I have been sitting on this fanart that boils down to me geeking out over “a simple thing” by @ryehouses because I didn’t want to post it without tagging the author, only to realize when she told me her tumblr name that I am already following her. Well.

The fic is amazing, and I love it, and yeah, I am living for every update, it’s a LONGfic that is just ridiculously good.

BIRD SIDE OF TUMBLR

(Is there a bird side?) Anyway, can anyone identify this bird for me? I live in the Albany area of upstate NY and this bird is about the size of a robin. It's the only one I've ever seen in my backyard and that was back in June 2021.
