NUMANA – Clorofilla saluta questo inizio di primavera 2019 in una maniera davvero “Inedita”: è questo il nome che l’associazione giovanile di Numana ha scelto per un’iniziativa capace di fondere in convivio natura, arte e musica all’interno di un unico evento, sempre nello spirito “clorofilliano” di condivisione e comunità, organizzato per domani, domenica 24 marzo, a partire dalle 16, nella Badia di San Pietro (in cima al Monte Conero), autentico gioiello di architettura romanica risalente all’anno 1000.

Dalle 16 alle 18, il programma inizia con “Inedita Plantarum”, il laboratorio d’arte diretto da Paola Tassetti, e aperto a un numero massimo di 15 partecipanti, nel quale si incontreranno botanica e materia, per propiziare la coesistenza di due mondi, quello antropico da una parte e quello organico dall’altra, tradotti in moduli di cemento artificiali ed elementi botanici, naturali.

In seguito, dalle 18 e 30, l’artista inaugurerà la mostra “Organi Botanici”: i materiali grafici e plastici da “Anatomia Vegetale”, l’installazione in progress (dal 2013) ed esposti già dal mattino all’interno della Badia di San Pietro al Conero, diventanoinstallazione site specific con l’inserimento della classificazione vegetale prodotta in seno al laboratorio; le nuove opere vestiranno la navata centrale, come una vera e propria catalogazione di natura estetica, a celebrare le memorie del paesaggio autoctono.

Paola Tassetti è un’artista davvero poliedrica: classe 1984, nata a Civitanova Marche, studia arte, si laurea in architettura e si specializza nella ricerca del paesaggio. La sua ricerca sperimenta diverse discipline: biologia, botanica, anatomia, archeologia, antropologia, sociologia, psicologia ed architettura; lavora nell’ambito della ricerca del paesaggio sviscerando e associando ad esso l’anatomia umana con diari, disegni, installazioni site-specific, performance, pitture surreali, collage digitali, arte digitale, pittura materica, serigrafia, raccolta, classificazione ed essiccazione di erbe autoctone.

La pittura surrealista, i collage, i bozzetti tipografici, le installazioni e la performance corporea sono elementi che fanno coesistere l’organicità, articolandone il coinvolgimento fisico dell’artista che fa del suo corpo veicolo di sperimentazione e terreno di scambio tra l’interiorità e la realtà che la circonda in funzione alla complessità dei contenuti emozionali e simbolici tematizzati. Le sue opere sono interessate a dialogare con la dimensione espressiva degli spazi e in particolare dei contesti territoriali che ha visitato, soprattutto ambiti “locali”, fatti di radici e ramificazioni dei suoi luoghi affettivi.

Artista vincitrice nel 2016 del Premio PARATISSIMAXII presso Torino Esposizioni ha ottenuto prestigiosi riconoscimenti e le è stata dedicata una personale, EXSICCATA alla Caserma la Marmora di Torino con successiva esposizione collettiva presso il Mauto (Museo Internazionale dell’automobile). Ha esposto al Katzen Arts Center di Washington la serie di collage “Intensio Animi” e successivamente ha partecipato alla mostra W WOMAN IN ITALIAN DESIGN in occasione della XXI Esposizione Internazionale, alla Triennale Design Museum di Milano.

Nel 2017 presenta le sue tele “Condotti Anatomici” alla Fenice di Trieste e nel 2018 espone allo IAAD di Bologna l’installazione alchemica “Conserve Globulari” ed all’Excelsior di Milano 3DANATOMY per “Anatomia Vegetale”.

Infine, dalle 19 e 30, un’esperienza sinestetica che raccoglie le ultime luci del crepuscolo e prelude alle sonorità della notte: è il progetto di Live Electronics “Cartridge Grain” dei musicisti Roberto Ficosecco ed Emanuele Specchia, una ricerca sonora, nata nel 2016, che si struttura attraverso due polarità: analogica e digitale. La sezione analogica prevede l’amplificazione, mediante le puntine di due giradischi, di diversi materiali, in particolare plastica, carta e legno.

Le sonorità prodotte, ricche di rumore, vengono sfruttate per la creazione di ritmiche essenziali. La sezione digitale contempla l’utilizzo di campioni concreti elaborati attraverso algoritmi di sintesi granulare. Due universi materici, dunque, due differenti spazi sonori che affrontano percorsi solo all’apparenza antitetici, che creano un unico paesaggio vivo, mutevole e magmatico.

Inoltre, ad “Inedita”, si potrà gustare un aperitivo con cocktail e stuzzicherie dal bar dell’Hotel Monte Conero, e anche la libreria Fogola di Ancona sarà presente con una selezione di libri a tema arte e paesaggio. Il contributo all’evento è di 10 euro a persona, con parte del ricavato devoluto per interventi conservativi sulla chiesa.

BRACHIAL PLEXUS LINKS ⠀ [FUNCTIONAL NEUROANATOMY] ⠀ Anatomy education normally relies on classic 2-Dimensional images and illustrations to depict a structure, in which the student memorizes the image in order to “know” what the structure is. ⠀ However, reliance on one 2D view without multiple views from different sides will leave the student lacking in recreating a 3D image in order to accurately palpate a structure in a living body. This skill is critical for therapists and needs to be developed with experience. ⠀ Theoretically, we can enhance our 3D understanding of anatomy by exposing our brain to differing views of the same structures in multiple planes (frontal, transverse). ⠀ In the first image, the right brachial plexus (yellow) is viewed through the sagittal plane with the arm and ribs removed, and the scapula (SC) and clavicle (C) cut. The nerve branches are complex and initially confusing. In the classic picture of the brachial plexus (Pic 2) that most of us learned, it is difficult to understand the 3D directionality and spatial relationships of the nerve branches to their muscles. ⠀ Pic 1, on the other hand, shows the depth and end point of the nerve branches (color coded for clarity): 1. Pec major (PM, Red): med and lat pectoral nerves 2. Pec minor (Pm, Light Orange): med pec nerve 3. Serratus anterior (SA, dark orange): long thoracic nerve 4. Lat dorsi (LD, light blue): thoracodorsal nerve 5. Teres major (TM, green): axillary nerve 6. Subscapularis (Su, dark purple): subscapular nerve 7. Infraspinatus (I) Supraspinatus (SR, light purple): both suprascapular nerve 8.
