Little Un
Summary: Ahsoka loves his men at the bottom of her heart, she will do everything to protect them from any possible dangers even if she had to risk her life.
She was their Vod'ika their little sister in Mando'a, but things wasn't quite right when Ahsoka had this fleeting feelings of infatuations between them that she couldn't fathom, a sexual awakening when she could see the torrent company as more than just her boys, but men in her own right, even she was devastated heartbroken when she found out that her Captain was already taken.
When she wanted to be his first.

Rex, Kix, Jesse, Fives, Echo, Hardcase, Tup, Dogma,
A sea of distinctive faces and voices, but unique on their own looks of individualism  that echoes their personality.
While she grew up on this battalion, the men were very keen on protecting their Vod'ika on this treacherous battle, many times had she possibly risked her life to save them in the jaws of death even though she was gratuitously the favorite head acne of the torrent company.
Head strong just like her Master, a terrible trait that she was heavily influenced by.
She was certain of herself to accomplished her goals to be a Knight of the Order even it feared her to face the consequences of it, that's why she wanted to be good, and sometimes you need to learn from the experience, and throughout her journey as a Jedi were known to be peacekeepers in the galaxy now that they we're soldiers of the Republic, despite their livid opinions to the codes, nobody willing to broach the subject even they have a morally views about attachment that we're considerably frowned upon.
And Ahsoka was uncertain about her growing attachment with the men that will only leave a heavy heart in the pit of her chest, but to continue to accept them; and Rex was one of them.
The closer she gets to his captain, lest it become an infatuation.
She was there when they lost another brethren from the frontlines, and Ahsoka didn't hesitate to enter their barracks to comfort them, she was their to handed Tup a sweetened Juja fruit candy, and she was there for Hardcase to stay with him at the Med bay too enlightened his mood, and her captain Rex was their to accompany him on his reports talking about their per usual day about battle and what not or Fives cooperating about his notorious shenanigans or Echo and Dogma listening attentively about manuals that she was eager to learned the amount of knowledge in the military or Jesse, Kix helping on their  inventory that she was sorely comply, but nonetheless that they we're pleased about her companionship, and she did everything to her best of her behavior to love his men of the 501st.
And she was their Vod'ika there little sister, and for Rex she called me her 'little Un' which is so sweet.
When I was kidnapped by Lux Bonteri all that happened in the campaign were the Death Watch allocated; she never expected that he would steal her first kiss that was supposed to be her captain, everything came so fast suddenly after that kiss when I'm the one who did it, just so our undercover wouldn't exposed.
Guesses were not really subtle enough when the truth was finally revealed, and when I  told this to Rex realizing it would impact his jealousy over that Bonteri boy. I was overwhelmed for a fact that Rex truly loves me.
Sometimes I thought about my relationship to the Order and my men, but it doesn't matter.
When I could no longer control my feelings anymore.
The men on the torrent invited me to the bar where they never allowed me to come, since I already grew fondly at their taunts to celebrate my life day, but my Captain wouldn't allow me to drink a single each of Alcohol, so I would go home sober, which I reluctantly agreed to.
And yet I couldn't barely contain myself that I was going to confess my feelings to him.
But there's an inner part of me thinking about the possible rejection that was about to come, Ahsoka disemboweled this into her thoughts, and a flash of grin when the Commander of 104th came and greeted me along with his men.
The music was fascinatingly loud, and vibrating to our ears, along with the inebriated clones laughing joyously. It was the first time that Ahsoka witnessed these men to be so openly brash and carefree publicly, even in the face of the war they deserve all the joy they enquire in this cruel galaxy.
Ahsoka tried to have a constant glances from his captain who sat on the  barstool with a hand clutch on his glass of alcohol, talking with Commander Wolffe cracking about some wild battle stories; he suddenly met her eyes and his luscious lips curled upward that Ahsoka felt her blood rushing to her cheeks, and return her gaze to Fives talking to him the way she was absorbed on his conversation.
She hadn't put a sterling effort to approach him, there's a feeling of anxiousness that lived within her chest.
Ahsoka briefly glances at his captain when he slides to his barstool leaving her glass on the stool.
This was the time that Ahsoka excuse herself to go to the fresher. It's not as if the men would care; Ahsoka passed between the dancing patrons making her way from where Rex disappeared, and waved at Wolffe who arched an uncertain brow, his lips pressed in the tip of his glass, as he returned his gaze on the view of the party.
Her heart pounds in anticipation when Ahsoka punches the button and the entrance slide opens, and  goes outside at the back of the dark alleyway, feeling the faint signature of his captain not far within her reach.
She wrapped her arms, wondering why Rex would come outside looking searchingly.
The alleyway stretched silently, and moved to the side when she spotted a clone and a human woman from the distance having a time to experience pain and pleasure when she was pinned against him, hands were on top, and one leg was wrapped between his waist.
Her lekku suddenly turned a shade of blue, and darted her attention from the debauchery, continuing her search for her missing captain.
" Oh, Rex~"
Ahsoka stopped.
Does she hear it right?
Ahsoka was unsure whether the human was calling someone by the same name of his captain; she wanted to deny this chasm of loss and slowly returned her attention from where the couple was being held in a frivolous activity.
The artificial Led gave away the color blond of his blonde shaven hair, the way they kissed passionately when she could almost see Rex face from the distance, shutting her eyes on the world, embracing the woman as if he was his dear life.
When their lips parted.
The woman smiled.
"My captain~"
Her Captain?
Ahsoka felt her heart fall into a million pieces.
A spark of anger coiled into her chest like she wanted to tear that throat with her bare fingers---she stopped, and cast her eyes on the ground, and immediately hid behind  the wall.
She couldn't believe what she was saying?! Why would she think about that so heinously?
Seeing her Captain, her Rex , her Best friend.
Was already mated, before she's going to act and confess all  about her feelings all riled up into tears that fall into her cheeks.
How long has it been since he was taken by this woman?
Ahsoka's face goes distant, and marches to the bar, pushing through the crowd and making her way fast from where her companions are on the table, upstairs.
Ahsoka didn't hesitate and took the glass from Jesse's hand who seemed surprised by her appearance while he was absorbed by their conversation.
Fives chuckled. "Woah! Easy with the drink Commander."
A bemused Kix scolded her that hi--Captain Rex wouldn't permit me to drink.
"Well, kriff that. I'm having the time of my life!" She replied loudly.
Torrent company exchanged a glance of confusion and surprise at the crass tone that slipped into her lips.
Ahsoka felt the alcohol burn into her lungs, and hissed that she didn't expect the alcohol could be so strong.
Ahsoka coughed bitterly, glaring from her now empty glass; she threw it on the floor, making their shoulders stiffened, and grabbed the bottle on the center of the table, and drank it swiftly.
"Commander?" Tup spluttered.
Ahsoka ignored their protest, continuing to drink in complete utter satisfaction, but before she could finish the contents of her drink, a hand caught on her bottle.
It was Fives.
"Commander. Is there something wrong?"
Ahsoka swatted his hand on her bottle, and her eye marking pierced at him.
"I'm fine."
"Are you certain?"
Ahsoka wanted to deny the  sadness that stirred inside her, but she hastily dismissed this, and took a long gulp of  drink.
"Vod'ika, are you okay?" Jesse replied.
"Fine. I'm fine guys." She replied bitterly.
But they looked at her unconvinced about her response.
"Commander. If the Captain finds out about this we're screwed." Hardcase says in hesitation.
"What does it have to do with him? It's  my life day , remember? Could a girl at least enjoy what little things she has?"
She could nearly feel the alcohol take over her system slowly.
The men felt a bit concerned about her situation, they never saw their commander to act like this?
Ahsoka swipe for another drink, mulling over the thought about her---No, Captain betrayed her feelings.
"Yes, but this is different--"
Kix reaches out into her shoulder.
"Vod'ika."
Ahsoka slumped beside Fives into the couch with her hand on her bottle, and continued to consume the contents of her alcohol deeply; she could feel their concern radiating from the force; she grunted eyes on the view of the dancing patrons below the floor ways.
"Commander, can you at least tell us what's wrong with you?"
Ahsoka impassively ignores Jesse's questioning glance, pressing the tip of her bottle between her lips and gulping it.
As it may seem the men currently neglected the another bottle of alcohol that was set on top of Echo side, she reached into it when she instantly finished her bottle, and took another one in a swift long gulped.
"Commander!" Kix scolded her.
Ahsoka swipes the liquid into her lips; she lightly laughs. " What's with all this bleak atmosphere should've we at least celebrating?"
Ahsoka didn't shy away, feeling the bitter liquid crawling into her system with ease.
" I don't like it when all of you are quite projecting."
"Projecting?"
"Your emotions." Ahsoka countered with a smile.
Fives equally shook his head just like Kix. "Commander, stop."
"Do you think I'm pretty?" Why did she say that? Must because of the alcohol that's for sure. Is this how it feels?
Fives scoffed in surprise, exchanging a glance with his brothers . "Of course you are."
Ahsoka scoffed in return, and leaned closely into his shoulder.
"Commander."
 "You think so?"
Fives pursed his lips, exchanging a glance from his brothers.
"Y-yeah. I-i guess?"
"You guess?" Ahsoka felt herself deflated at that tone.
"It's not like that Commander, you're really really pretty." Fives tried to reciprocate.
"Then explained." She almost slurred.
He tensed.
"Uhh well,"
Ahsoka gave him a challenging brow. "You have beautiful round blue eyes."
Ahsoka wanted to believe him, but she couldn't.
----Does Rex don't think I'm attractive?
Fives nudge Tup on his stomach, as he winces, giving him an ire piercing brow.
"Why me?" They lowered their tone.
"Help me out of here Vod."
The two started to nudge one another, expecting a good compliment.
She drank silently.
" Commander?"
"..."
"Do you want some...Chips?" Hardcase slowly handed her some appetizer; Ahsoka reached into it and put it into her mouth without ever responding.
Hardcase deflates, looking back from one of his brothers to cheer her up, but none of their antics couldn't work.
Ahsoka didn't answer, which only increased their concern.
"Vod'ika you have to stop drinking."
Ahsoka swats Kix's arm, tipping the bottle into her lips with a satisfied gulp.
"Kid."
She growled and bared her fanged teeth as she viciously exclaimed. "STOP CALLING ME A KID!"
They all stiffened, thankfully the music was garish and few of the patrons on the corner  swept their attention to them.
Ahsoka frowned, and realization struck her when all of that frustration vanished into mid air. All eyes were drawn into a group with curiosity.
Fives, Jesse, Kix, Hardcase, Tup, look at her in fear and worry into their faces, enough for them to inch over their blaster.
Ahsoka cast her eyes on the alcohol bottle within her grasp, and slowly returned it from the top of the table, and yet the contents of the liquid hadn't finished, leaving her dazed from its effect, her eyes dropped in pearl into sadness and one of them noticed it in shock.
"Comma--
" I'm sorry." Shame rose into her chest, and rushed her way to the stairwell, refusing to look back when she could faintly hear his men tow behind her, but they couldn't pass the crowded people, blocking their way towards her, she was almost near the exit when….
Ahsoka abruptly halted and her eye marking rose upward.
"Commander?"
Rex frowned in concern, but she noticed his delicate lips were faintly smeared with her red painted lips, and where his other hand curled around the waistline of the woman that he was currently in a relationship with, looking at her in genuine curiosity.
"Are you alright?"
All of those memories with her captain flash before her eyes.
His smile, his laughter, his share of loss, his anger, and his burning determination to inspire bravery in the field of battle.
He was everything for her, even she was there to hit his lowest point that he deserved everything in the whole galaxy, so was his brothers.
But that opportunity only blew in despair, when he was already mated with a woman.
Eyes only burst into tears, covering her lips and passed the couple with restrained sadness, but his hand caught on her elbow, and Ahsoka couldn't look at his hazel eyes.
"Commander--Ahsoka."
They already phase the formalities, but why does it only leave a sorrowful heart into her chest; Ahsoka immediately swatted it away never responding and moved into the entrance, leaving them an air of confusion.
///
"Rex. Who is that?"
Rex still maintained his eyesight on the entrance with a frown where Ahsoka just left in tears.
"That's Commander Tano."
"Oh, that's your Commander? What happened?"
Rex looked at her as all the questions in his eyes were left unanswered.
"I don't know? Gina, that's why I'm going to find out."
Gina squeezed his hand in reassurance.
///
Ahsoka slid away to her quarters, slammed shut.
Tears trailing down into her cheeks, and flopped down into her cot with a dull thud laying flat into her belly, as she burrows her head into a stiff pillow, feeling her emotions running rampant.
Ahsoka slowly moved her head on the side, thinking about his beloved captain being taken away by a beautiful stranger.
She let her legs pull into her chest, and wipe the last tears into her eyes.
It was so immature of her to think of the possibility that Rex would like her, all those fleeting feelings of admiration were all good for nothing,  she was so caught up in a moment that she wanted him to be the first person to know her feelings were more than just an infatuation, but she desire him.
Maybe she was young and stupid to think of any of this, she was beginning to like Lux from the start, but who wouldn't think that he only might as well take advantage of it because of her naïveté.
Steela Gerrera was his type all along. She's strong, determined, she got this fuzz hair---I mean, She is human and beautiful, and Ahsoka remembers all of their longing stares; their foreboding desire the way it registered their feelings would often intensified in the force.
Realizing Lux wasn't in love with her.
And it only made her heart clenched the first moment they kissed. Ahsoka was sort of in a state of shock and she had no other choice but to lay aside her feelings, and fixate on her obligation.
What is it with all this attachment anyway? Is this how it really feels?
Ahsoka turned her head to the side, and sighed, contemplating her beliefs.
And tomorrow she's going to fix this.
Author's Note:
Another Rexsoka fiction, but this is different where Ahsoka was hurt, because Rex already found someone whom he could love with. I didn't mean to hurt Ahsoka! If this is the fic that you want then  prepare yourself for a tear jerking experience, because this is going to be full of angst and a lot of dramatics. If this is not the fic you wanted to read go back.
Oh! This is a work of  entertainment where people yearn to write that isn't part of the Canon Universe, English is not my native language sorry, and I don't own anything.
Its going to be a sporadic update💀

Most of these were from a local library and about to be thrown out. They’re all pretty old, the oldest one dating to 1991 (33 years old) and the newest one from 2000. Unfortunately all of these were pretty dirty and unreadable, but I did manage to save heir to the empire. Again, any info on these is greatly appreciated!

“I promise, you will get your rifle back when you leave the premises. It’s just procedure- you’re not authorized to carry any weapons into the Jedi Temple.”
You gritted your teeth at the Guard blocking your path as firmly held onto your sniper rifle, as if he’d have to pluck it from your cold dead hands if he wanted to take it from you.
Despite your stubborn attitude, you knew your faux little display of rebellion was a losing battle. As much as you refused to trust the Jedi, you were left with little choice but to go to them for help.
There was very little on your planet for you to return to, other than the remnants of the cities the Separatist forces had quietly seized for themselves. A sparsely populated planet circling a neutron star, right near the outer edge of the mid rim. Nothing remarkable on its own, but full of mining communities ripe for the Separatists to exploit for their excessive droid production.
For as far as you knew, you were the only one who’d been able to penetrate the blockade.
You sniffed, still agitated as you dropped the sniper rifle into the storage bin. The thought of the poor working conditions your people were being put through to mine materials for those bastards was enough to temporarily put yourself past your distaste for the Republic.
“Thank you.” the Guard responded dryly, unable to hide the hint of sarcasm in his voice.
“Be careful with it.” you sneered, almost shoulder checking the man on your way past him. If you were being honest with yourself, you had to acknowledge you were being unreasonable with this poor man. He was only here to do his job and people like you did not make it any easier. But being subject to an invasion had clouded your sense of self, and maybe your ability to be reasonable. Just a little.
You were led to a woman dressed in robes, but you did not know enough about the clothing habits of the Jedi to tell whether she was one of them or not. She nodded, exchanging a few friendly words and beckoning for you to follow her. Your arrival was expected.
A sense of unease washed over you as you made your way through the towering hallways of the Temple. The air tasted warm and stale, the building’s age and the many people that passed through it permeating through its scent. The hallways were far from empty, used for conversation, and in some cases even training, judging by the bright light emitting from those unsettling trademark blades they carried.
Keeping your head low, you ignored the passing glances that were being sent your way.
A morbid part of you wish you’d died and the torch of fate had been passed on to another unfortunate soul, one more equipped to deal with diplomatic matters such as these. But these were the cards you’d been dealt, and you had little choice but to play them now.
The tapping of the lady’s shoes accelerated as she swiftened her step, opening the door for you. She moved out of the way, gesturing for you to head inside as she stood outside the door. It was clear she was not accompanying you any further, so you gave her a curt nod and stepped through the opening.
When the heavy metal doors fell shut behind you with a loud thunk, you were met by several pairs of eyes fixated on you. As if you were a scared animal, you could feel the hair in your neck begin to rise. Despite your feverish thoughts of reassurance and weak attempts to ease your nerves, your sense of unease had failed to dissipate.
There were three of them. None of their heads adorned the same mask as the woman that had guided you through the hallways, and two of them were sporting similar robes, though there were some differences in how they wore them. Jedi, you were sure of it.
As soon as you’d entered the room, the taller of the two Jedi took a step forward. He had a striking appearance, eyebrows casting a shadow over his blue eyes. Across his right ran a scar, marking his experience in combat. His robes were black and reddish brown, much darker than those of the red-robed young togruta who stayed in her place by the table. You did not fail to take note of the weapons hanging off their hips, subconsciously feeding into your discomfort even more.
The man in the corner stood out from the two. He was clearly not a Jedi. In the absence of robes, his body was instead covered in full white armor painted with blue stripes. This included his head, covered by a broad helmet covered in markings. A clone, you realized, eyes widening slightly. Your life being mostly secluded to a neutral planet in a neutral system, you’d only ever see brief glances of them on propaganda posters and on the occasional business trip to systems under Republic control.
You were snapped out of your thoughts when the tall Jedi cleared his throat. When you gave him a good look a second time, you noticed he’d moved his hand to cover the hilt of his lightsaber, as had the younger one in the back. Right, Jedi. Mindreaders.
“Welcome.” he began, giving you a small nod. You nodded back, waiting for him to continue.
“My name is Anakin Skywalker. This is my Padawan, Ahsoka Tano.” He gestured towards his apprentice, who in turn also greeted you with a small nod. You briefly glanced at the clone in the corner, but he did not speak up to introduce himself, nor did Anakin make a move to introduce him. Oh well. Maybe he was not to be in contact with you directly, who knows what hierarchy they set up in these Temples?
“[Name].” you responded briefly, nothing more, nothing less.
“[Name].” Anakin echoed your name back at you. “It was your distress signal we received last week, then. We know the basic details of the situation described, but following your message, the Council has been unable to make contact with any representative from your planet. Would you mind explaining what’s going on back there?” You scoffed.
“I would, actually. Having said that, I want to make it clear I am not telling you anything before we have laid down some ground rules.” Despite the hints towards their ability to read your mood and mind from earlier, this seemed to catch them all by surprise. Anakin’s eyebrows lifted slightly, and Ahsoka exchanged a glance with the clone behind him.
“Not telling u- But you’re the one who contacted us for help.” His voice was stern, but mostly laced with surprise.
“The only reason I visited this war-forsaken place was because this is the Jedi’s conflict to resolve! Nobody else’s!” you snarled, somehow working up the courage to jab him in his chest. “The Hakheen system has been a neutral system for the entire duration of the war that you started. We’ve done everything we can to keep ourselves uninvolved with the conflict- and a decade of hard work was undone when you decided to take over our only two neighboring systems! Your thoughtless actions are what put us on the Separatist radar which has now resulted in a full hostile planetary takeover!”
“What?” the togruta spoke up for the first time, giving you a wide-eyed stare.
It was just as you feared. Hakheen’s takeover had been effectively kept a secret from the rest of the galaxy. Not only did that mean the Jedi Order would only have your word to go off, it also meant you really had been the only person to escape the droid suppression and the blockade around the planet.
“You’re sure? The entire planet has been subject to a takeover, not just your region?” Anakin chimed back in, putting himself past your hostile disposition towards him.
“Trust me, General, I don’t want to be here either. I’d rather have come groveling at the feet of anyone before I came licking the boots of the Jedi Order. But the scale of this invasion has left me with no choice but to come knocking at your door. Like I said, this is your responsibility and you are to fix this mess that you made. After we have been liberated, the Republic will leave us be and we can call this even.”
Ahsoka struggled to speak for a moment, the markings across her brow furrowing. “But that’s not a fair assessment to make.” she retorted. Your gaze met with hers, feeling your blood begin to run a few degrees hotter with building anger. “The Jedi Order only steps in when-” “Snips.” Anakin’s firm voice interrupted her. The Jedi had turned his head to face her, shooting her a warning glance. “Enough.”
This was difficult enough as is. You clearly did not trust either of them, which meant that any form of discussion or negotiation was going to be a struggle. Even if they didn’t agree with your point of view, there was no point in arguing against it. Letting the Separatists enslave the population of a planet being used for a large-scale assault against the Republic was not something they could ignore regardless.
You were grateful for the intervention. Ahsoka was clearly younger than you, but given the situation and your emotional state, you don’t know how long you could’ve kept your cool.
“I agree that we should stage a counterattack. It’s in everyone’s best interest, from what you have described.” Anakin explained calmly. “But that doesn’t mean we can just blindly agree to your terms. Regardless of whether or not we believe you- and trust me, we do- we will need more concrete proof that what you are saying is true. And if we are to negotiate terms like this with you, you need some form of political status.” Averting your eyes, you stared at the ground. You didn’t have a proper response to that. Sure, you had political aspirations growing up, but the situation you grew up in did not allow many people from Hakheen to pursue their dreams. Despite your promising education, like most people, you were forced to sell animal parts you and your family hunted to make ends meet. There was no room and no budget to invest in some vague ambassadorial aspirations, and this was likely the furthest you’d come in that regard.
“There were others.” you decided to pivot, realizing there was no lying your way out of this anyways. “I was with a group of six escapees. Among them was our Minister of Intersystemary Affairs and two ambassadors to different planets in the Outer Rim, don’t know which.” For the first time in that conversation you looked desperate. You eyed Anakin questioningly, slightly hopeful your presumptions were incorrect.
“We… haven’t heard anything but your distress signal.” he responded quietly. “I’m sorry.”
You could feel your heart skin in your chest. That severely complicated the situation. Although you hated to admit it, Anakin was right. Nobody on Coruscant had any reason to take someone of your age and status, or rather lack thereof, seriously.
After a moment of silence, Anakin took a step back. “Either way, this is enough information to alert the Council and to send people to look into the situation. Especially considering the urgency, this will be dealt with swiftly.”
You sighed, rubbing the bridge of your nose in thought and frustration. “Even with how long the Senate takes to allow, well… fucking anything?”
“For matters that impede our ability to defend ourselves we don’t have to run it by the Senate. Otherwise we’d be handing our asses on a plate to the Seppies at their every move.” He cracked a grin at his own joke before quickly steeling his expression again. “Considering what you told us about an imminent attack on neighboring systems, I consider that more than enough probable cause to take action.” You softly exhaled a breath you didn’t even know you’d been holding. Seems like something was going your way at the very least. Bitterly, you thought how the impending attack on the Republic was the only incentive they had to act so quickly. Still, you’d take their selfish help over waiting for your people to die anyday.
“You two, with me.” Anakin turned around. “We will be right back.” The clone and the padawan followed right behind him, and you watched the door close, leaving you alone with your thoughts.
Tumblr media
Just as you were, Rex was also left to stew in his own thoughts as he followed the two Jedi out of the meeting room. The information weighed on his mind. He’d of course heard the stories of how the Trade Federation attempted to pressure Naboo into signing a treaty with a takeover and a blockade. It wasn’t entirely new territory for the Jedi Order to deal with. But he’d never heard of a successful quiet overtake to this extent before. This was on a whole new level, even for the Separatists.
Furthermore, he was not entirely sure what to make of the character they’d just met. Although he had nothing against you personally, you did not present yourself as the easiest person to work with. They were going to have to find a way past that if you really were the only person who could testify about what the Separatists were carrying out on Hakheen.
Still, there was a lot he admired about you, even from such a short interaction.
Separatist blockades could be a serious hazard. Those things had cost the Republic a lot of men over the years, both regular pilots and clones alike. It was nothing short of a miracle you had managed to break through one, but was also undoubtedly a sign of skill on some level.
He also had to admit he admired your resolve. For as far as he could tell, you weren’t military. Time and time again he’d seen that the challenge of stepping up for what was right was too difficult for many people, even if the situation forced them too. You’d proved well enough you were not a part of that group.
“Rex, a moment. Snips, you go on ahead.”
On queue, the clone captain straightened his back. “General Skywalker.”
Anakin looked between him and Ahsoka rounding the corner at the end of the hallway before continuing. “I think you should stay with our guest. I was originally going to have Ahsoka stay with them while I discussed our plan of action with you, since she’s probably a bit better at small talk than the two of us. But, as you could see, our friend isn’t exactly comfortable around a bunch of Jedi.”
Your discomfort was hard to miss, even without the outright spiteful curses you spat at them.
“Good point, sir. But don’t you think this discomfort extends to any aspect of the Republic?”
“Eh, not really.” Anakin shrugged. “But it’s worth a shot. It’s not what I sensed, anyways. And I don’t think they’re particularly eager to hang out with Snips after what happened back there. We need them around here in case the Council wants to question them. Just act relaxed, try to put them at ease.”
Rex hummed. “Alright sir. I’ll await further instructions.” he stated, nodding quickly before turning back around.
Tumblr media
Though you couldn’t discern what they were saying, the fact you could hear their voices humming faintly through the thick doors made you uneasy. They were talking about you, you were sure of it. The General had sounded sincere enough when you explained your situation to him, but you had no way to tell whether he was being sincere or not. The Jedi had a reputation for being deceptive, and for likening themselves to heroes despite being warmongers.
For all you knew, you’d done nothing but initiate a second territorial takeover with this stunt. But, then again, doing anything to try and fix the situation was worth trying over being complacent with the millions of deaths on your home planet.
You were snapped out of your restless train of thought by the door sliding back open, revealing the clone captain from earlier standing in the doorway. The Jedi were no longer with him. Probably they’d gone off to relay your message to that Council they mentioned earlier, you figured.
As the man headed towards one of the chairs on the other side of the meeting room table, your eyes followed him sharply, though it was more out of curiosity than distrust. Although you’d seen and heard a couple of clones distantly during your business trips to nearby Republic systems, this was the first time you encountered one up close and personal.
Of course you'd seen that helmet plenty of times, whether it be on Republic propaganda posters or the holonet. It almost looked fake to be met with one in real life. Though you noted his was far more decorated than the ones you’d seen in illustrations before. Aside from the two deep blue markings glaring at you above his visor, the surface was absolutely covered in tally marks. You could only guess whether it represented the number of lives he took or the number of battles he’d fought his way through, but you didn’t doubt it marked his skill in combat.
“Ah, right. Sorry. Where are my manners?” His modulated voice snapped you out of your gaze. You could feel the embarrassment rise up in your chest as you realized you’d been staring at him like a frightened lothcat.
Swiftly, the man removed his helmet, leaving it to rest on his hip under his arm. Once again, the face you were met with was one you’d definitely seen in illustrations many times before, but never had you seen it in person.
“No, no, I’m sorry.” you apologized with a dull tone, too flustered to keep looking him in the eye. “I was staring.”
Rex cracked a small smile as he placed his battle-worn helmet down on the table, taking a seat diagonally across from yours. Quietly, he still wondered how he was going to approach you, considering mediation was not exactly his specialty. However, it seemed that Anakin was right to a certain extent at least. They’d only just left the room and your attitude was already nothing like it was five minutes ago.
“I’ve never met a clone before.” you continued at his silence, feeling the need to explain yourself.
“Right. We don’t go to neutral systems unless we have a good reason to. Having our men on ground untouched by the war usually causes more unrest than it is worth. You don’t visit Republic systems often, then?”
“Not much, no.” you replied, slacking your shoulders a little. “Sometimes, though. To sell our stuff elsewhere. We're hunters.” Rex rested his elbow on his knee, leaning forward. “Hunters, eh?” he asked, interested. His position did not often require him to make small talk with civvies.
“Yeah. Most of our planet’s exports are minerals. My family members from a few generations back or something decided to capitalize on something else. I mean- We sell most of our meat on Hakheen, but the horns and bones are sought after in other systems. But… yeah, that’s probably not something that’s going to draw any clones to our booth.”
“Guess not.” Rex chuffed, leaning back into his seat again with crossed arms. The captain was not exactly familiar with your planet or the wildlife it contained, but he figured it wasn’t a small deal if it was worth the transport to other systems to sell your products.
The room became quiet again as you both struggled to find something to say. You found the courage to look up at him again, giving his face a proper look.
Beyond a shadow of a doubt you’d seen that face countless times online before, but there were a lot of details to his appearance that set him apart from the mental image of a clone you’d built up over the years. The most obvious was that his roots were blonde, as opposed to the trademark brown you were used to reading about. You vaguely wondered if he dyed it to stand out as an individual, or if it was a phenotypic abnormality he was born with.
The second thing that caught your attention were his eyes. They were nothing like the cold, battle-hungry stares you’d come to learn they all supposedly had. There was a certain tension to his posture that stayed present even as the two of you conversed about nothing, but his eyes carried a strength that was more reassuring than threatening. It honestly made him a lot more handsome than the faces you remembered from the posters.
Rex cleared his throat, thinking of a sensible way to ask the question that weighed on his mind.
“If you don’t mind me asking, sir… How were you able to penetrate the blockade? We’ve lost a lot of good men to those, no matter the size of the blockade. It might help us strategize on how to get through.”
You took a deep breath, your fingers interlocking nervously. You hated thinking back to that day. The trip to Coruscant had been a laborious traumatizing trip on its own, but it did not compare to the hell you had to endure to break through the Separatist army.
“Apologies. I shouldn't have asked that until General Skywalker is back.”
“No.” you quickly responded. “No, it’s fine. Honestly though, it’s probably not the answer you’re looking for. I just- I just got lucky.” Feet rubbing together in a nervous tic, you continued. “I know none of the crafts near the west of the capital did not even make it out of the atmosphere. My group all managed to overwhelm the droids stationed at the southeastern airport for long enough to hijack a few spacecrafts. From there on out I guess I just got lucky.”
“It takes more than just luck to survive something like this.” Rex reassured you gently. Though he sounded genuine, you couldn’t agree with him.
“To a certain extent, perhaps. But I was panicking and I guess that ended up being in my favor. We all decided to split up to heighten our chances of one of us breaking through. I heated up my hyperdrive as soon as I passed the atmosphere and just prayed to whatever gods I could think of that I wouldn't blast myself through a star.”
“You didn’t do calculations?”
“No, none. I was right above a city south of the capital when I made the jump. Didn’t end up seeing any ships from the blockade, but they must have been there. Nobody else I left ever contacted me after I made it through.”
Rex made a mental note to ask you about the details of that location later. Identifying a potential weak spot in their blockade could be vital to a successful mission, but he sensed you’d been asked enough about this for today.
“It’s good that you took that risk. I promise your case is in good hands with General Skywalker. He personally insisted on tackling it as soon as he received your distress signal. We will do everything to ensure your planet will be free of Seppies when we leave.”
Despite sighing through your nose, you managed to flash him a weak smile. Even if you weren’t particularly fond of the Jedi Order and the factions it was allied with, you had desperately needed someone to just be kind to you after the horrendous situation you’d found yourself in for the past week.
“Thank you, uh…” Your voice trailed off as you stared at him, questioningly.
“Captain Rex. At your service.”
You gave him a proper smile this time, nodding. You were about to open your mouth to continue the conversation, when a high-pitched beeping started emanating from Rex’s wrist. His comlink. You stared as he pressed the button, a light blue hologram of the General you’d met earlier springing up from the device. “Rex, you should come over here. Both of you.”

Thank You for Your Service

Chapter 1
Author’s Note: This is purely self indulgent. I haven’t written anything in well over a year and I know my writing isn’t the best since I’m out of practice, but this fic still makes me happy. I hope someone appreciates it. I just really think the clone troopers deserve all the love and appreciation the galaxy can offer; especially Captain Rex.
Editing Notice: If you missed my ‘Heads Up!’ post, I am turning Little!Y/n into an OC. From now on Little!Y/n will be known as Makéa Valo. I have edited chapter 1 and chapter 2 because of this. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to pm me or send me an ask!
Pairings: Captain Rex x OC Warnings: None
Next Chapter
~~🖤~~
It was an exciting morning for the 501st. The local school near the GAR base had invited their students to make a card and prepare a gift for the clone troopers. Each class was assigned a battalion and the children got to choose their trooper they wanted to give back to. All the cards and gifts have just arrived on base and the men are overwhelmed with anticipation.
Captain Rex watches as his brothers CT numbers are called, receiving their packages from the delivery man, and enjoying their smiling faces. Rex couldn’t help the excitement rising in his chest. He patiently waits for his turn to be called up. Rex watches as the cart quickly empties and that’s when he realizes his CT number wasn’t going to be called. He didn’t get a gift.
Rex stood by General Skywalker and Commander Tano outside the ship. They were about to leave for their next mission and were waiting for the last few troopers to board so they could leave. Anakin and Ahsoka were discussing the mission with great anticipation, but Rex wasn’t really listening to them. He lets out a sigh, watching is brothers rush around the main hanger, talking about the gifts they received as they make last minute preparations before boarding.
Rex thought back to this morning, remembering how Fives nearly cried when he read the note attached to his gift. He was given a little action figure for good luck and to keep him safe. Echo sat on his bunk reading his letter over and over, cuddling the big pink stuffed bunny a little girl sent him to help him sleep at night. Hardcase was over the moon about the package full of snacks he was sent.
“Rex?”
The captain snaps to attention, finding Ahsoka eyeing him.
“Yes, sir” he answers.
“Are you okay?” she asks.
“I’m perfectly fine, sir,” he reassures her.
Ahsoka frowns a little, but accepts his answer. “Should we get going?”
“Not quite yet!” a familiar voice calls.
The three of them turn and find Senator Amidala approaching with one of her attendee's and a little girl.
Rex frowns, wondering what this was about and why the senator brought a child into the hangar.
“Good morning Senator,” Skywalker greets with a smile. “Come to with us luck on our mission?”
“Not quite,” She smiles at Anakin and continues, “We’re here to see your captain.”
Rex removes his helmet, glancing at Anakin.
“May we have a moment?” Padme asks.
“Of course,” Anakin nods, before ushering Ahsoka onto the ship.
“I apologize for holding you from your duties Captain, but we had to catch you before your battalion departed,” Padme says.
“It’s not a problem, ma’am,” He assures, glancing at the little girl holding onto Padme’s skirt. “What can I do for you?”
“This is Makéa,” Padme rests her hand on the little girl’s shoulder, gently guiding her forward. “She’s part of the class that made gifts for your men and she insisted on giving you your gift in person.”
“My gift?” Rex asks.
“Of course. You didn’t think we’d forget you did you?” Padme says.
Rex blinks at Padme before quickly shifting his gaze to the little girl before him. Rex’s heart tightens in his chest, looking at the adorable blue dress she’s wearing, the blue shoes, and the little blue bows holding her hair out of his face. She’s wearing his battalion’s color. She dressed up just to see him.
“Hi,” She says, smiling sweetly up at him.
Rex couldn’t help mirroring her smile, “Hello Makéa.”
Padme waves over her attendee who hands Makéa the colorful bag.
The bag was half the size of little Makéa. Rex was already overwhelmed by her coming to see him in person, but the size of the gift bag was making him anxious. He kneels down in front of her, setting his helmet on the ground as she sets it down in front of her.
“You didn’t have to do all this,” Rex says, glancing up at Padme.
“But I wanted to meet you,” Makéa says.
His heart squeezes in his chest again. He didn’t know what was wrong with him, but he couldn’t get over how intentional this little girl is being. Why would she want to meet him? Why didn’t she send her gift in with the other students? He’s just one clone out of thousands. He didn’t deserve this kind of special treatment.
“You’re not going to get in trouble for this are you?” She asks.
“Don’t worry about me,” He says.
“Go on, show the captain what you brought him,” Padme says, encouraging Makéa to proceed.
Makéa smiles brightly and reaches into the gift bag. “I brought you my favorite blanky-” she pulls out a folded white blanket with little teddy bears all over it and hands it to him. “-when you get scared or sad just wrap blanky around you and he’ll make you feel better.’
Rex stares at Makéa with wide eyes as he gently takes the soft blanket. He didn’t know what to say.
“Blanky's special that way, so if you take care of him, he’ll take care of you.”
“Y-yes ma’am,” he manages.
Makéa smiles and reaches back into the bag. She pulls out a small brown box and hands it to him. “I made you a bracelet.”
Rex takes the box, noticing the nervousness in her voice. He opens it, finding a white and blue beaded bracelet and lifts it out of the box. He carefully turns it over in his hands, finding words spelled out with the small beads in Aurebesh. One side of the bracelet read, ‘BE SAFE’ and the opposite side, ‘I LOVE YOU’.
Rex’s eyebrows knit together in confusion. “Makéa can I ask you why you added ‘I LOVE YOU’?”
“Because I love you,” she says softly.
“Why?” Rex asks without thinking.
“Because! Because- You- You’re out there in space every day fighting scary droids and bad guys to keep me and so many other people safe from all the bad people! I get to go play with friends, and- and have ice cream, and go to school, and go to bed comfy at night and not be scared something’s going to get me because you- you’re out there fighting! You’re a hero and I love you.”
Rex stares at the little girl before him, who’s twisting the bow on the front of her dress. He’s completely mystified. He never would’ve imagined that him and his brothers would come to means something to people. But to be thought of as heroes? He almost doesn’t want to believe her. It’s too much. She gave him such precious gifts; her favorite blanket to keep him steady, and a bracelet she made for him with two heartfelt messages on it. He’s absolutely blown away.
“Do you not like it?” Makéa asks, her voice a nervous little chirp.
Rex reaches forward, gently gripping her shoulder. “This is the greatest gift I’ve ever been given, ad’ika.”
Makéa meets his gaze and smiles brightly, “Really?”
Rex smiles back, “Really.”
“Do you think it’ll fit?” she asks.
“Let’s find out.”
Rex slips the bracelet onto his wrist. It sits comfortably between the plastoid armor fitted to the back of his gloved hand and his forearm. He flexes his wrist to make sure it doesn’t pinch between the armor or restrict his movement and surprisingly, it doesn’t.
“It fits perfectly,” he says.
“Will you wear it?”
Rex smiles softly at her, “Always.”
Makéa rushes forward and wraps her arms around the captain’s neck, hugging him tightly. Rex tenses, hesitating as his heart pounds in his chest before wrapping his arms around the little girl. He pulls her small form flush against his armored chest and cradles the back of her head. He’s never felt so appreciated by anyone in his life.
“Thank you for your service Mister Rex,” Makéa whispers and kisses his cheek.

softest sweater
pairing: captain rex x gn!reader
warnings: one curse word i think, reader and rex shower together but there’s nothing sexual, ahsoka is sad, there’s literally no plot this is just self-indulgent fluff
word count: 0.86k
a/n: i just want it to stop being 104° every day and have a clone trooper to call my own. modern au, i guess, but nothing is specified. i wrote this in, like, an hour, so pls forgive any mistakes
Tumblr media
The sleeves of your sweater were pushed up over your elbows as you washed the growing pile of dishes in the sink, watching the rain fall from your kitchen window. Since the window faced your backyard, you didn’t see whoever it was that knocked on your front door. One quick glance through the peephole, though, had you throwing it open.
Ahsoka stood on your front step, completely soaked through. You pulled her into your home, and with the sounds of the storm shut out with the closed door, you could properly hear her choked back sobs.
“‘Soka?”
“Barriss, she—she broke up with me.”
“Oh, baby.” Water be damned, you pulled her into a hug, softly stroking her cold montrals. “Everything’s gonna be okay.”
She pulled back and wiped at her eyes, still sniffling. “I didn’t know where else to go.”
“I’m glad you came here. Do you want to talk about it?” She shook her head, water falling off of her. “Raid the closet for something dry, I’ll get you some food.”
She pulled you into another hug and mumbled, “Thank you,” into your chest.
You turned back into the kitchen and set the oven to preheat, then sent a quick message.
She’s with me.
After you put the frozen pizza into the oven and started on some cookie dough, your front door opened again. Heavy footsteps turned into soft ones as boots were taken off by the door to dry, then Rex stepped into your kitchen and wrapped his arms around you, tucking his chin on your shoulder.
You leaned back into him as he pressed a gentle kiss to your neck, giggling when sweater fluff got into his mouth and made him sputter. “Hey.”
“Hey. Cookies?”
“And pizza.“ You looked over your shoulder and kissed his jaw before saying quietly, “Barriss broke up with her. She walked here in the rain.”
“Ah, shit. Poor kid.”
“I’d wait for her to come downstairs before you get changed.”
“Probably a good call.” He moved around you and pulled out the brown sugar and flour and passed both of them to you. “And how was your day?”
“Camrac still hasn’t been fired, so, you know, it wasn’t great.” You grin at his muffled chuckle. “It was fine, nothing unexpected. I’m sure I’ll think of something worthwhile to tell you later.”
He smiled. “Looking forward to it.” He took the mixing bowl from your hands and covered the top with a towel, then put it in the fridge to chill. Then he pulled on the oven mitts and carefully removed the pizza from the oven.
Ahsoka appeared at the entrance to the kitchen, wearing one of your softest sweaters and some of Rex’s shorts, rubbing at her eye.
“Hey, kid.”
“Hi Rex.” She walked toward him and tucked herself into his side, his arm tightly wrapped around her shoulders. “Is that pizza?”
“And there’s cookie dough in the fridge.” You sliced the pizza and grabbed some plates. “Movie?”
She nodded. “Movie.”
The three of you arranged yourselves on the couch and got lost in the film. When the pizza and cookie dough were gone, Ahsoka’s head ended up in Rex’s lap, and his head ended up on your shoulder.
His eyes fluttered open as the credits started to roll. “I missed it?”
You snickered and kissed his cheek. “That’s why we picked one we’d all seen before.” You glanced down at the Togruta and smiled softly. “Will you carry her upstairs?”
“Yeah, I’ve got her, you go turn down the bed.”
You crouch down to her level and place a warm hand on her shoulder. “‘Soka?”
“Hmm?”
“We’re gonna take you upstairs.” She started to sit up and open her eyes, but you increased the pressure on her shoulder just barely. “Rex will carry you, baby, just lift your head.”
She did as you instructed and Rex lifted her easily, then they followed you up the stairs. You pulled the covers back on the spare bed, then tucked her in when Rex set her down, placing a gentle kiss on her forehead. Then you plugged in a soft night light before closing the door.
Rex already had the shower running when you entered the en suite bathroom of your room, and you groaned as the eucalyptus scented steam filled the space. “You spoil me.”
“I treat you exactly the way you deserve.”
You both stripped down and stepped into the shower, grateful once again you installed the overhead shower head when you first moved in.
Rex’s hair was easy to wash, and you had him purring for you as you scratched product into his scalp.
He happily returned the favor.
The rain finally stopped as the two of you dried off, changed into pajamas, and slipped into bed. Rex, the living furnace, opened his arms and let you curl into him, your head on his chest. He hummed in contentment as he stroked his fingers up and down your back. Your eyes slowly started to close, and you hummed back.
“I love you.”
“I love you, too.”
Your family, all under one roof, safe and dry and warm.
There’s nothing else you could’ve asked for.

CLONE WARS BEACH DAY HEADCANONS:
Padme takes the group on a much needed beach day on Naboo near the lake house
Ahsoka uses this as an opportunity to make fun of Anakin for the whole "sand line" (Padme told her about it)
Anakin complains about the sand on the way there, and Ahsoka's snarky comments.
Obi wan drowns it out with the vodka he brought
Cody is making sure he doesn't drink too much
Once there all the clones strip to their swim trunks
Obi wan tells everyone they need to wait until they have sunscreen on, Anakin goes "no I'm going in now!" Obi wan yells no, but Anakin has already ran into the water.
Fives and Hardcase run after to join him.
Obi wan sighs and goes to lay down in the lounge chair so he can actually relax.
Ahsoka soon goes in the water with water guns and attacks Anakin.
Anakin came prepared and grabs one too.
Padme lays a towel down on the sand and lays there to tan.
Anakin stares at her mesmerized while Obi wan pretends not see because he just doesn't care enough right now.
Echo sits and reads a book in the shade until Jesse and Fives splash water on it, so Echo gets up in rage and has no choice but to follow them into the water so he can attempt to drown them.
Kix stops him before he can because he really does not want to do mouth to mouth cpr on Fives.
Rex is trying to keep everything under control but gives up 5 minutes in and decides to have fun.
Tup doesn't want to get his hair wet but Fives obviously ends up dumping water on him.
Anakin and Ahsoka's goal for the end of the day is get obi wan wet. *Spoiler Alert* They succeed, and Obi wan almost kills them.
When the day is over the group all sits on the beach and watches the sunset, while Anakin and Padme try and fail not to make goo goo eyes at each other, Ahsoka and Rex are leaning on each other (platonically), Obi wan is only slightly drunk and all the clones are in awe.(Except Dogma, pretty sure he doesn't show emotion.)
Maybe I'll make a part two talking about each of their swim suits/outfits. We'll see. 🤷‍♀️

New Padawan
anakin x padawan reader x Ashoka + the 501st
Tumblr media
A young twi'lek girl had finally reach the rank of padawan, and she had been summoned to meet with grand master Yoda. The grand master had shared some wonderful news with the girl, the gurl had been shocked by the new that was shared between grand master and padawan. Now she had began her journey of padawan hood and maybe soon jedi knight, she was living the temple she once knew so well and heading off world to start her frist stage of being a padawan.
y/n " ohh I can't believe I'm really here" you had walked off the republic ship that drooped you off, the republic was one planet that had recently joined the republic.
y/n " okay I need to find the masters" you had been give orders to join this misson under the orders by Yoda himself, and now you were trying to find the jedi masters. You were totally lost at first until you spotted some clone troopers.
y/n " maybe they can help" you were about to go up the clone until they spotted you, and made their way towards you.
???? " hey kid are you from the temple and republic base with all the supplies and mission report"
y/n " yes I'm padawan learner Y/n l/n"

obi-wan " this had never happen before a padawan having two masters"
Plo koon" We will have to obey Yoda words and go with his decisions, this might be good for both of you in the end she can learn many things"

general headcanons.
Tumblr media
WC: 0.8k | CHARACTERS: anakin skywalker, reader NOTES: current personal headcanons for anakin that i carry with me through every piece of content i write for him. may misalign with canon content i haven’t read WARNINGS: sexuality details | cursing | mentioned: nudity, media pieces from irl
updated 12.10.22
Tumblr media
he wears contacts for battle, but has wire reading glasses he uses alone at home. is no longer ashamed of them as he was when he was a boy, but he has no reason to bring them up in conversation therefore not many people know about them (link to full version)
won’t wear a shirt if he can help it. shirtless when at home, or working out. sleeps naked or in just sweatpants. goes commando. doesn’t like the way clothes feel on his skin especially if the fabric is rough
is capable of cooking, but does not cook or eat for taste. it’s an enjoyable experience to fill his stomach and no longer feel hunger, but the taste of food means nothing to him and eats for nutrition. his meals are bland because he doesn’t care
the only time he is picky when it comes to food is the texture. he’ll not eat something if he disagrees with the texture. things slimy will not enter his mouth. however, he would eat a bug randomly for a “battle pick me up” and say its because theyre “full of protein and nutrients” and he really likes it when it catches people off guard. likes it even more when they’re visibly disgusted
he loves drinks though. at one point he’s introduced to a magenta-colored fruity drink that is not made on any other planet. he’s surprised by how much he likes it, and gets it every time he’s on world.
will not say no to a hot chocolate but it must be prepared a very specific way
his dorm is messy, but he knows where everything is
the genre of music he likes the most and most frequently listens to would be called “90’s alternative and indie rock” in our universe. bands like muse, switchfoot, radiohead, rage against the machine; a little of u2, linkin park, nirvana, deftones, remy zero, vertical horizon. would venture into snow patrol, coldplay. etc.
there’s a song he can’t stop listening to, from a holo-film he can’t stop re-watching called i’m still here from treasure planet. he doesn’t fully understand why. it moved him so deeply he’d have dreams of running through a field and feeling the wind in his hair, using the full extent of his powers in an uninhabited environment to be reminded of what he’s capable of without his life or the lives of others on the line
listens to music when he pilots his squadron on his ship because he feels like it “pumps them up”
heavyweight on the mats, but lightweight when it comes to drinking— is embarrassed of that
he finds himself jealous of people with loving families, but quickly snuffs it out.
loves working out, loves endorphins, loves blowing off steam. makes the room shake when he uses the punching bag. has broken one off the chain with his metal arm when he forgot to pull his punches
uses grown people as weights to bench press as a party trick
sings well but does not sing in front of other people. it’s very gravelly and light as a feather. he doesn’t know how to put power behind his voice, but its pleasurable to listen to if one is lucky enough he hasn’t noticed one in the room
is not a gifted dancer. rhythm does not come easily, nore dance moves. he’s stiff and uncomfortable doing it. and will sit out the entire night during a celebration that features a dance floor and blaring music— however, noble dances with rigid movements and steps he can memorize? considerably better at those
is not the best conversationalist because he lacks a certain class with it. he skips pleasantries and gets straight to the point. direct, blunt, and impatient. lacks a filter.
his sexuality eludes him for the most part, it’s not something he takes a lot of time thinking about. he’s demisexual, so he can only be attracted (sexually or romantically) to someone he knows and has spent time with. anatomy doesn’t matter to him, but he’s more inexperienced with amabs as opposed to afabs. that’s purely coincidental
he’s uncomfortable with emotional conversations and physical touch because he always assumes the other person is uncomfortable with/during it. he struggles with physical attention the most to the point where people avoid touching him because they believe so steadfastly he does not like it. he’s much more reserved when it comes to people that aren’t within his inner circle of companions
as said previously— he has a way of conversation that’s very direct which aids him when he’s inspiring those like his troops and ahsoka. he won’t hide things from them, and he’ll say his honest piece. and he’ll inspire those around him doing it
doesn’t like pets; likes droids bcos “there’s not a mess to clean up”
programmed c-3po to care because he wanted his mom to be cared for and worried about
any vehicle he uses is used until it’s barely holding together. he doesn’t waste, and that includes swapping ships out for a newer shinier one when his latest model can be fixed with a couple new parts and some elbow grease. besides he’s named it, and once he names it, he feels obligated to keep it running til it dies
has a very specific brand of humor and when he finds something funny it’s usually something odd or unusual. his laughter is contagious and sometimes the surrounding circle laughs simply because he’s the one laughing first
acted like a fuckboy when he was a virgin, used it for attention. however he can’t flirt for shit when he’s talking to someone he actually really likes
insomniac. not just because of premonition dreams, those came later. he has a hard time staying asleep
hobbies include: working out, eating a bantha’s share, searching for a cheap thrill like a fix, learning languages, working on ships and droids that require it when he has the time, sparring
x reader hcs. —
he’s gross and he will take your gum from your mouth with a kiss
likes it when you ask him to open things for you or grab something from the top shelf out of your reach

Chapter 24: I Know from Experience
Tumblr media
Masterlist | Previous | Next
Finished with the final portions of the pre-mission briefing, Wolffe sought Rasha out. He decided, after she left the bridge, that he wanted to see what she was made of before they arrived. He wanted to see her skill sets in person beforehand rather than just relying on a personnel file and his brothers' stories. Plus, he figured that it would be the best way to see if she was a typical civilian Officer.
Eventually, he found her in the barracks reading, “Skohl. Training in thirty.”
She jumped and started to answer but he was already gone.
Rasha was the first one to the room and silently watched as Wolffe pressed several buttons to bring the blocks in the walls and floors to their desired positions. She didn’t recognize the layout but didn’t think that it would matter. She figured that they, whoever her squad members were going to be, would know the presets and how to act better than she would. Several minutes passed before the rest showed up and the session began.
Wolffe was pleased with how quickly Rasha had integrated herself into the chosen squad. They worked as a team the second the session began. She let the clones lead and learned what each was best at before taking control, with them switching to follow her as quickly as they would follow him. She observed, planned, and acted in mere seconds - exactly what was needed in most situations on a real battlefield.
From working with so many in the past, Wolffe had learned that civilians tended to force their way through, not caring who was better at one skill or another. They would push their ideas and failing plans through his men’s skulls like a battering ram. Then he met Captain Rasha Skohl. The 501st’s lead medic and translation specialist. One of the two medical civilians working with them that were talked about almost nonstop.
Brothers told insanely exaggerated stories about her of things she may or may not have said and done. Some were told in a drunken stupor while others were completely sober. They had told him “how amazing she is” and that he “needs to meet her immediately.” Wolffe had always rolled his eyes at most of the stories and inside jokes he wasn’t privy to. And he only half-listened when a conversation with Rex or Cody somehow made its way to one of the two women.
When he had read what information had been available about the mission upon the assignment, he simply skimmed over her name and got to the other details of the mission. He thought that he’d be able to figure her out fairly quickly. Most acted the same, even down to how they carried themselves through the hallways and how they looked at him and his brothers. But it didn’t happen quickly, and, if he was being honest with himself, he still hadn’t quite gotten a complete grasp on her. He finally read more of her file the night he met her and the ship was finally in hyperspace because he didn't know what to make of the peculiar situation; he had expected her to be uptight and carry herself like she was above all of them just because they were clones.
Instead, she carried herself with an air of confidence - whether it was actual confidence or a facade, was yet to be figured out - yet none of his men seemed to feel disrespected or put off by her presence. They never gave any dirty looks or made snide comments under their breaths when she walked past or entered a room. They were cautious and watched her just the same as he did; everyone wanted to see how she would act, who she was, and what kind of attitude she had. Wolffe saw her first interactions with Boost, Comet, and Sinker from a few tables away in the mess on her first day aboard the ship and watched, waiting for her to get up. He waited for the poorly hidden looks of disgust and sneers, but they never happened. She didn't say much at first but eventually, she warmed up to the three troopers that had interrupted whatever she had been reading during her meal. By the time Sinker left, the group was laughing and she seemed to genuinely be enjoying herself. Everything went the exact opposite of what he had expected.
Reading up on and watching her, Wolffe wished he would've listened to some of his brothers’ stupid stories about her better. He couldn't believe that there was any way that the 501st would have been lucky enough to find someone kind and genuine enough for any of their stories to be true. Let alone have two civilians like that.
Turning his attention back to the room in front of him, he heard the squad’s communications. Quick and professional. Wolffe waited to hear the insistence from Rasha that her plan would be the best, ignoring all suggestions and new problems, and for her to force her way through. He still waited for her to be like a typical civvie; there had to be something about her. The arguments he expected never occurred. Just the simple disagreements that would happen in real situations that were quickly resolved.
“We’re a little stuck over here, Cap. Where did you two go?” Boost asked urgently
“I’m not sure how far away we are from you guys.” She paused and looked around the small path she and Sinker had been stuck in for several minutes. Wolffe watched her shoot at several droids and duck behind a wall she had been using as cover while trying to come up with some semblance of a plan. “Hey, Sinker, can I get you to cover me? I’m going up,” Rasha calmly asked through the chaos throughout the room.
He snapped his attention to her from the other side of the path. “Up? Up where exactly?!”
Wolffe scanned the room and saw the tower Rasha planned on scaling next to her toward the back corner.
“That wasn’t part of the plan, Cap!” Sinker insisted.
“Neither was us getting separated while they got surrounded. I can’t see enough to get a good shot and you don't really have anything to climb on. Or do you? I can't tell.” Comet chuckled but didn’t make any jokes for once. “I know you’re a good shot, but,” she grunted and tried dodging a blaster bolt, “unless you can find a way out or would rather have the other two stay pinned down… I’m open to other ideas but I’m not seeing any.”
Wolffe watched as Sinker looked around and answered her with silence. A small groan eventually sounded from him and Rasha took it as an agreement and started climbing, picking droids off so the others to recover when she got to the top.
She made her way back down to help Boost after she was satisfied. Nothing in any of the training weapons could potentially kill someone, but that didn’t mean that it didn’t hurt like hell or knock the air out of you if you got hit. Boost had been shot in the leg and Wolffe knew, from experience, that he wasn’t feeling too good and that it would more than likely be numb for a few more minutes. He also knew Boost most likely didn't need any medical help but was pleased that she had quickly made her way over when finally possible, just in case.
Wolffe powered the droids down several minutes later, having been satisfied with the results. “Be back in one hour.”
Wolffe wanted to try out some presets he had been tinkering with during their next round of training. The dummy droids would act closer to his men than the training dummies on Kamino or the clankers. He was curious how the situation would pan out and if his tinkering had made much of a difference. They would work on programming nowhere near any of the standard run-throughs that everyone had become accustomed to. The last session had shown him some of what his tinkering had done, but now, he wanted to see the full extent.
The arena had been set to a new layout before everyone had come back. Once communications were reestablished and the group was armed and ready to go, Wolffe activated the droids and watched them, still paying particular attention to the only person in the room wearing blue-painted armor again.
“What are these damn droids doing?!” Sinker called out, “Did you do something to these kriffing things, Wolffe?!”
The droids dodged, shot, and “thought” like Wolffe had hoped they would, leaving the squad initially confused and forced to adapt. The group was forced to think and act how they would during a real mission, which was what he had been going for. He wanted his men to train and he wanted them to train hard. He didn’t want them just going through presets they had run hundreds of times - he wanted things to be different each time, whether the layout in the room was the same or not.
Shots continued flying left and right as Wolffe watched the squad’s plans fall apart and reform. He still waited for the civvie to force her ideas onto the group. He waited for an argument that could prove detrimental to their exercise and possibly indicate how she may act on the ground. But it never came. He only heard the continuation of information and orders thrown around as needed; no arguments or hard-headed stubbornness from Rasha. She even began suggesting and asking about changes to their current plan based on the evolving problems and agreed to ones that might work better than her own.
Ducking around one of the walls, Rasha disappeared from Wolffe’s view. “I, uh… I-” she was breathing hard through the comms moments later, “guys, I need some help over here!”
“On my way, Cap” Comet acknowledged.
A beat, then Wolffe heard Rasha gasp and shout repeatedly, “No, no, no!” Each word was punctuated by the sounds and sight of a dummy being shot multiple times.
“You might wanna get down here, sir! This doesn't look good!”
~~~~~~
Chaos and noise filled the air, barely clearing the pounding of Rasha’s heart in her ears. Blaster bolts flew in every direction over her head and lightsabers swung to counter them.
Blood-covered hands rushed between her pack and the soldier’s wounds. She wouldn’t lose him if she could help it, but she was running low on supplies and time. More men fell around her as they tried to protect her, civilians, and their injured brothers.
Ahsoka called out, "get up, Rasha! This doesn't look good!"
But the area was becoming overrun by clankers. Civilian soldiers and clones alike were falling back. Orders were yelled and mechanical voices were getting closer. Soon Rasha would be exposed and vulnerable.
She had a difficult decision to make.
Her patient was slowly fading with more blood flowing than she could catch. She apologized as he took his final breaths and retrieved his helmet.
Shooting back as she ran for cover, she could barely breathe. With the clone's name repeatedly running through her head, she forced herself to keep pushing.
~~~~~~
Lashing out, Rasha didn’t know where she was or who the person on the other end of her rifle was. Tears streamed down her face as she lowered her weapon, thinking that it was Fives anchoring her to reality like he did the last time she needed to calm down and breathe again. She saw hands try to remove her helmet and she squeezed her eyes closed. Those same hands rested on her shoulders shortly after and she barely heard a familiar voice trying to get through to her.
Opening her eyes, she saw grey-painted armor - not the familiar blue she knew and squeezed her eyes shut again. It wasn't the blue covering her own armor. Not the blue painted in so many different patterns that it was too hard to count, yet she knew each one by heart. She didn't see anything familiar; nothing from the boys that quickly took her in as part of their family. She didn't see anything to do with the men who had found a place in her heart, filling a previously unknown empty space.
Instead, she saw a grey helmet and started backing away desperately again but the man’s hands held her firmly in place until she stopped squirming and could finally focus on her surroundings and listen to who was talking to her.
You're not Fives or Echo. What's going on?
——————
Once Wolffe was alerted and Comet briefly reported what he was seeing, the rest of the squad stayed on the other side of the room, giving her space when he turned everything off and all but sprinted down to Rasha's location.
“She's not-” Sinker began.
“I know she's not hurt," Wolffe snapped, "you three need to go stand over there. I'll take care of this.”
None of them said anything and they were already in the area he had pointed to, having moved over upon seeing how urgently their Commander had come down the stairs. They didn't say anything amongst themselves. All three knew what was going on with Rasha, having experienced similar situations themselves, and silently agreed not to say anything to anybody who didn't need to know. Not that any of them would have to begin with, but each glanced between each other with a mutual understanding of one another's thoughts. The only thing in the room that hadn't moved was the block Wolffe found her leaning against, arms and legs moving like she was trying to get smaller and fit between it and the floor. She looked like she was trying to crawl inside of it if she couldn't get under it.
Crouching down, Wolffe softly called for her, “Rasha. Everything is off. Nobody is hurt.” He gently touched Rasha's shoulder to help bring her back to the present and waited for the panic to subside before saying anything else. Instead, it seemed to trigger something in her and she pointed the training rifle at his chest, hands shaking. Wolffe raised his hands in surrender until she slowly but willingly lowered it. He removed her helmet and, after several attempts, she finally decided to open her eyes and keep them open, blurrily looking at him through tears with fear still gripping her.
Eventually, Comet came over and offered Rasha her discarded helmet and motioned to Wolffe for them to move to a different room before others came in for other training. After she put it on, the two helped her up and guided her to the door, with Wolffe keeping a hand on her shoulder as they entered the hall.
Rasha blindly followed him as he directed her to a random room, praying that he wasn't going to report her to General Plo for something she wasn't sure even happened. She didn't think she did anything wrong after joining the Wolfpack. Trying to remember everything she had done since her arrival she couldn't think of what he could even want to talk to Plo about and held her breath when he stopped at an unmarked door and entered the code with it quietly sliding open shortly after. The first thing she noticed was that Plo wasn't in the room. Next, she noticed that it had to be someone's living quarters.
Had Wolffe taken her to his room? Did he want to reprimand her for what had happened during that training? She had too many questions and worries racing through her mind to realize that he was still behind her waiting to enter the room.
She stood close to the door after entering and looked around, avoiding eye contact with him. She looked at pictures of him and some of his men on several different planets. Some included the people they had helped, others were just him and a few other troopers. He was smiling genuinely in each one that he wasn't wearing his helmet in. It was a smile she had never seen on the man across the room before. Beaded jewelry and strung-together shells hung around the room, presumably gifts from locals or items he had found and decided to keep. Extra armor was stacked neatly on one of the two beds. Paperwork was on the table in the back where she would keep her drawings on The Resolute. Every second she was in the room was another second she felt like she was intruding. Whether he had been the one to bring her to the room or not.
“Well?” Wolffe asked, interrupting her thoughts.
“I- I can explain.”
“I asked if you were going to sit down or not,” he repeated, gesturing to the empty bed.
Opting to sit as far away from him as she could, she started rambling. “I'm sorry. I can explain. I- I can still run this mission. Just please don't take me off and keep me on the ship when we get there. I can do this. I-”
He shook his head and held up a hand, effectively shushing her. “I'm not taking you off.”
“You're not?”
“No.” He pulled a chair closer and sat down, “are you feeling better?”
“I- what?” She took a few deep breaths before trying again, “I guess so. I don't know.”
“I understand. Probably more than you realize, Rasha.”
Hearing him use her first name rather than Captain, Skohl, or the two together sounded weird for some reason. She had heard everybody calling her Rasha multiple times a day but he never did until just then.
“I probably realize more than you think I do,” she chuckled dryly, earning her a small smirk. “I know that all of you go through it too. I've heard some of your boys during the night and others getting up to calm whoever it was down. Mine do it too.” She finally looked at him and searched his expression. “And I know that you don't get help calming down in here unless you go looking for it because you're alone. I also know,” she shifted, getting more comfortable on the stiff mattress, and took another long breath before continuing. “that you won’t go looking for that help. Whether you need it or not. That you sit in here and try to force yourself to break out of it and calm down. That you tell yourself over and over that none of it is real. You whisper quiet comforts to yourself in hopes that it’ll work but it rarely does.”
She looked at some of the pictures behind him and felt him staring. Rasha felt like a hole was boring through her skull from the constant gaze. She could feel the confusion radiating off of the man before bringing herself to look at him again and saw him searching her expression like she had done with him not long before. She saw him looking for answers to questions he wasn’t going to ask.
“I especially know the last part from personal experience,” she softly added just above a whisper and pulled out her necklace to mess with it, running the crystal up and down the chain like she had so many times before.
“You told the General that you’re comfortable sleeping just about anywhere when you first joined us, correct?
“Um, yeah," she raised an eyebrow, "why?”
“Get your stuff and bring it back in here.”
“Why? I’m just fine out there with the rest of the men. I don’t really need to go anywhere.”
“Because you’re going to be sleeping in here for the rest of the mission. You don’t need to be alone when you get like you just were.”
She looked around the room more, confusion only growing. “I’m not alone in there-”
“Rasha-” She relented and stood, turning to leave the room but stopped at Wolffe’s pause. “-I’ve seen how some of those shinies look at you. Don’t need them getting any ideas.”
She chuckled and shook her head, finally doing what she was told, and made her way to her bunk.

501 X panda hybrid reader
Author's note: I am now turning this into a series so all our battlebatons get one nice change of pace in the fandom because our boys need some loven and what better way than to have a hybrid reader.
Five and Captain Rex got separated during the battle and got lost on the planet and are in a bamboo forest the only problem was it's not all that often that they get into a bamboo Forest and they are looking for help you of course are in your panda from and see the stranger normally you would run off before found sense your people are hunted but there has been a decrease in the amount of pandas hunted but it still happens but you sense no danger with them being around and they look lost so you decide to help them as you jump down in panda form you accidentally startled them but when they see you they lower there weapons "is that a panda? I don't think we have ever seen a black and white one" fives asked amazed "They are quite a small one maybe a cub" rex thought out loud you however were glad they didn't guess you're gender but you were also impressed that they observed you but you were not 100% a cub you were still considered a cub because you are much smaller than most other pandas but you did not mind. You shifted into your human form the boys could not believe they two have now found a hybrid they knew what they are because the coruscant guards had a fox hybrid "are you lost?" You ask them bringing them out of there trance "Yes actually I'm captain rex of the 501 battalion and this is one of my soldiers fives" Captain Rex introduced him and fives "well I'm Y/N and I'm a panda hybrid... Would you like me to help you find the rest of your squad" fives spoke up this time " Yes please" you first guided them out of the forest than started walking with the two men not far behind. As you walked you decided to make small talk " so what's the galaxy like if you don't mind me asking" "well the galaxy is quite beautiful naboo is quiet a site to see what about this planet can you tell us about it" fives asked "well this planet has gorgeous sunrises and sunset and is home to many animals and doesn't have many humans inhabiting this place but the humans here are all about keeping the planet clean and healthy. Most don't kill animals but some do and that's about all" you think as you start hearing other people talking and so do rex and fives as they rush ahead to see there team and started talking you were about to leave when fives grabbed you "and This is Y/N They helped Us find you" "Hello Y/N I'm Anakin Skywalker the Jedi general of this team thank you for helping my men" " it was my pleasure Anakin now I must get going"just as you shift into your panda form to leave Jess grabs you "OMG!? They are the most cutest panda I have ever seen and they are so soft I wanna keep them!" The other nod in agreement hardcase spoke up "can we general please!" " They have a family to go back to and that is entirely up to them but I would be ok with it" you never knew your parents but they seemed nice and nodded your head as to say you were fine with it. "They said yes!" Jess and hardcase said happily. Rex and Anakin just shook there heads and silently laughed. Ever since then you had become a real life teddy bear for them and being a panda you are naturally cuddly so you did not mind one bit and being a hybrid you prefer to be in your animal form so you were happy as were they you were nickname cuddle Bear you were there therapist one was upset by the loss of their brother talk and cuddle, just sad cuddle, PTSD CUDDLES, one is taking a nap yep you need one too snuggle and sleep, suffered an injury and is getting treated in medbay you are right by the side you're acting like a stuffy, stressed with paperwork nap or sit on their lap as they softly pet you, need to talk to someone you have an ear always open for them ahsoka just loves how kind you are likes to find you when she needs to talk you give great advice you should have been a therapist you are amazing when it comes to giving advice and helping those in need and Anakin just likes to come to you when he needs someone to understand his feelings and was happy with the advice you gave him and what you said.
"love is a feeling and emotion that everyone goes through it is normal we all have emotions you can not remove your emotions it does not work that way you can learn to understand and embrace the emotion your emotions do not affect anything about who you are" yah Anakin told padme about that and introduce you to padme who thought you were absolutely adorable and sweet but if there's anything the 501st can agree on is that you make the best food and sweets you always have them prepared after missions and it always with them feel better Kixs was not all too fond of the sweets but he does enjoy your cooking he also enjoys that you like to help him in medbay. There was only one person you're not quite fond of the Anakin has introduced you to. Unfortunately you don't really like the Chancellor but if Anakin likes him you will tolerate him but you cant help but feel he will do something horrible somewhere in the future however you can't do anything about it you were with the 501st when they were on Umbara and to say you hated general krell was an understatement no you despised him when he was about to execute Jess and fives is when you lost your mind you let them out told them to hide when krell came In saw they were gone and started yelling at you is when you pushed him into the cell and lock the door. The other troopers did not dare on the other cell after the look in your eyes showed you were not going to let them let him out dogma had tried but it did not work out you we're very keen on keeping him in most of the other trooper had agreed no one let him out so when Anakin came and saw does my locked up and asked was going on you explained everything and Anakin was not impressed with krell at all and it ended up killing him furthermore the clones were never as grateful as they were that day. Once back on the Star destroyer everyone took a much needed nap and you snuggled up and went to sleep as well.

physical touch
the bad batch x f! reader
wc: 942
warnings: some fun teasing and that should be it. a light suggestive ending
You’re a physical touch person with a bright personality, you have been like that since you were young. Your friends enjoyed your hugs, or whenever you linked arms with them while walking. They also enjoyed how you always brightened their days. However, once you became a medic for the war, you dialed back on being physical touch. The clones did enjoy your soft hands helping them versus a droid, and your smile always put them in a better mood. You often helped the 212th or 104th, there were some rare occasions that Kix from the 501st requested you. That was until you were assigned to Clone Force 99 as their permanent medic. It took some time, but you ended up getting along with the squad great. Crosshair took longer to warm up to you, but it was expected after you first met them.
They weren’t aware of how much you liked physical touch until on a mission where you called to assist the 501st. The way many of the troopers greeted you with hugs, even Commander Tano and General Skywalker did. You walked next to the commander with your arms linked giggling. Your squad looked slightly confused, sure you were bubbly around them but never touchy.
“Is she acting different?” Wrecker asks, as they watch you laugh with your arm around the jedi commander.
“I believe she is behaving like herself” Tech says glancing at you before going back to his datapad.
“She’s different from when she is around us” Hunter answers observing you. The way your eyes lit up when you received any hug or form of physical affection.
“Looks like our little tooka doesn’t get enough attention from us. Look at how she’s eating up the regs attention.” Crosshair says taking off his helmet, putting a toothpick in his mouth. They sit away from everyone on their own, they keep an eye on you. They watch you as you lay your head in Ahsoka’s lap as she tells you a story of a mission she was just on. Then once her story is done you switch places animatedly telling her a story. Anakin calls a meeting to go over the plan for tomorrow. You stand next to Ahsoka arms still linked together. Once the meeting is over, Anakin makes his way over to you ruffling your hair.
“Missed having you around sunshine” he say before wrapping an arm around you pulling you in for a side hug.
“Missed you too trouble” you hip bump him. “How’s Pads doing?” you ask him quietly.
“She’s good, she says hi” he shoots you a wink before walking off with Rex. Leaving you and Ahsoka by the fire together.
“So, tell me, have you even tried hugging your own squad yet? They keep staring holes into the boys’ heads when they hug you or pay you any attention.” She says laughing.
“No way. I’m too scared to ask. This bunch was already affectionate when I got here” you say gesturing to the 501st. She nods in agreement, laying her head on your shoulder.
“I don’t think it’ll hurt to ask” she tells you looking up at your squad. You look over at them too and give a small smile. Wrecker happily waves at you. “Go over there and spend some time with them. You know where to find me if they say no” she removes her head and pushes you up. As you walk across camp saying hi to the troopers that spoke to you, Fives stops you.
“You need a cuddle buddy tonight sunshine?” He asks flirtatiously. You laugh at his antics.
“Not tonight hon. I’ll find you if I change my mind” you continue towards your squad. Sitting next to Wrecker when you make it to them. “Hi boys” you greet them with your signature smile.
“ You finally had enough of the regs?” Crosshair hissed. You were a bit confused. You knew they didn’t like regular clones, but that didn’t mean you couldn’t.
“Is there a problem?” You ask looking at each of them.
“Yes” Crosshair quickly answered. “All this affection you’re suddenly giving to regs.” he points his toothpick at you.
“All you had to do is ask for a hug mesh’la” Wrecker says wrapping his arm around you, the Mando’a term of endearment rolling off his tongue sweetly.
“Are we not sufficient enough to provide you physical affection?” Tech asked, as he finally tucks his datapad away.
“Do we not give you the attention you need?” Hunter’s husky voice sent a shiver down your spine. You were getting flustered.
“What do you mean? I am getting enough attention” you say trying not to stumble over your words.
“Is our little tooka shy all of a sudden?” Crosshair mockingly asks.
“You were just blossoming from the attention you were receiving” Hunter says scooting closer to you.
“The way her pupils are dilated now, she is enjoying our attention more than what she was previously receiving” Tech points out. You stand up quickly not wanted to keep facing the teasing.
“I’m going to sleep on the Marauder” you announce walking away. They each get up as well.
“Not without us” Wrecker says laughing. You hide your face in your hands heading in the direction of the ship. A hand was placed on your back guiding you.
“Maybe you won’t get sleep little tooka” Crosshair whispered in your ear. You groan due to embarrassment.
“Save your noises for later mesh’la” Hunter said from the other side of Crosshair.
“I’ll have to record the noises she’ll make later” Tech says excitedly from your left side. The others chuckle at you, agreeing with him.

Luke stood in front of an old Clone Wars base. Something in the Force beckoned him closer.
"Hello?" Luke called, walking into the dark hanger. He could see old republic ships, in varying states of disrepair.
Something fell, Luke spun around to meet a blaster. His hands shot up.
"I'm sorry- I was searching for fuel-" it wasn't a lie, his X-wing was running low. Artoo hadn't shut up for the last couple of lightyears.
The stranger didn't listen. They were too busy staring.
"Who are you?" they asked, scarily calm.
"My name is Luke, what's yours?" Luke answered, he disliked being on this side of a blaster.
His captor seemed to keep staring, "Ahsoka. Why are you here? Don't you know the fuel here would not be usable?"
Luke nearly facepalmed, "Blast- I didn't think of that-"
Ahsoka seemed to find that funny, as they seemed to laugh a bit.
"I should have some fuel for you, Luke. My friends and I have been stockpiling for quite a while, so we have planty to share. But first, I must ask if you are a threat." Ahsoka seemed slightly paranoid.
"I swear I am not a threat. I just need fuel, my droid won't stop yelling at me," Luke chuckled. Ahsoka found that funny, funny enough to put the blaster down.
Ahsoka lit a flashlight, aiming it down. Luke could finally identify what species he was facing.
"You're a- a togruta? Weren't you all-" Luke stammered.
"Wiped out after the Clone War? Almost. I'm one of few left." Ahsoka smiled, sadness blooming from her Force presence. Wait.
"Hold on. Are you-"
"Force sensitive? Yes, it took you a while to realize. Who trained you?" Ahsoka tilted her head.
"At first, a little, Ben. Then Yoda. Since then, it's been me." Luke frowned, his father had wanted to train him, but given that his father was recovering from being a Sith-
"Ben? I am unfamiliar with him. What's his last name?" Ahsoka asked.
"Kenobi. What's your last name?" Luke asked.
"Ah, you were partially trained by Obi-wan, I see. I was trained by Obi-wan's apprentice. My last name is Tano. And yours, Luke? You remind me of my old master."
"My name is Luke Skywalker. Who was your master?" Luke asked. Ahsoka started to walk, beckoning him to follow.
"Why, my master was your father. Anakin Skywalker." Ahsoka held open a door. Behind it was warm light and the sound of laughter.
Luke stepped through the door, and in front of him was a group of older men in old clone armor. They paused, looking at him.
"Commander?" one said, standing slowly.
Ahsoka came in behind Luke, "Rex, this is Luke Skywalker. Anakin's son. Luke, meet what's left of the 501st battalion, served the Clone War under the command of Anakin Skywalker, Obi-wan Kenobi, and Ahsoka Tano."
