On-boarding

Today is my first day at my new work. First time to do the on-boarding online. This day has been jam-packed with meetings. It was refreshing that even if I have lots of meetings scheduled for the day, those meetings were short and not that exhausting. I still have a long way in order to understand the ins and outs of the company. 

I appreciate what my boss told me after my last meeting. He told me that it’s okay if I don’t know everything. He told me that tutorials can be easily found online and that I don’t have to worry when given with unfamiliar tasks. In short “Don’t be pressured”. I hope I do well in this work.

the gym workers received Hershey kisses

Governor of Louisiana started masks indoor all public buildings today, so wearing a mask in the gym.  there are some other changes, but i don’t think any others affect me directly

father in law is doing better and should be transported home by ambulance on Tuesday.  hospice services are set up at home to keep him comfortable.  he was greatly comforted by having mother in law being able to stay with him in the hospital.

Sometimes we are seemingly falling down. Yung tipong babagsak na, yung tipong wala na. But guess what, we aren't. Not falling down but falling into place.

In reality, people will really pull you down so you can join them in equal agony. It's okay. Let them.

Emmanuel; God is with us.

While most of them are selfishly thinking only about their own expense, others struggle. It's not okay. Pray for them.

No one's perfect but everyone has a good nature. We are born that way. Lahat tayo may ethics. Lahat tayo may conscience of however the circumstances, while our own selves are important, we tend to also always think about the welfare of the majority. MAJORITY. Pero dapat hindi natin pinupwersa yung mga tao. Hindi porket hindi pabor sa ating sarili, mangdadamay na tayo just so we can share the pain to the point where we can damage their innocence. Nononononono. NO. Dont. Please.

So what triggers us to damage? Chances are:

1. We are hurting we want others to hurt too.

2. They did something that makes us want to see them struggle.

3. WE WANT TO PROVE OURSELVES RIGHT.

4. We want someone to realize something.

So in whatever circumstances, problems, struggles, ALWAYS REMEMBER, the way we act forms a straight line that points directly back to our Christianity. We represent Christ.
