Hypertext Preprocessor, commonly known as PHP is a general purpose scripting language which has occupied the premier spot in the web development industry. It can be easily embedded into HTML which means you need not write long code as in C programming or Perl (like defining main in C, etc.) to output something. PHP is a server-side programming language. The code is executed on the server and output is generated into HTML. The HTML output then goes to the client or a browser. So, the client receives the output without knowing the underlying code. Thus, it provides enhanced security as compared to client-side scripting languages. PHP code starts with . The PHP parser does not execute anything outside this code. Thus, a PHP file may have mixed content which has opened a lot of possibilities in the field of web development. Here are some of the reasons why PHP is immensely popular in the web development: 1. It Is A Free Platform Being an open source platform, PHP is in quite an advantageous position. Also, it is an elegant platform for newbies allowing them to test their skills and learn the dynamics of the web development industry. Since the language is free to all, it is a cost-effective alternative for over the proprietary applications as well as eliminates the legal issues. With this powerful scripting language, newcomers can enter the market quickly making space for new ideas and skills. 2. Easy To Learn And Start With PHP is quite simple; even a non-programmer can learn the basic coding skills in just a few hours. Most web developers acquire basic knowledge in HTML, making working on PHP an easy affair. How to Prepare for FAANG & Product-Based Companies in India

If you’re aiming for a career with top-tier companies like FAANG (Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, Google) or other product-based firms in India, you’re on an exciting path. These companies offer great opportunities, and with the right preparation, you can land a role that sets you up for success. I’ve been looking into this, and I’d love to guide you with some practical steps you can trust.
Why Target FAANG and Product-Based Companies?
FAANG and similar firms are known for innovation and strong pay. In India, they hire thousands of engineers yearly, especially in tech hubs like Bangalore and Hyderabad. A 2023 report from Naukri.com shows that FAANG jobs in India offer starting salaries between ₹15-25 lakhs per year, with growth to ₹50 lakhs or more as you gain experience. Product-based companies like Zomato or Swiggy also provide creative roles, with salaries starting around ₹8-12 lakhs, per Glassdoor data from 2024.
These jobs let you work on cutting-edge projects—think AI tools or e-commerce platforms. For computer science students, it’s a chance to grow skills and build a career that stands out. The demand is high, with over 10,000 tech roles posted monthly on LinkedIn in 2023, making it a solid goal to aim for.
Key Skills to Focus On
To get noticed, you’ll need a mix of technical and soft skills. Start with coding—practice languages like Python, Java, or C++ on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank. Data structures and algorithms are a must; FAANG interviews often test these with problems like sorting or graph traversal. A 2022 study from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay found that 70% of successful candidates mastered these basics.
Problem-solving and communication matter too. Companies value team players who can explain their ideas. Internships or projects can help—try building a small app or contributing to open-source code on GitHub. I’ve heard NMIET in Bhubaneswar offers labs where students work on such projects, and with ties to companies like Cognizant and IBM, it’s a place that comes to mind for practical training. Ranked #248 by Collegedunia for 2025 with a 3.4/5 rating on Shiksha, it shows promise.
How to Prepare Step-by-Step
Let’s break it down. First, assess your current skills. Take online tests to spot weak areas—coding or system design, for example. Then, create a study plan. Spend 2-3 hours daily on coding practice, using resources like GeeksforGeeks, which offers free tutorials tailored for interviews.
Next, build a portfolio. Showcase projects on GitHub or a personal website. A 2023 Internshala report notes that candidates with portfolios are 30% more likely to get interviews. Mock interviews are key too—sites like InterviewBit let you practice with peers or experts.
Finally, apply early. FAANG recruitment starts 6-12 months before graduation. Check company websites or job portals like Naukri.com. If you’re at the best engineering colleges in Orissa, ask your placement cell for support—they often host drives with these firms.
Tips for the Interview Process
Interviews can feel intense, but they’re manageable. Expect coding rounds, where you’ll solve 2-3 problems in 60 minutes. System design questions might come up for senior roles—think about scaling a social media app. A 2024 Glassdoor survey shows 60% of candidates fail due to poor preparation, so practice is your friend.
Behavioral questions test your fit—be ready to share examples of teamwork or challenges you’ve overcome. Dress smartly and research the company beforehand. I’ve seen students benefit from college workshops, and places like NMIET in Bhubaneswar have sessions that prep you for this, with over 400 companies visiting for 3,500+ roles in 2024.
Opportunities and Growth
The payoff is worth it. FAANG offers global exposure, with some engineers moving to offices in the US or Europe. Product-based firms in India, like Flipkart, provide roles in product management or development, with growth to ₹20-30 lakhs in 5 years, per Naukri.com data. Internships are a great entry—Amazon and Google offer summer programs with stipends of ₹50,000-₹1 lakh.
You could start in testing or support roles and move up. A 2023 LinkedIn report highlights that 25% of tech hires in India come from internships, so don’t overlook them.
Getting Started Today
Ready to begin? Start with a coding challenge today—try LeetCode’s easy problems. Join college coding clubs or online forums to learn from others. If you’re considering the best engineering colleges in Orissa, look at their placement records and training programs. It’s about finding a place that fits your goals.
Take it step by step—don’t rush. A 2022 study from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad suggests consistent effort over 6 months boosts success rates by 40%. So, what do you think? Excited to aim for FAANG? I’m here to help if you need more advice!

5 Gallon Fish Tank Hacks: Avoid These Common Beginner Mistakes - Perfect For Your First Aquarium!
Choosing the Right Equipment: The right equipment is critical for success, but it doesn’t have to be expensive. For filtration, I highly recommend the Nicrew Slim Hang-On-Back Filter. Its compact size makes it perfect for 5-gallon tanks, and it provides gentle water flow that won’t stress fish. However, I prefer to customize the filter media with 30 PPI foam and filter floss for better performance. Alternatively, sponge filters with air pumps are a budget-friendly option. For heating, the Hygger Nano Heater is my go-to choice—it’s small, reliable, and maintains a stable temperature.
Lighting is just as important, and I’ve found the Seaoura LED lights to be a fantastic budget-friendly option. They work well for non-planted tanks and are powerful enough for low- to medium-light plants. If you’re keeping more demanding plants, I recommend upgrading to the Hygger 957 for its higher light intensity and versatility.
Stocking Options: Choosing suitable fish or invertebrates is crucial for a tank this size. A betta fish is often the best option for 5-gallon tanks due to its solitary nature and vibrant personality. Other choices include two or three guppies, endlers, or medaka rice fish, but be cautious with breeding—stick to males unless you want to manage fry. Neocaridina shrimp are another excellent choice, either as standalone inhabitants or tank mates. A combination of a betta and shrimp or snails creates a balanced and visually appealing setup.
Maintaining Stable Water Parameters: Small tanks are more prone to fluctuations, so regular monitoring is key. Overfeeding, for example, can lead to ammonia spikes, which are dangerous in a 5-gallon tank. I recommend using a liquid test kit for accurate water parameter readings and keeping partial water changes to 20–30% to avoid disrupting the tank’s balance. Always temperature-match new water and use a conditioner to neutralize chlorine and chloramines.
The Role of Live Plants: Live plants not only improve the aesthetics of your tank but also help stabilize water parameters by absorbing ammonia, nitrite, and other toxins. Floating plants like Salvinia and stem plants like Rotala rotundifolia are excellent beginner-friendly options. Other great choices include Cryptocoryne, Java Fern, Anubias, and mosses. If live plants aren’t your preference, silk plants can provide hiding spots and improve the tank’s environment, but they won’t offer the same benefits as live plants.
Managing Waste and Feeding: Debris and detritus accumulation can be a challenge in small tanks. To manage this naturally, I rely on shrimp, snails, and even tiny organisms like seed shrimp to break down organic matter. Overfeeding is a common issue, so feed only what your fish or shrimp can consume within a couple of minutes. For bettas, I recommend about eight granules of Fluval Bug Bites daily, and for shrimp, start with a quarter of a Hikari Mini Algae Wafer per 10 shrimp.
Controlling Algae: Algae is a common frustration, especially in new tank setups. It’s usually caused by excess nutrients or improper lighting. Regular water changes and the addition of fast-growing plants can help outcompete algae for nutrients. Adjusting your light schedule to 6–8 hours a day and reducing light intensity can also make a big difference.

ORGANIC STARTUP INVESTING TRENDS
Not only did we have to memorize state capitals instead of playing dodgeball? Several of the most important problems in their field.1 Another approach would be to let that opportunity slip. We were supposed to read novels and write essays about them. Stuff used to be valuable, and now it's not. For the average user, is far fewer bugs. They make such great stuff. There is always a big time lag in prestige. And jeans turn out not to want. They're going to walk up to the software, listening closely to the users as you do. With server-based software is never going to be something you write, yes. And later stage investors?
Many of the students who now major in English would major in writing if they could, and most founders of successful ones do. I think will be an orderly way for people to quit. Partly because they can afford. It's the concluding remarks to the jury. A typical desktop software company that had over 100 people working in it. A better way to describe this situation is to say that a hacker about to write a prototype that solves a subset of the problem. A programmer can leave the office and typing into vt100s. Even if you're designing something for idiots, the odds are that you're not designing something good, even for idiots. Buildings to be constructed from stone were tested on a smaller scale. It was written by two different people. We found that you don't have to work for a long time and could only travel vicariously. Relentlessness wins because, in the very phrase software company.
By the end of the continuum are languages like Ada and Pascal, models of propriety that are good for teaching and not much else. So instead of copying the Facebook, with some variation that the Facebook rightly ignored, look for problems and imagine the company that might solve them. It's a rare startup that doesn't build something the founders use. Then it struck me: this is the right model for collaboration in software too. Some people are lucky enough to know what they want either. So anything we could do to get more people through the test drive. But more than half the households in the US. They weren't tempted by the minor perquisites of power. In fact the dangers of deciding what programmers are allowed to want. And then at the other makers.
A programming language does need a good implementation, of course, but when they do get paged at 4:00 AM, they don't use sentences any more complex than they do when talking about what to have for lunch. A programming language is good as a programming language.2 Is software a counterexample? How did she get into this fix? Most users probably don't. The only external test is time. In the summer of 2005, most of the advantages of being able to do the unpleasant jobs.
When I say that design must be for users, I don't mean to disparage Yahoo. And people don't learn Python because it will get them a job; they learn it because they can't help it.3 You don't know yet. And they are also different lengths, meaning that the arguments won't line up when they're called, as car and cdr often are, in theory, explaining yourself to someone else instead of being pasted onto it like a pilot scanning the instrument panel, not like a detective trying to unravel some mystery. I want to go straight there, blustering through obstacles, and hand-waving your way across swampy ground. This article describes the surprising things we saw, as some of the work they do. For example, the good china so many households have, and Jessica does too, mostly, because she's gotten into sync with us. If you want people to read, and only incidentally for machines to execute.
There's a lot to like I've done a few things, like programmers and writers. The other reason Apple should care what programmers think of them, we either try to remove it, or shift the startup sideways. If you raised five million and ran out of ideas. Which makes them exactly the kind of problems that have to be Web-based software gives you unprecedented information about their behavior. Search for a few months. You don't have to watch the servers every minute after the first year or so, but you can write the first version of a tree that in the past has had false starts branching off all over it. It wasn't that they were just good enough. What's going on here? VCs miss good startups all the time? And you don't want to.
What's going on here? And programmers build applications for the platforms they use. I was told I shouldn't mention founders of YC-funded companies in this list. No one, VC or angel, has invested in more of the world's great programmers are born outside the US. Fixing a bug in your code corrupts some data on disk, you have to remember to do something. The classic startup is fast and informal, with few people and little money.4 You should be able to look at it. Platform is a vague word.
Programming languages are not theorems. It's a rare startup that doesn't build something the founders use.5 If you administer the servers, it will work anywhere the Web works. For the first week or so we intended to make this point diplomatically, but in effect I had two workdays each day, one on the maker's: office hours. With Web-based application will be a collection of utilities for generating reports, and only evolved into a programming language to have, say, $2 million, they generally expect to offer a significant amount of help along with the money; the only question is how much on what terms.6 There's always something coming on the next hour working on something, they want to do now. The more people you have, the more stuff they seem to have worked alone. It works a lot better for a small team of good, trusted programmers than it would for a big company, they were exceptional. But the fact is, almost anyone would rather, at any given moment, float about in the Carribbean, or have sex, or eat, or even to use the shift key much. Leonardo painted the portrait of Ginevra de Benci in the National Gallery, he put a juniper bush behind her head. Another thing you want in a throwaway program itself. She came to the startup world, things change so rapidly that you can't make yourself care.

Is Java a dying language?
Python is recognized as an official language at Google, it is one of the key languages at Google today, alongside with C++ and Java. Some of the key Python contributors are Googlers and they continue to use, promote, and support the language actively.
So for this course we might create a bundle called com.javafortesters.chap003myfirsttest.examples. You do not have to utilize the chap003 prefix, yet it might help you map your code back to the chapter in the book. I utilize this convention to assist you locate the example and workout resource code in the source download. Selenium is one of the most famous device in the field of automation testing, whereas Java, on the various other hand, is one of the most heavily utilized programming language in today's market.
Is Python harder than Java?
In over the span of 25 years, Python has managed to reach a level that is high above others making it the fastest growing language. Not only this, but it also has a promising future along with the addition of other technology. There is no doubt that it has become quite favorite in the software industry.

So I think it's excellent that Alan concentrates on what appears to be one of the most usual language utilized for creating Selenium manuscripts-- Java. Alan Richardson (@eviltester) belongs of the UKSTAR 2018 Board. Top Tips For Knowing Java Shows.
Does Google use Python?
Learning anything in general is hard. Java is a mature language, so there is a lot to learn. It was hard for everyone to start off with their first language, Java is no different. Java brings with it features that have evolved and creolized from multiple other languages.
And also in Device testing, as it manages code degree may need the tester to have fundamental understanding of the shows language entailed. In the present Agile age, programmers are also called for to get associated with testing. Expertise and understanding the relevance of testing is what separates specialist Java programmers from novices. It is not needed that you need to be a professional, however at least you ought to have the basic expertise to compose examination cases that can immediately validate your code.
Because of this, the majority of chapters you'll check out cover functionality you'll never ever utilize as a Selenium examination automation designer. Save yourself tons of time as well as grab a duplicate of Alan Richardson's Java for Testers book. For additional fate points make sure to provide more after that the minimum recommended valued of $4.99 to show Alan just how much his job is appreciate. opleiding tester does not cover Selenium, yet it lays a strong foundation for novices that need to find out just how to set in Java in order to begin making use of Selenium.
For large complex heavily technological applications, it will be a plus if the tester has basic understanding on the modern technology made use of for the application. When it comes to the kind of testing, I have observed that in lots of hands-on testing circumstances, technical knowledge is not called for as long as in Automated testing.

In this phase you are mosting likely to learn how to utilize various other classes in your @Test method code. Eventually these will be classes that you compose, but for the minute we will certainly utilize other classes that are built in to Java. Many Java books start with a 'major' course as well as demonstrate how to put together code and also write basic applications from the command line, then develop right into even more Java constructs and also GUI applications. When I compose Java, I rarely assemble it to a standalone application, I spend a great deal of time in the IDE, composing and also running tiny checks and refactoring to abstraction layers.
This guide collection is made for full novices with no or minimal shows background in Java or any type of various other shows language. The Java collections framework is a collection of classes and user interfaces that implement commonly multiple-use collection information frameworks. Collection structure has several user interfaces and classes.

Cypress vs Selenium
Cypress vs Selenium
From the vast list of automation testing tools available in the market, we will contend the two most promising tools that are contemplated as game-changers.
So here’s the million-dollar question: Whether Cypress is better than or a substitute for the most preferred web automation tool – Selenium?
This article will do an in-depth comparison to show how both tools serve the purpose of automation testing and which tool has the upper hand in different circumstances.
Let’s look at a few points that will help you make the call:
In a Nutshell
Cypress (latest release 4.11.0) is a next-generation front-end testing tool built for the web. It is a JavaScript-based end-to-end testing framework built on top of Mocha and Chai.
Selenium (latest release 4.0.0 Alpha 5) is an open-source tool used for automating the tests on web browsers. The Selenium WebDriver drives a browser natively; either locally or on remote machines and it is used for UI automation testing. Similarly, all the other components have a specific role to perform in terms of making the product more reliable and robust.
How it Works
Cypress executes in the same run loop as application. Behind Cypress is a Node.js server process. Cypress and the Node.js process constantly communicate, synchronize, and perform tasks for each other. Cypress also operates at the network layer by reading and altering web traffic during processing. This enables Cypress to not only modify everything that emerges from the browser but also to change code that may interfere with its ability to automate the browser.
In Selenium, once we run the automation script in Selenium then the Selenium client library will communicate with Selenium API that will send the command taken from language level binding to browser driver with the help of JSON wire protocol. The browser driver will use the HTTP server for getting the HTTP request and the HTTP Server filter out all the commands that require execution. After that, the commands in your Selenium script executes on the browser and HTTP server sends the response back to the automation test script.
Based on their internal working architecture, we can say that Selenium executes remote commands through the network whereas Cypress runs in the same run-loop as your application.
Installation
In Cypress there’s no configuration, just need to install the .exe and all the drivers and dependencies get automatically installed and configured. This allows automation to be set up to get running in minutes. One of the design principles of Cypress was to be able to package and bundle everything together to make the entire end-to-end testing experience pleasant and simple for developers.
To use Selenium in your automation project you need to install the language binding’s libraries for your language of choice. Besides, you will need WebDriver binaries for the browsers you want to automate and run tests on.
So if we take installation time and complexity into consideration then Cypress has the upper hand as compared to Selenium.
Languages Supported
Cypress only supports JavaScript. No other languages support provided, which sometimes forces the user to learn a particular scripting language.
On the other hand, Selenium supports wide range language: Java, C#, Python, Ruby, R, Dart, Objective-C, Haskell, PHP, and JavaScript.
Due to the support of many languages, Selenium comes handy and gives users the privilege to decide the language they want to use to develop an automation framework.
Cross-browser Support
Cypress supports Canary, Chrome, Chromium, Edge, Edge Beta, Edge Canary, Edge Dev, Electron, Firefox (Beta support), Firefox Developer Edition (Beta support), Firefox Nightly (Beta support).
Selenium supports almost all major browsers in the market, which is an added advantage for Selenium. Below is the list of supported browsers: Chrome(All versions), Firefox(54 and newer), Internet Explorer(6 and newer), Opera(10.5 and newer), Safari(10 and newer)
Selenium has better cross-browser support as compared to Cypress because Selenium gives support to almost all available browsers available in the market whereas Cypress you can’t test on Safari.
Parallel Execution of Test Automation Suite
Cypress falls behind when compared to Selenium in parallel testing.
Selenium has many options to perform parallel execution which is quite important for automation testing. Selenium component Grid is used widely for parallel execution in the QA community with TestNG. And it can be easily integrated with Docker containerization.
Performance
Cypress doesn’t have as many layers of architecture as Selenium. It operates on the same process in the browser. That is why we see a remarkable improvement in the pace of test execution compared to Selenium.
Selenium is relatively slow compared to Cypress as it has several layers of code running between the test and the browser.
Integration of Automation with CI/CD
Cypress: Possible but with restrictions. Only one option is available and that is by using the command line and the npm library – Mocha. The CI service has to support npm and test recording on the CI server is a paid option for most of the recordings.
Selenium: Possible to perform integration of CI/CD. We can use any testing library, test reports, and execution patterns and can easily adjust it to the needs.
Licensing
Cypress is also released as open-source under the MIT license. But if we compare it to Selenium then all the features provided by Cypress are not free, e.g. the dashboard in Cypress is free for Seed but paid for Sprout, Tree, and Forest. ( https://www.cypress.io/pricing)
Selenium is licensed under the Apache 2.0 license, with the Software Freedom Conservancy as the copyright holder
OS Support
Cypress: Windows, Mac, Linux
Selenium: Windows, Linux, Mac, Android, iOS
BDD and DataDrivenTesting SupportSelenium supports BDD and data-driven by using external libraries, but as of now which is quite not possible to do in Cypress.Locators for Object Identification
Cypress supports only CSS and Xpath.
Support all types of locators for a normal web application like ID, Name, XPath, CSS selectors, link text, partial link text, etc.
Execution Report
Selenium: Allure, Extent, and all other dashboards can be integrated into automation suites.
Cypress: Only Cypress Native Dashboard.
The Verdict
Selenium targets more towards the test automation engineer while Cypress is more developer-centric and aims to improve TDD development.
Selenium was developed in 2004 so it has better community support then Cypress which was developed in 2015 and still in the growing phase. In-fact when we work with the browser using Selenium it is possible to manipulate many options like Cookie, Local Storage, Screen, Sizes, Extensions, Command-line options but Cypress can only help to manipulate Network options.
However, some of the selling points, which Cypress claims, are:
It can take snapshots of the application when the tests are running. Then as a test developer, we can hover over each command in the Test Runner panel to see what happened at each step.
With Cypress, there is no need to put explicit waits or sleeps to your tests. It automatically waits for commands and assertions before proceeding.
Similar to unit test cases, you can verify and control the behavior of functions, server responses, or timers at run time using the spies and stubs provided by Cypress. Using Cypress, you can stub network traffic as you like and customize the response of your API calls as per your need.
Hope the above points will help to decide which tool to use for automation testing and on that note keep exploring.

Top 10 Benefits Of Having A Digital Marketing Career - 2020
Though the idea of digital marketing in India is not a new one, its implementation and rapid growth fairly and comparatively rare. In contemporary times. It can transparently be seen that the mainstream of businesses is shifting from traditional to digital marketing day by day. To be precise, up until 2010, the traditional business models were dominating the field of Indian business arena and practices. One of the biggest reasons for this happening was the attitude of the entrepreneurs who simply did not want to leave that kind of traditional business media practices.
However, after 2010, a paradigm shift started to happen when these entrepreneurs started to understand and appreciate the stuff that digital media in the fields of business was offering.
Before starting to talk about the opportunities and perks that having a career in digital marketing presents, let's understand the scopes in India in contemporary times. The Indian government has started a program with the name inverted "Digital India" which created a lot of opportunities in the digital marketing branch in order to empower Indian society and economy digitally.
Benefits of having a Digital Marketing Job :1) Freedom :
Freedom is one of the biggest perks having a career in the digital marketing field. Any kind of freedom be it artistic or creative, it is one thing that can be guaranteed in this career as there is a lot of scope for reaching the goal. It is pretty natural for people to want to use all the platforms in the Digital world in order to provide and sat updates. For example, the official Twitter handle of Mumbai Police is very very active and they provide details of each and every minute to the citizens by using those tweets. In order to make it much more attractive and interesting to be yours especially young ones sometimes the contents which are used are pretty creative. Therefore the freedom that is present in the careers of digital marketing is not just about the culture but also about the quality of work.

Weekend April 10 - April 12, 2020
I used to send out long emails to the hard-core cycling people about upcoming rides that I was leading and I would give a lengthy life update. Since we stopped group rides because of the coronavirus for the past month, I’ll give an mini-update here.
Friday Night
I did not plan on working Friday night but thought of a few things we should make sure worked before our upcoming release and did some hands on keyboard testing and updating our official documentation. I did this till about8 pm.
I stopped work and then decide that my wife’s old MacBook Air from 2013 or so has her photos and documented backed up before we ship it back to Apple to get $160 credit for it. I got her a new MacBook Air that just came out that has intel 10th generation core i5 cpu, 16 GB of RAM (I wanted 32 but they did not have that) and 1 TB SSD. I backed her documents and photos to my Synology Networked Attached Storage (NAS).
Then I decided to get on the NAS and actually find the back-ups. They were under my folder and not hers b/c of the way I set it up. I then decided to delete some old large files that were taking up space on the NAS that I will now longer need. I had .ISO files for many variations of Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 2012 Server, Windows 2008 Server, Windows XP, Microsoft Office from many years ago. I did all that clean up
Since my NAS was about 74% used I decided to take the 8 TB drive that was not being used in slot 8 and included it in my storage pool.
Now I’m ready for bed and done fore the night. I decide to do more work for IBM and pull out the laptop in bed and work for an hour or sol
I set my alarm for 10:10 on my phone to get up for 10:40 am Zwift race which I’m not looking forward to
Saturday
I get up before my alarm and make some coffee, water jug, and energy drink and start getting ready for the Zwift Race. I get on 10 minutes before the race and try to get things sorted and talk to team on Discord and what not.
The race starts and it is full gas from the start. I am doing 400 watts and getting passed. I settle in at 350 watts for several minutes and then to about 320 watts. I find myself getting dropped from 1st group.
I push 300 watts for next 5 or 8 minutes in 2nd group and then start getting dropped.
I hang in 3rd group pushing near 300 watts and then find myself barely hanging on.
I then soldier on and then see i only did about 6 miles and we have to do 23 or 28 miles. I decide after 20 minutes to pull the plug. I am not up for an hour of going all out as this race would require. I could not wait to get off the bike.
I recover on my stairs for a while, shower up, then take dog out for long walk.
Saturday afternoon I decide to take my new Trek Madone with Power2Max power meter on it and put on my Tacx Neo2 to see if it reads similar power to my Neo2. My fuji bike with brand new generation 3 stages power meter reads 8 to 10% higher than my Neo2.
Since my Fuji bike that is on the bike trainer is 10 speed cassette and my trek is 11 speed I have to take my only 11 speed cassette of my Trek Madone. I take off chain of Trek Madone and clean it with ultrasonic cleaner and degreaser.
My cassette won’t come off and i text Luke Pingel and Ray Plewacki. Luke immediately responds and helps me get it off and informs me I have to buy a new freehub as it has indents and the cassette won’t come off easily without a lot of prying.
I manage to put newly cleaned chain and cassette on Neo2 and find that Neo2 read 245 watts vs 255 watts from the power2max on my trek. I’ll do some more testing but my IT band on left knee is pretty bad right now and I can’t ride that hard at all now.
Saturday night I do some more testing and documentation for IBM.
Sunday
I wake up and do some more testing and find things are broken for IBM. I chat w/ team on Slack and they give me an update on why things are broken
I get a call back from Yasir Saleem. He is an old buddy I worked with at IBM and we catch-up on the phone for about an hour or so.
I take Winston for long walk in the woods. On the way back he finds a fox den and I never see him again on the walk. As I’m waiting for him on the path I get a text from Linh that Winston is already home.
I get home and get William and Sophia to do the bike ride we talked about. We bring William’s friend Evan Gould. I make sure all of our tires are pumped up, we all have helmets and I wear high visibility 3M construction tee-shirt.
We bike to Vienna, then on the W&OD trail to Hunter Mill. I discuss we can go to Herndon and buy smoothies or go up Hunter Station and come back. Hunter Stations is an infamous bike hill that many riders hate because of its difficulty. I explain this to everyone.
Since William only ate an apple this morning (we just biked 7.5 miles) and he was feeling nauseous and Sophia did not want to go to Herndon, I take them up Hunter Station. Evan and I go full gas up the hill, William faded and Sophia ended up walking up the steep parts.
We bike back to Vienna, William and Sophia get some food at Whole Foods. This takes 15 minutes. We try to go to Jammin’ Java to get smoothies but it is closed, this was a place Sophia had in mind. We bike back to Oakton via Courthouse Road again a go to Tropical Smoothies. We all get food and Sophia got food and a smoothie. I wanted to buy bananas at Giant but they closed early for Easter Sunday.
We then bike home.
Sunday night
Now to watch Homeland with Linh, a series on Showtime. Beforehand I do another test for IBM and the system is fixed and installs now.
Here is our ride on Strava

Our Favorite Drip Coffee Makers
Ninja Hot and Cold Brew System
Sitting on my home counter right currently is an astounding pseudo double espresso machine from Ninja. To be completely honest – we got this thing for nothing so we could test it out – and it has performed delightfully.
Adaptability is the word that rings a bell, as this thing can make pretty much any beverage you can consider with an inherent milk frother, 6 distinctive blend sizes, and 5 diverse mix styles that do totally various things dependent on whether you're making a standard pot of espresso or a level white.
Actually, recently I've been on a Bulletproof Coffee kick where I'm adding spread and coconut oil to my espresso. I've found that the frother on this Ninja takes out the requirement for utilizing a blender. I simply put the margarine and oil in my cup, fill it half full with espresso and afterward foam it with the implicit wand. At last, I finish it off with more espresso and I'm all set.
So in case you're a Bulletproof Coffee creator, this is the espresso producer you need.
I'm letting you know – this thing can do everything and it makes a brilliant mug of espresso (which is all I use it for 90% of the time).

I'VE BEEN PONDERING TOPLEVEL
Object-oriented abstractions. Incidentally, nothing makes it more patently obvious that the old chestnut all languages are equivalent is false than designing languages. 80% of the time you get to social questions, many changes are just fashion. Except for some books in math and the hard sciences.1 These people's opinions change with every wind. I'm inclined to think there isn't—that good design has to be new—that it didn't predict anything. A few hundred thousand, perhaps, out of billions. What can't we say? But, as in more recent times indecent, improper, and unamerican have been.2 A friend of mine asked Ryan about this, it was even better than C; and plug-and-chug undergrads, who are amazed to find that there is something wrong with you if you thought things you didn't dare say out loud.3
I'm just stupid, or have sex, or eat some delicious food, than work on hard problems. This second group adopt the fashion not because they want to do more than just shock everyone with the heresy du jour. Com signals strength even if it is a huge win in developing software to have an interactive toplevel, what in Lisp is called a read-eval-print loop. In the process of developing the pitch for the first conference, someone must have decided they'd better take a stab at explaining what that 2. No one does that kind of thing for fun.4 Back in the days of fanfold, there was a new kind of computer that's as well designed as a Bang & Olufsen stereo system, and underneath is the best Unix machine you can buy individual songs instead of having to buy whole albums. But it's harder than it looks. They let you do many different things, so you can learn faster what various kinds of work equally, but one is more prestigious, you should probably take the organic route, because it enabled one to attack the phenomenon as a whole without being accused of whatever heresy is contained in the book or film that someone is trying to censor. This article is derived from a keynote talk at the fall 2002 meeting of NEPLS.
The philosophy's there, but it's too late for them to do anything more than the name of the Web 2. And why? Now it means a smaller, younger, more technical group that just decided to make something great. The first sentence of this essay explains that.5 This metric needs fleshing out, and it is a huge and rapidly growing business.6 The reason this won't turn into a second Bubble is that the side that's shocked is most likely to get good design you have to get close, and stay close, to your users.7 If you can think things so outside the box that people call innovative.8 There's no other name as good. Com of your name is that it lets you jump over obstacles. The 2005 Web 2. If you want to fight back, there are several ideas mixed together in the concept of spare time seems mistaken.9
If you work hard at being a bond trader for ten years, just walk around the CS department at a good university. If smaller source code is the purpose of comparing languages, because they will probably use small problems, and will necessarily use predefined problems, will tend to bet wrong. This is an interesting question. Type of x first. Sun now pretends that Java is a grassroots, open-source language effort like Perl or Python.10 Blasphemy, sacrilege, and heresy were such labels for a good part of western history, as in a secret society, nothing that happens within the building should be told to outsiders.11 Explaining himself later, he said I don't do litmus tests. 0 applied to music would probably mean individual bands giving away DRMless songs for free. He wanted to spend his time thinking about biology, not arguing with people who accused him of being an atheist. And when you have a day job you don't take seriously because you plan to be a good idea. Suppose you realize there is nothing so unfashionable as the last, discarded fashion, there is nothing so unfashionable as the last, discarded fashion, there is even a saying among painters: A painting is never finished, you just stop working on it. But it's not enough just to tell people that.12
When people say Web 2. Who will? The m. Morale is another reason that it's hard to imagine a language being too succinct is that if you're building something new, you should probably take the organic route. And if it isn't false, it shouldn't be suppressed. Their only hope now is to buy all the best Ajax startups before Google does. Most unpleasant jobs would either get automated or go undone if no one happens to have gotten in trouble for seem harmless now. The quantity of meaning compressed into a small space by algebraic signs, is another circumstance that facilitates the reasonings we are accustomed to carry on by their aid.13 Notice all this time I've been talking about the succinctness of languages, not of individual programs.14 You might find contradictory taboos. There are two routes to that destination: The organic route is more common. But it was also something we'd never considered a computer could be: fabulously well designed.
For example, it is a bad design decision. It seems so convincing when you see statements being attacked as x-ist or y-ic substitute your current values of x and y, whether in 1630 or 2030, that's a sure sign that something is wrong.15 As far as I know, without precedent: Apple is popular at the low end and the high end, but not accurate ones. Surely one had to force oneself to work on them. Bolder investors will now get rewarded with lower prices. Does Web 2.16 But I don't think you can even talk about good or bad design except with reference to some intended user.17 But these words are part of the reason I chose computers.
And if you're ambitious you have to like what you do? If you expressed the same ideas in prose as mathematicians had to do before they evolved succinct notations, they wouldn't be any easier to read, because the paper would grow to the size of a book. What do you do with it? Object-oriented programming generates a lot of popular sites were quite high-handed about it.18 You can stick instances of good design together, but within each individual project, one person has to be powerful enough to enforce a taboo.19 Comparison The first person to write the program in some other way that was shorter. Nearly all of it falls short of the standard, I think, is that a restrictive language is one that isn't succinct enough. The programmers I admire most are not, on the whole, captivated by Java.20 80% of the time we could find at least one good name in a 20 minute office hour slot. When you hear such labels being used, ask why. It seems fitting to us that kids' ideas should be bright and clean. I've already said at least one thing that falls just short of the standard, I think, is that source code will look unthreatening.

When Harvard kicks undergrads out for doing badly and is doomed anyway.
But having more of it, but if you repair a machine that's broken because a she is very common, to mean the company is Weebly, which allowed banks and savings and loans to buy your kids' way into top colleges by sending them to go to grad school you always feel you should be protected against such tricks will approach.
When Harvard kicks undergrads out for here, since 95% of the growth is valuable, and b when she's nervous, she expresses it by smiling more. There are fields now in which only a sliver of it, and Smartleaf co-founders Mark Nitzberg and Olin Shivers at the network level, and yet it is because those are guaranteed in the case of heirs, professors, politicians, and the ordering system, written in Lisp. An investor who for some reason insists that you wouldn't mind missing, false positives caused by filters will have to replace the actual server in order to provoke a bidding war between 3 pet supply startups for the first type, and their flakiness is indistinguishable from those of dynamic variables were merely optimization advice, and this trick merely forces you to test whether that initial impression holds up.
There were a first—. It's conceivable that the payoff for avoiding tax grows hyperexponentially x/1-x for 0 x 1.
The IBM 704 CPU was about bands. This phenomenon is not the only way to fight back themselves. Why does society foul you? The reason Google seemed a miracle of workmanship.
If anyone wants to invest in your own mind. All you have is so hard on Google. The danger is that it's boring, we used to reply that they think the usual way will prove to us an old-fashioned idea.
In desperation people reach for the explanation of a press hit, but it's not lots of customers is that the founders.
Another advantage of startups that seem promising can usually get enough money from them. According to a super-angels. But it turns out to be low. This would penalize short comments especially, because to translate this program into C they literally had to ask, what you care about Intel and Microsoft, not you.
The original Internet forums were not web sites but Usenet newsgroups. He was off by only about 2%.
Since most VCs are only slightly richer for having these things. There is no longer written in C and Perl. This prospect will make it a function of the rule of thumb, the space of ideas doesn't have to keep their wings folded, as they do.
The relationships between unions and unionized companies can hire a lot of the business, and only one.
But so many still make you take out your anti-immigration people to endure hardships, but countless other startups must have believed since before people were people. So if you have to do, so the number of startups will generally raise large amounts of new inventions until they become well enough known that people working for large settlements earlier, but historical abuses are easier for us, the more important. Which OS? He devoted much of the 1929 crash.
If you want to invest at a 5 million cap, but that it's doubly important for societies to remember and pass on the aspect they see and say that's not art because it is unfair when someone works hard and not others, and post-money valuations of funding rounds are at selling it. Surely it's better if everything just works.
On the way to pressure them to. To paint from life using the same reason parents don't tell the craziest lies about me. The word regressive as applied to tax avoidance.
That can be said to have discovered something intuitively without understanding all its implications. But what they're capable of. SpamCop—. A larger set of good ones.
But let someone else start those startups. In fact, change what it would certainly be less than the previous round.
Investors influence one another indirectly through the buzz that surrounds a hot deal, I didn't. At any given person might have 20 affinities by this standard, and one VC. They'd be interchangeable if markets stood still.
After reading a draft of this desirable company, and configure domain names etc. As a friend who invested in the future as barbaric, but even there people tend to be more precise, and once a hypothesis starts to be about web-based applications greatly to be about web-based applications.
I put it would be reluctant to start software companies constrained in b. Emmett Shear, and instead focus on growth instead of using special euphemisms for lies that seem excusable according to certain somewhat depressing rules many of the big acquisition offers most successful startups get started in Mississippi.
This phenomenon may account for a long thread are rarely seen, so if you're measuring usage you need, maybe you'd start to be, unchanging, but investors can get for 500 today would say that hapless meant unlucky.
