Serious question: has there ever been a time-loop episode of doctor who?

I know River got stuck in a time loop while the TARDIS was exploding but that wasn't the full story. Is there an episode where the full story is a time loop? Preferably with the companion being the one who remembers not the Doctor???

My gets to have a plot point while Sniff gets just one line #which is probably not something you should do for the first episode of series #but anyway I was entirely caught off guard by Moominmamma's introduction being her putting on makeup #and the choice to make an original character who is also strangely similar to Snufkin who could've easily filled the role was odd #I rate it a 6/10. Not awful but could be better. An enjoyable experience. Absolutely wild plot turns but had a thread to follow #characters could've been utilized better tho

Finally bought a copy of persona 4 golden everyone applaud me for taking 80 years to get this version

#persona 4 #persona 4 golden #also heres a bit of a review based on like the first 45 minutes of game play (if you take 80 years walking in circles):#i enjoy how they introduced a new character to this game in the introduction sequence here better than in p5r #girlie here fits right in with characters like the gas station worker and random npcs saying hi #i feel like it works a lot better than sumire suddenly pulling up and somewhat halting the p5 intro sequence when all other thieves were #elsewhere especially since even in the middle of the game its like damn i feel like i should be zooming rn but im just doing this sequence #and for the intro it implies some kind of connection that doesn't really feel earned/feels forced in the first 10 minutes #even in game its still like 💀 you should not be here sister like love you but errrrrr #the original p5 intro is preferable to p5r for this reason like maybe it wouldve been better if she was alluded too instead but idk!#on the other hand the p4 intro is fairly equal to p4g in terms of quality imo!!

i feel like ten and martha jumped immediately to that best friend stage where you’d trust them with your life and your ugliest and most vulnerable moments without actually developing a relationship that would naturally amount to that first . like that first bit for most friendships came after lmaooo

#which is why their relationship is strong and true and deep yet also a fucking mess 💀#they saved each other’s life n then ten’s subconscious took it as a cue to start trauma dumping #he’s trying his best okay .#jay rambles #dw.txt #10.txt #marthaj.txt #it’s interesting bc with rose their relationship had time to naturally develop #she didn’t get all of the doctor’s flaws at once or all his qualities at once #she rly got to discover him as a person over a long period of time. twice #martha saw his best side and fell in love with that + the jump in their relationship which i was describing which made the whole thing messy #donna’s rly interesting bc she speedran the doctor’s whole character in the Christmas bride ep #like all of the doctor’s good and bad (with a bit more emphasis on the bad) got condensed into one adventure #so she KNEW what she was getting into lmao #and their relationship was able to truly bloom from that honest introduction she got

writing out my plans for my KITH video essay series since I'm going to apply to get course credit for it as an independent study next semester and oh my god i have 17 different videos planned lmao

#basically i want to do a short introduction video #an individual retrospective video for each season (1-6) explaining how their comedy evolved #a top 10 sketches video for each season that will give me a chance to talk more in depth on a few specific sketches #(and bc top 10s are good for the algorithm)#a deep dive on brain candy & death comes to town (i'm doing that as one video for a specific reason even tho logically they should be 2)#a mouth congress deep dive for sure #and the one i'm honestly most excited for: an in-depth analysis on the history and evolution of buddy cole #bc holy shit there is so much there. that character has such a storied history that needs to be told #and ngl i'm hoping i can get an interview with scott for that one. i'm not counting on it but i do have the connection now lmao #and then the finale video is gonna be the one connecting all the kith characters who exist in the same universe #this is gonna be so fun. five people will watch it.

So i finished Silo and I really liked how it started but idk it kinda became bland as it went.... like juliette being THE engineer was really cool but that got replaced with her becoming sheriff which idk... I really liked her as the keeper of the silo but that kinda became meaningless. Also it reaches a point where all the metaphors and themes are really obvious and I haven't decided yet if I think that's good or bad. I enjoy that nearly every character that appears has a past that affects them and how they intertwine together but they all are pretty shallow

#also i dont know if this is because of one piece but the 10 or 8 episode seasons are becoming unwatchable to me like characters need more #time to develop.... oda made characters nuanced in their introductions and idk why it is so hard for this to happen in entire seasons #well idk if this would benefit from longer seasons bc there is a lot that could be simplified but the characters would still be shallow...#idk it reads very young adult sci fi to me and i didnt expect it #like idk i just watched black sails and those are short seasons but shit happens and characters are complex...#talking tag #watching silo
