Ca•ra•mo•an 042017

This has got to be one of the popular summer spots in Bicol. A good 4-5 hours trip from Naga and my first time here with Team Villanea. Out of all the islands that we’ve been to during our stay, this one is my favorite view (although it was a bit challenging to go up because not only the rocks were sharp and steep, it’s also hot! 🥵) but as the saying goes, you gotta go through hardships to reach the top. Truth be told, I will never forget the experience I had on the other island, got some good back allergy from the floating dead seaweeds. 🙈

As the sea is my happy place, 8/10 will go back. 💙

Sau chuyến đi bụi gần 2 tháng của mình hoàn tất, về nhà ai cũng cứ chề môi mỗi khi tôi nhắc đến Iran. Trời có chi mới hơn thì kể đi? Có Iran kể mại tê nựa? :v ~

Những ai nghe tôi nói sẽ đi Iran, câu đầu tiên sẽ là: "Mày điên à sao đi Iran, Iran bất ổn bm" … bla bla các kiểu :3 Đến cả người thân ở nhà khi biết tin đang ở Iran cũng lo xa liệu thằng này có làm liều sang bển đầu quân cho IS hay không…

#16. Simon vs. the Homo sapiens agenda (Becky Albertalli)

Sabe aquelas promoções irresistíveis da Amazon, em que existe um cupom de desconto e uns livros populares passam a custar 2 ou 3 reais? Pois então, foi assim que Simon foi comprado - o preço estava bom demais: 3,98. Nem um copo de café pingado sai tão barato. A história do Simon, que é gay e se vê forçado a assumir depois de ser chantageado, é bonitinha. Mas só isso. (Óbvio que minha indiferença pode ser resultado de um fato super simples: não sou público alvo do livro, estou bem distante da faixa etária que se identificaria com as situações expostas nas páginas).

Aqui, vou culpar a netflix. Assisti o seriado e precisei ler o livro, para comparar e ter certeza que o Clay “original” é uma pessoa normal, que virou a madrugada escutando todas as fitas, até encontrar a dele. Tenho a mesma opinião do seriado - é ok. 

#18. Memórias póstumas de Brás Cubas (Machado de Assis)

Olha um clássico - e um clássico NACIONAL. Estou até me sentindo mais culta. Pena que, assim como da primeira vez que li, achei legal e nada mais. Existe algo na forma de escrita do Machado de Assis que me incomoda. Talvez o ritmo? Não sei. 

#19. Mitologia nórdica (Neil Gaiman)

Gostei. Porque? Porque me interesso pela mitologia nórdica. O livro é isso: Neil Gaiman reescrevendo as principais histórias que compõem essa mitologia. Nada de novo ou fantástico. (Mas a capa é linda!)
