and then me, dude!” stu chortled, grinning ear to ear, leaning in closer to you. their eyes were bright like a child on christmas morning, eager to see how many bloody scenes they could play out.

you each unlocked new scenes throughout the night, and by sunrise, you’d beat the whole game.

“man…. this is way better than psycho…” you heard stu yawn as day broke into the window behind the three of you.

excited by the prospect of expanding the boys’ horizons, you went over to your overnight bag, pulling out two more things. books; horror novels, which you loved so dearly. though the boys weren’t really known for their activity with literature. “if you like that game, i think you’d really like these—…” you offered up, the boys turning to look at you as a final congratulatory cutscene finished playing on the screen.

they shared a look. “alright.. but only if you read them to us,” stu confirmed. you had a feeling you’d be in for a few more all-nighters at this rate. and you were so excited for the prospect.

on the topic of headcanons, I usually don't really make any of my own and just kinda agree or disagree with whatever popular ones are around, and if I like them enough I just kinda apply them to my own stuff. but I guess I have one for each that I can think of rn,

when it comes to Billy, I think he's the kind of guy to be into astronomy. calming sort of star gazing kinda hobby, his family could never afford stuff like telescopes, but Stu has one just kicking about cause his family decided to get him one when he was younger. he lets Billy use it whenever he's over and gets some facts outta him for it, they usually climb out of Stu's attic and sit up on his roof to do it.

I'm pretty sure this one is actually kind of a more popular one, but I like the hc of Stu needing glasses but he just wears contacts all the time. he knows Billy would absolutely think they're lame as all hell but I think he'd use them more often when he's older and Billy probably he thinks he suits them a little when he gets used to it

I have other small thoughts I guess but I wont make this answer too annoyingly long. I've been knee deep in @/sharpth1ng fic though, debaser, and that has kinda warped my brain chemistry a lot when I think about these two lately (highly recommended, I'm fighting my lack of reading to try and finish it this week)

ARE THEY SORRY? - jennifer check, michael a. myers, billy loomis and stu macher, jesse cromeans

JENNIFER may come back…eventually. if she can prove to herself that she won’t accidentally harm you in some way, she’ll work up the courage to confront you again - not once apologizing, instead poutily demanding you let her back in. 

if you say YES, she’ll be elated, quickly resuming your relationship as if nothing happened. late one night, when she thinks you’re asleep she’d apologize. don’t say anything, just let her have her moment. 

if you say NO, thankfully she wouldn’t get violent. jennifer would stiffen up and grow cold, just like before as she whisked away from you - and you’d never hear from her again.

if you tell her YOU NEED TIME, she’d acquiesce - BUT she’ll never leave you alone. essentially you’d gain a pseudo-stalker, she’s everywhere you are and somehow is always finding a way into your house - making conversation and prodding/teasing at you like before. whether or not you tolerate this is up to you, but trust me, without an answer she’d be hard to get rid of. 

MICHAEL wouldn’t feel sorry. plain and simple anon, i’m sorry to break it to you. it would take A LOT to get michael to a breaking point, as he has learned to be a very patient man, and believe it or not he often managed to dole out a little bit more just for you. whether you’re alive or not matters little to him now, just stay out of his way. should you ever run into him, pretend like you didn’t see him, and he’ll do you just the same. 

BILLY AND STU could feel regret. possibly. it’s not entirely in their nature but once they see the streets ain’t shit and you were the only one that would ever truly be there for the both of them, they might come groveling back - now that’s if they cheat on you! if they feel as if you’ve broken their trust, safe to say they’re never coming back - and if they do, it’s not for a fun little reunion. so, the only reason they’d come back is if they cheated - they’d show up in your bedroom late one night, stu coming in through your door and billy your window. they’d lay by you however long it took for you to awaken, breathing heavily and giggling as they keep making eye contact with each other. you’ll wake up to the unpleasant surprise of their gazes raking over your face, as they then proceed to ask, no, insist that you take them back. 

if you say YES, stu will smile with glee, pumping his fist in the air as billy’s hand slowly begins to slide down your thigh, stu’s hand finding purchase at your hips to squeeze shortly after. que a night of some of the roughest sex of your life, only to find the bed devoid of two men in the morning. there’s a 50/50 chance of you still finding the duo in your house at all - if you do, well, lucky you - if not, i mean, this wasn’t the best judgment call was it? 

if you say NO then stu quickly frowns, billy scowling at you as he scoffs and sits up. que the sludge of the most demeaning things the brunet can think of spilling out of his mouth, poking at your insecurities and raging about how much of an ungrateful slut/f-slur/piece of shit you are. stu will giggle not-so-silently in the background, the weight of the men lifting from the bed as they leave. from there on out, your life is a living hell for as long as it takes them to get bored - slashed tires, dead animals in your house, if you have anything compromising or personal stored on any of your computers that is sent to your place of work, parents, etc. just don’t react. they’re essentially trying to make you a prisoner in your own life, so do your best to take it all in stride - or get far away for a long, long time. these two are not for the weak. 

if you say that YOU NEED MORE TIME, they are not understanding and demand an answer right away - don’t think they won’t stoop so low as to put a knife to your throat, or verbally threaten to kill you. answers under duress are still answers, after all.

JESSE, like michael, probably wouldn’t regret it at all either. unlike the shape, he’d think about the ‘what-ifs’ and what life would be like if you were still alive, but none of it is out of regret. more like a wistful sense of pity he has for you being such an idiot. he was sure to make you suffer before you died. occasionally, he’ll put on the tape he took of your brutal death - just to reminisce.

1. Who has the cutest tickle laugh?

I don't think either of their laughs could really be classified as cute in a traditional sense. Billy's is typically fairly deep and growly, filled to the brim with threats, but some spots will have him giggling boyishly in seconds. Stu, on the other hand, is a cackler. He is loud, frantic, and borderline hyena-like, which is kinda cute but overstimulating at times. In the end, I give the point to Billy.

3. Who gets cheer-up tickles?

Billy, all the way! I mean, have you seen that boy? He could use a real, genuine laugh from time to time, and Stu is more than happy to deliver!

4. Who takes advantage of the other one getting their arms stuck while taking off their shirt?

They both do, though Billy does it more often. Stu's long, lanky arms get caught in his shirt at least once a week, and Billy loves using those opportunities to reduce the taller boy into a screeching mess.

5. How did they discover each other’s ticklishness?

As anti-climatic as it is, they just found out over the years. They have been friends for a long time; it makes sense that they would have found out about each other's ticklishness at some point (Stu found out about Billy first, though).

6. Who can’t take tickle bites?

Stu! Billy has surprisingly good resistance to them while Stu has none whatsoever. The boy just collapses the second you start to nimble at his ears or neck, lost to fits of hysterical giggling.
