heyyy i'm also obsessed with skyfall right now and have a lot of feelings about 00silva :') i was rewatching it and it drives me crazy how silva never gets any sort of emotional closure at all….. everytime he speaks he is (though he is manipulave with it) so emotional and he only gets the most emotionally detached answers from m and bond, it actually breaks my heart. he only wants his pain to be acknowledged and it only is acknowledged non-verbally (bond's little nod) or when he isn't present. anyways love that old man <3

yes!!! i am obsessed with how volatile and emotional raoul is throughout the movie. you never get this sort of depth in a bond villain, you either get the stone cold killer (i.e. le chiffre) or the over the top campiness. and sure, raoul is camp but it’s just one of the many masks he wears (metaphorical and physical alike) to sort of buffer his real emotions. the last scene in the chapel is exemplary of this, how many feelings he shows, how tired he is emotionally. i could talk about him (and his relationship with james and m) for weeks!

First off Saga/Casey (Alan Wake 2)

1. What made you ship it?

When I noticed Saga's mind place was full of memories related to Alex Casey and literally no mention of her husband, and she being divorced in the alternative timeline made me think that there might be something going on between the two and unfortunately i do be loving them love triangles!

2. What are your favorite things about the ship?

It's just my headcanon but like the tension bullding up slowly during the years, mutual pining and yearning and it feeling so wrong but also so right and like saga's not the cheating type or the one to do hasty decisions so there's really no resolve in literal years oughhhhh,,, i love it <3

3. Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship?

Idk maybe it's unpopular to like. enjoy m/f ships in love triangles 😭 and i get it it's realmy rare for me too but i do like these two

00Silva (James Bond) 😭

1. What made you ship it?

That scene obviously but also the "opposite sides of the same coin" type of situation they have, I'm always down for those ships where two people have the same starting point but end up in different sides while still having tension with each other <3

2. What are your favorite things about the ship?

Exactly that they're the same but different, and it's so toxic and so twisted, and finally there's someone who can top james and that's the most important thing here let's be real!!

3. Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship?

I think it's just generally not that popular ship but oh god i think there Should be more toxic love triangle stuff going on with these two and Q why does no one wanna write about that!!

Also I can't talk about my otps without mentioning Hannigram (NBC Hannibal)

1. What made you ship it?

I simply had no choice it's toxic yaoi there's blood there's cannibalism there's so much mutual pining there's manipulation and it's beautiful <3

2. What are your favorite things about the ship?

I really really love how their deviotion and love is presented like it's clear as day that they love each other but also there's no actual resolve at any point and oh my god i am living for that type of shit!! like it's all about the tension, pining and yearning and feeling seen by the other ohhhh lord!!

3. Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship?

Yeah i actually enjoy the subtextual displayals of love and the unresolved pining the most so i kind of never was on that team who wanted them to get an on-screen kiss and an actual relationship, honestly for me it was perfect like this and i never would've changed a thing <3

i know you ship 00q (so valid and good!) but what do you think of bond/silva … 👀

Firstly, hello! Thank you for the ask!

I don’t have any particularly strong feelings about bond/silva tbh, but I do have feelings about that scene (i.e. anything suggestive involving Daniel Craig is hot, and the scene very much lends itself to fanfics where it ends a little differently, which I imagine exist already). I’m not generally fond of shipping ‘good guys’ with villains in a romantic sense (unless there’s some kind of redemption arc or alternate universe, a moral ‘fix-it’ if you will), but smut is fine. More than fine. Have I ever searched for a bond/silva fic? No. Would I read one out of curiosity if scrolling past? Yeah, probably. :)
