Okay uh…. Did you watch 6.11 “Appointment in Samara” where Dean chooses the life of a drunk driver over his brother’s soul? Did you watch 11.17 “Red Meat” or 13.21 “Beat The Devil” where Dean chooses getting others to safety over trying to rescue Sam? Did you watch 15.19 where Dean offered to trade his and Sam’s lives for everyone else? Did you watch 5.13 where Sam and Dean both suggested Mary leave John so they’d never be born, to spare the world an apocalypse?

No I guess? Then maybe you shouldn’t tell me to watch the show better. Maybe YOU should watch the show better.

Sam and Lucifer meet for the first time. Lucifer first appears as Jess, and he promises to never lie to Sam, and to never trick him.

5x10 Abandon All Hope

Sam tries to kill Lucifer, and Lucifer summons Death to finish raising the Horsemen. Dean gets knocked out, and Sam and Lucifer have a chat.

5x19 Hammer of the Gods

Sam nearly gets eaten by Pagan Gods. Lucifer then slaughters them all, and then his brother Gabriel. rip Gabe 😔✌️

Sam and Hallucifer best friends arc. Sam let's Hallucifer in to help him find Dean. But then Hallucifer doesn't let him sleep.

So I was reading the studio draft for Beat the Devil, and honestly it’s really good (it’s got Cas acknowledging the fact that Sam’s suffered more at Lucifer’s hands than him, and Dean sorta going after Sam when he dies) but there’s this bit here that I love -

Sam Fucking Winchester. Half Christ, half cowboy. Berens, we might not agree about everything, but thank you for this. :D
