A Walk, At a Rainy Night

I'm BACK with a brand new artwork—this time featuring The Puppet, straight from my in-progress FNAF 6 prequel project! Honestly, I started this piece thinking it’d be nothing (thanks, art block), but surprise—IT ACTUALLY TURNED OUT GOOD?! And of course, I used my redesigned version of the Puppet. I think the last time I drew her was Last Year Which was... the only time I Ever drew her?! Dang.

I’m in love with the dark, starry blue costume I created—it just fits her vibe so well. The sketching phase felt amazing, coloring was alright, but the shading? PURE TORTURE. Not to mention the lineart for those tiny leaves . Even the rain and lighting were a challenge, but I powered through—and I’m kinda proud of how it all turned out. This piece was totally fueled by all the ideas I’ve been pouring into my FNAF 6 prequel. It might even make it into a scene later on! (Still early in writing though, so don’t expect it anytime soon .) Also… I wasn’t even supposed to be drawing right now (final exams in 2 weeks!), but I just had to get this out of my head before it rotted in there. This might be my last upload for a while until exams are over—but I’ll be back soon with more weekly art drops. Hope you all enjoy this one as much as I did making it

secondly, well, I tend to just…rewrite the plot points of the games, tbh??? they tend to all have little narrative arcs of their own.
