Conscious connected breathing is an active form of #breathwork. It is a beautiful self-healing tool. You will be #breathing to #music 🎶 designed for Manifestation & Co-creation. It’s a potent practice & Contra-Indications to consider *CONTRA-INDICATIONS* If you suffer from schizophrenia, bipolar, history of epilepsy, do not do this practice without consulting a medical professional. Early or delicate pregnancy, heart condition, extremes of blood pressure, glaucoma, aneurysm, stroke or recent abdominal surgery. Do not do while operating machinery, driving or under the influence of intoxicants. Do not do while influenced by alcohol, drugs or plant medicines. ~ Conscious Breathwork Technique Instructions ~ This powerful breath technique that has 4 simple stages: 1) Open mouth, as if biting into a piece of fruit 2) Full body breaths, expanding the abdomen, the lower chest & the upper chest 3) Connected at the top & bottom of the breath (no pause) like continual waves of the ocean. 4) An active inhale & passive exhale, drawing in that which we need & letting go of all that doesn’t serve us Here’s is an example by founder of Breathing Space the technique https://youtu.be/vlEU0kIjKLU You are in charge of your journey. Your breathing is your brake & your accelerator, you can go speed up & slow down and by changing your breath back to normal, all sensations will fade. Day 15 - #21DaysofCocreation https://facebook.com/events/s/21-days-of-co-creation-a-journ/609446876999062/ Dear Friends, Today we introduce a a written practice called ' Streams of Consciousness ' #Streamofconsciousness #journaling is a free flowing and introspective method that can be a very cathartic experience. You can use your #intuition to choose a time of day or evening to do this practice. We recommend for initial benefit to do it first thing in the morning, before getting out of bed, so keep a notebook, journal, paper and pen/pencil to hand and begin the practise upon awakening and before you start your day. ⭐️ Do not over think, let go of the need and pressure of #writing clearly and logically, just let whatever comes immediately, there is no structure or rules including using grammar etc, just allow a raw dialogue come to life on paper. ⭐️ There is no structure and there are no rules, writing from your stream of consciousness is supposed to be messy. ⭐️ Simply take a deep inhaling #breath and as you exhale begin to write, it could be scribble, mindless words no coherant sentences, exact thoughts eg “I don’t know what to write.” A Stream of Consciousness exercise helps you live in more in the Present and write and express in the Now Moment and reveals insights beyond your logical thinking. So today embrace the journey to uncovering your deepest thoughts. Uncover hidden treasure within from the deep core of your mind. Day 14 - #21DaysofCocreation https://facebook.com/events/s/21-days-of-co-creation-a-journ/609446876999062/ Dear Friends, Unfortunately I've had a problem posting for Day 14 on #Instagram till now however ... in life when we are looking at creating something we can become very attached to the outcome, and it can feel if we are pushing against life, rather in flow. It’s important to be mindful of these times and I find it helpful to just #Surrender and #LetGo and Feel into the Sense of #Freedom this Brings. During this time of Surrender the #Magic often happens and the universe brings to us support in mysterious ways that our little selves, trying to figure out and know it all from the mind can't even comprehend at the time. #manifestation #manifesting #lawofattraction I feel Yesterday was part of this Letting Go and Surrendering even more .. to allow alignment to happen. Wow! We are half way through our 21 Days How are You Gorgeous Souls All Doing? Day 12 - #21DaysofCocreation https://facebook.com/events/s/21-days-of-co-creation-a-journ/609446876999062/ So we have been working on #raisingourvibration removing obstacles in our path, letting go of things we no longer need, working upon our thinking by using positive #affirmations #de-cluttering our lives and creating movement in our physical space too, counting our #blessings through #gratitude and #appreciation and opening up to #divineflow through giving and receiving. Having a Connection is Vital for Creation: Connection to Ourselves & A Connection to The Cosmos/Universe ( All That Is ) So today we continue to build upon raising and deepening our high vibration and create deep inner connection as we need to be a beacon of clear receptivity mentally, emotionally, #spiritually & physically .... so this is one of my favourite practices originally from the famous Grand Master #MantakChia ' The #InnerSmile #Meditation' Our vital energy known as “chi” is increased using this meditation. This #energy circulates through the #acupuncture meridians of our body and helps with your health & #wellbeing and balancing emotions as well as opening up more spiritually and #creatively. The meditation is based upon belief that different organs store different emotions and by using energy & intention, the organs begin to relax and help heal organs that have stored emotions. We use the heart and the element of fire for powerful #transformation. Day 2 - 21 Days of Creation: Namaste Beautiful Hearts ~ Today We Introduce The Mantra of Creativity, I was introduced to this Mantra a few years ago by my dear friend Kirsty Lewis a Kundalini Teacher Based in the UK and it is very Powerful, Have Fun and Enjoy!! "Har Haray Hari Waheguru" It is made of four parts and represents the cycle of creative activity. 💕 Har represents the seed potential of Infinite Creativity. 💕 Haray represents the flow of the Creative Force. 💕 Hari represents the manifestation of the Creative Force. 💕 Waheguru is an expression of joy and wonder at the beauty of this process.
