Redstone, also know as Red snow or Bright stone, is a mineral found in the lower caves, its has a very snow like texture and is a very bright red. Does not dilute in water but it may leave some particles floating on the surface.

Although some miner say it glows when touch, that just themself raising some redstone particles.

The redstone is a slightly hallucinogen mineral, is not poisonous but a high exposition may result on lung problems or neurotic disorders.

The mineral needs to be content on a bottle or compacted into a solid block, use pistons for a better result.

Modular Mech project update: The LBK-12 "Lunchpack", with swappable "Lunchboxes" in the right torso

Test printed torso and a blank hunch, just a friction fit right now but it's a lot more solid than I expected! I didn't even model in a tolerance gap, the model's a straight 0-clearance fit (only beveled edges to help align the pieces), but the printer handled it fine. (Bambu A1m w/0.2mm nozzle using PETG HF filament)

Considering: -Small notch+catch for more positive retention (May wear out over time?) -Dovetail slot (Longer term, more positive friction fit, requires high precision printing) -Cutouts for magnets in hunch+body (Probably best, though involves the most prep for the user)

As-is I imagine the piece should be primed + painted while assembled, leaving meet surfaces as clean plastic so as not to risk paint interfering with the fit.

Oh, and here's a look at the finished body now, just on to swappable weapons packs.

Each limb is still a separate segment so I can repose at will, I plan on arranging a variety of poses in the final file pack, as well as model a Lunchbox for every variant that only changes the hunch lunch.

Thinking about it since over the years writing partners will occasionally be like “oh that’s cool, but I know nothing about them actually,” and I’m gonna be so honest in saying that while I love writing Academy Era / pre-Master & pre-Doctor Koschei & Theta, it’s also probably been almost like 6-9(nice) years since I’ve actually directly consumed anything remotely canon or fanon (fic, at least) related to them or the Deca. Purely operating off of fandom osmosis, and the experience of surviving countless hopeless toxic homoerotic friendships / situations / relationships in the New England Catholic School System.
