When I first joined Beachbody on Demand I saw that Tony Horton who is the creator of P90X, P90X2, and P90X3.  He made a workout program called 10 Minute Trainer.  I was skeptical at first until I tried it.

When I first tried Beachbody 10 Minute Trainer workouts I was skeptical because so many people told me that you must do at least an hour of weightlifting or cardio to stay in shape.  Well, I was wrong yet again, Tony Horton provided a 10 Minute workout that actually works.  I was shocked to find that this workout program actually gets my heart pumping and sweaty in just 10 Minutes.  Who Should Do The 10 Minute Workouts? People who have very busy schedules or who are just beginning.  I don't always have time to do long workouts because of my summer schedule so I rely on these 10 Minute workouts to keep me going and motivated.  It's 10 minutes non-stop without any breaks.  Some people think that working out has to be a long chore.  Tony Horton makes the time fly because it's fun.
