What if we make Barbie really be the dad that stepped up for Sasha, like, maybe El esposo de Gloria died when Sasha was a baby (I'm not willing to make him a bad person, sorry) so after some years of being a single mother, Gloria finally finds a supportive partner, and guess who is it, Barbara Fucking Handler, who is an attractive marketing senior in Mattel, but it's also the biggest loser of all time (I'm thinking something like Secret Comic Nerd™, or Vanilla Gym Rat), and also a middle aged dad trapped in a thirty-five years old woman's body, she tells dad jokes, she plays catch with Sasha, she loves a good grill day, and, most importantly, is so painfully head over heels for Gloria that Sasha can do nothing but accept the woman in their family.

(She's very happy to have someone to gang up with her when asking for McDonald's, and also, Barbie somehow knows Spanish?? So that's a point for the blonde for sure.)

Billy likes horror movies because when he gets scared (he vehemently tells Steve otherwise) he screams. He screams, and cries a little, even. He loves it because he can express his emotions easier this way. He can't always be open, and sometimes he just wants to cry but it's like he's all cried out. Plus crying triggers his old mindset, and brings him back to that house. To Neil.

Billy likes to yell at the screen and throw popcorn whenever the movie character does something stupid, or when the killer is right behind them. He and Max argue about who's going to die next. He teaches El about the "fundamentals" of a horror flick, because underneath all the leather and curls, he's a good teacher and has patience (only for certain people).

Of course it becomes a ritual that Eddie breaks into their house in the middle of a scary scene. He jumps on Billy's lap, stretching out onto Steve's, using the same line over and over: "Hello, big boys. What're we watching?"

Steve has tried to throw Eddie out Uncle Phil style, but he just keeps coming back. Billy finds a kinship in Eddie, because he too has made it his life's purpose to annoy Steve Harrington.

I really recommend checking Kat’s fic out, it’s the perfect mixture of angst, comedy and fluff.

Am I the only one who’s noticed how much of a creep Wolfstar shippers/Remadora antis can sometimes make Remus?

A common argument used to bash Remadora is their age gap (they’re both legal adults and there’s nothing wrong with their relationship but that isn’t the point), and said argument seems to paint Remus as a creep by apparently “taking advantage of a younger woman.”

They also come up with foul headcanons, such as “Remus made Tonks morph into Sirius (after Sirius died)” or “Teddy was conceived on the day of Sirius’s death anniversary” which are humongous red flags for countless reasons. It indirectly makes it seem like Remus is projecting his lost (dead) lover onto a young woman he “shouldn’t be with.” Even after doing all this, they still try to paint Remus as an innocent chocolate-loving softy boy and Tonks as a manipulative abuser. And what makes this so much stupider is that Remus was the one who was against his and Tonks’s relationship at first—for the same reasons they like to use to bash Remadora—Tonks was the one who didn’t give up on convincing him.

I love Remus, and seeing people who I know love him too portray him in such a way never fails to upset me. As I’ve already stated, I know they don’t realise how creepy certain headcanons/theories make their ship. But really, if you have to do this much mental gymnastics to try and make your ship work, maybe try to use some other arguments, or just… don’t come up with these kind of headcanons?
