It's been a thirsty week on ye olde tumblr dot com

It is a truth universally acknowledged that Deadpool & Wolverine is about as gay as it gets without kissing—though some of you are convinced they did, in fact, have relations in that car. For Jujutsu Kaisen fans, some fears were apparently confirmed, and you are all feeling many feelings about that. The Book of Bill was released last week to much acclaim here on Tumblr, and you all keep on proving you really do love a sexyman, whatever shape he might take. And the ongoing sports in Paris continue to give you all much to yell and art about (shout out to all the art of the air pistol podium icons). This is Tumblr’s Week in Review.

Good morning Amity Park. You may have noticed my recent absence and wondered why I disappeared. Believe me, it was absolutely not my intention to vanish for nearly three months. I was perfectly fine staying here and continuing on with my life like normal. Or, afterlife, I suppose.

But those god awful natural portals. I really hate those things.

You know, they would actually be quite handy if they weren’t so unpredictable. But no, you take a walk down the sidewalk one day, only to get sucked in by one of the darn things, then boom! You’re in the middle of nowhere, two months in the future, surrounded by trees and bugs and vines with thorns that you can’t get away from, and the closest civilization you can find is god damned Carl Junction Missouri.

I had absolutely no idea that this place even existed, but now, I know that if hell is real, then it’s exact location is Carl Junction Missouri. I hate it, I hate it, I hate it, dear god I am never going back there, nobody can make me.

There was a nearby city, Joplun? I can’t remember. They had an airport with flights to Chicago, but I didn’t have my wallet, and absolutely none of my ghostly abilities wanted to work with me to sneak on the plane.

I’ve been hitchhiking for four days. This has been one of the most miserable experiences I have ever had and I never want to go through anything like it ever again.

The Fentons will not be driving today.

Tango was so happy energetic.

And from Tango calling Etho's storage system cute and Etho in gamechat going "CUTE?!" (00:41:07). To the razzing (and laughing) over shops (00:49:00 and 01:03:49). Etho taking Tango's head twice, and it all being so playful (00:58:11). Etho using Tango's catchphrases 🥹🥹🥹 It gets me every time! "porkchop power" "flee with extra flee!" And the way he said it was the cutest, and Tango's giggle about it too (01:00:59). Etho offering to give the tour Tango wanted. More mail talk and laughing guilt and planning and razzing and teaching Etho to do the stamps. Tango complimenting the path (and that Etho showed it to him when he first came back when Etho came to say hi) (01:15:41). They still plan on doing their sand-collection-off (01:35:06).

And of course the whole TNTificating with Etho's new "boom boom tech" (01:39:43--02:15:17) was just…the most fun. They are having the most fun together...it's an absolute joy. (And it's also them collaborating on how to figure out a redstone thing together which is just so satisfying.) Just...TOO MANY (!!!) (so many) fun moments in that whole TNT section that I can't even start on highlighting them all 😭 I'd need another mammoth paragraph...

Good morning Amity Park, I'm your ghostly weatherman, Lance Thunder. Today's Sunday, May 11, and there's a 0% chance of rain. Highs are in the high sixties, and the lows are in the low fifties.

Danny Phantom was seen yesterday evening fighting against a large ghostly dog in Ewert Park. Thankfully, he was able to quickly defeat and capture this dog, and no injuries were sustained to Phantom himself, or the people around him.

After this fight, Phantom was roped into a game of tag with several children. He seemed hesitant to play at first, but eventually gained some enthusiasm for the activity. The game was eventually ended when the parents of a few of the children playing arrived. They felt that their children were unsafe in Phantom’s presence and demanded that he leave.

The Nasty Burger has just finished rebuilding after the attack that destroyed it in early April, and will be reopening today at noon. They have added five new items to their menu in celebration.

The Fentons will likely be driving today.
