sometimes i forget that people new here probably don't know teddy's name so missed the irony of this. back in 2020 i named him eugene. and this hockey season i put a r*angers jersey on Eugene. cause i think im funny. ive also started to worry that i pushed my luck and criss crossed my loyalties too much and now both teams are backsliding ;_; but Teddy Gene has been sporting this jersey since the start of the season so i dont think its his fault. both teams have back to back games starting tomorrow before the break and im Concerned :(

#teddy gene's origin was that i bought him in the first month of the pandemic when i realized the guy i was dating would be quarantined in SF #and then years later when i moved into the new place and quarantine was over he went into storage #and then i lost my job and months of unemployment is the WORST kind of isolation so i pulled teddy gene out of storage again #he was named during a time when i had too many eugenes they were popping up like daisies so his name is also a joke #2019/2020 was a fun year #also in my defense when i first started drawing geno i had no idea evgeni could mean eugene #it's not like im intentionally starting a eugene collection or something #anyways he is good for hugs #soft and squishy and you can give his little forehead a kiss cause hes so cute #kind of like a cat but without the allergies #and he roots for both new york and pittsburgh despite the jersey loyalty #jrnlsht

Considering how I may be doing comms again more consistently this year, especially, I've been on a streak of no bad experiences with clients since about 2019. Nobody's gotten parasocial because they gave me money for a service in years, let's keep it up boys!!!

Brennan obviously wonder woman I don't think she'd ever change that. That's her comfort Halloween outfit the only thing that's changed is the outfit

oh brennan has ABSOLUTELY been wonder woman since she was a kid . i feel like she also did some silly pun costumes- (a la the "shooting star" costumes my friend and i did when we were 12- stars covered in bullet holes with guns) . she also DEFINITELY did a zombie bride and a mummy at some point .

booth was all the most popular ones- though he was definitely a lion at some point in toddlerhood. he went through cop, various superheroes, firefighter, etc.

angela went ALL OUT for halloween. her dad helped make all her costumes, and they started in august. i feel like she was rainbow brite for halloween one year purely because it Makes Sense . she was also princess peach, strawberry shortcake, and various other cartoon or video game characters .

hodgins was weird as FUCK . he was the kid who went "im gonna be soup/pants/a movie theatre floor for halloween this year" . and i can stand by this because i was a lego brick when i was ten .

cam was all the girly classics !! fairy princess, mermaid, witch, zombie bride, etc. she always had glitter and some sort of crown/wings/poofy dress .

#my halloween costumes always slap so this was fun #this year my friend group is being the strawberry shortcake characters #last year my gf + bff + me were alvin and the chipmunks #2020 my gf and i were melody/kuromi and 2019 we were marceline/bubblegum #year before that my bff and i did rocky horror (i was colombia she was frank n furter)#god i love halloween

Also lol I realised my birthday is in six days and I've been feeling like a piece of crap for the past several weeks, so here's to hoping I'm not gonna spend that day sobbing on the living room floor but I don't have particularly high hopes
