hello any art program that can do text with Courier New Bold (I don't remember if it's 12 or 14 sized) can be used to replicate pasterchum stuff. I think msparp still exists under the name mxrp but I haven't double checked. you could use real pesterchum as it's free and downloadable from the Homestuck.net fan archive. there's also flaringK's quirk builder at https://flaringk.github.io/homestuck5plus/

but that's more so for html formatting? idk I hope this helps
