I made this session difficult for me by napping for nearly an hour just prior to it. My mind couldn’t have advanced with a stirred subconscious. This I knew as I sat upright for meditation. What I still can’t see coming is that with every minuscule progress that I make in the depths of my mind, there is a phase of bodybuilding.

I shook involuntarily a lot more last night than I did the night before last. To advance inwardly, the body will have to undergo changes to be able to hold the kind of energy that is required for such advances in the intuition. Maybe that is the reason for such a huge surplus of energy being released during meditation.

アンコールに、ラ・カンパネラ演奏してくれて感激

この超難曲and超絶技巧を目の当たりにして

本当に、、指が20本くらいありますかっていうくらい指を動かす速さが尋常ではなかった

（あの鍵盤は神の領域でした

そして美しい旋律にわたしは何度もグッときてしまった

当時のリストのコンサートでは、失神する貴婦人が続出したとか

シューマンの妻クララもリストの演奏中に号泣してしまったとか

その気持ち本当によくわかります

（号泣はした事ないけども

心の高まりが頂点に達っしてしまうあの感覚の時、訳もわからず涙が出てくる🥲

そして涙が出るくらい感動させてくれてありがとうってなる

なっかなかそういう事って日常生活ではないから

やっぱり芸術って人間にとってなくてはならない生命維持装置です

ってまた大きなテーマになるけど本当にそう思う

特に音楽がなかったら、、心がパッサパサになってる

スコーン食べて口の中がパッサパサになるのと同じくらい
