Geneva ‘74 50 years on: Michelotti Lem. The Laboratorio Elettrico Mobile has started as an idea by engineering journalist Gianni Rogliatti who proposed an electric car with wheels in a rhomboidal layout. Michelotti built the prototype using bonded aluminium with the centrally placed rear wheel driven by 48 Volt batteries. It was displayed 50 years ago at the 44th Geneva Motor Show

Because mash is such an old show, I intellectually knew that a great portion of the fanfiction for it HAD to be before ao3s time, so I've been doing some digging that I'd never had to do before. I'm poking around old livejournal recommended sites and I'm following link trails and GOSH, I'm finding entire WEBSITES coded for a single fic or a single author. I'm getting pop up warnings that say theres gay things on this website, you sure you want to continue? I keep seeing edits for fic covers and cute emoticons and the way that everyone talks is so different, too. I KNOW that fic and fic culture changes over time because i experienced it with the shift of ff.net over to ao3, but theres just so much BEFORE that that i never got to experience. i feel like a gay little archaeologist and im having SO much fun.
