Who was supposed to be the dads in ikesen and ikerev again? Shingen? (Ew) nobunaga? (Bleh) sirius? (Ok) harr? (...)

Anyways, NONE of them even CLOSE to Victor. Victor is the only one I would enthusiastically let him dote on me, wanna join in his crimes, big or little, see him as a single parent to crown but i could still crave him romantically. What's his curse? How did he do that to me? Can I somehow blame this one back on gilbert too? (Probably)is it just cuz I got older? (Might play a part in this idk) (i still don't really want kids so it's good the Crown are all grown up)

“Then think about how we should tell our son that he’ll soon be an older brother,” she laughed. His heart quivered at the sound. “Do you think it’s safe now?” “I think so, yeah.”

“Fireball, don’t stir so much,” Nobunaga breathed out. His voice was barely a murmur, hardly more than the most hushed of whispers, as if his usual decisiveness was soaked through with a new kind of concern.

“You know I can’t help it –” Mai inhaled sharply, his lips brushing against the nape of her neck. “Stop it.”

“I thought it would help you relax.”

Mai pushed herself up on her elbow. The night air was little different from a cat, the greedy creature rushing below their futon cover. The main distinction between the two was that it’s intention was to cool their bodies down, perhaps to preserve some gasps, and most definitely not to heat them up any further. She wobbled slightly, each of her movements contributing to the earthquake-like tremors shaking the mountain of blankets piled over her. Her husband nearly drowned below the tsunami of shed layers, but she did manage to free her legs. Finally able to move, Mai sat on her heels, moon-the tailor taking her measurements with its silver tape. Nobunaga watched it work carefully, light outlining the contours of her body… The winds she breathed out swept him away. He knew he could not be saved the moment his eyes lay on the slight bump hidden below her yukata. Not that he wished to be saved.

“It’s not our first,” Mai sighed, rubbing onto her eyes with her palm.

He could not comprehend how seeing her in this state for even the hundredth time would be any different from the first.

“I want to make it easier on you,” he opposed. Nobunaga made himself a fool, an impudent one at that – he fought against the flood of the duvets, he braved the scorching plains of their bed that separated them; he even dared ignore the blizzard lingering in her breath. He, merely a mortal, was audacious enough to reach for her, the creation herself. He put a hand over her stomach, what he assumed to be magma flowing below her skin… And in her grace, this odd mundane goddess that he held was kind enough to cup his face. Mai drew him forward, urged him to press his forehead against hers.

“Then think about how we should tell our son that he’ll soon be an older brother,” she laughed. His heart quivered at the sound.

“Do you think it’s safe now?”

“I think so, yeah.”

He couldn’t find the right words to reply. Instead, he ran his fingers down the length of her back, tense muscles shivering below his touch.

“Lay down. I want you to rest from now on.”

Nobunaga was a busy man. That much had never changed – not after he got married, not after their first son was born, and most definitely, not now, when they were awaiting their second child. If anything, his life had only got more hectic with each fortunate twist of events, and he was not so certain he knew how to navigate through its meanders at times. He certainly did not know then.

The placement of the stones over the go board was unlike anything Nobunaga had ever seen before. It did not obey by any rules, pieces overlapping over spaces, forming patterns that could not be achieved by any strategy tangible to an adult mind. However, a toddler, a toddler surely could comprehend all of that.

“Papa, I win,” his son declared, setting another black stone on the outside of a circle.

“That you do.” Nobunaga smiled. His son was barely three years old, but wasn’t his mind sharp already? He couldn’t hold back his pride, a simple flower having somehow grown over the board.

“I want a wish.”

“A wish?” he echoed. Indeed, the victor could make demands… Yet, perhaps, it was not the greatest of ideas to let his son rule over anything other than his toys just yet. The boy nodded his head in reply and stood up. Slowly, he walked towards his father.

“I want a little sister or brother,” he whispered into his ear, a serious expression over his face. “Can I get one?”

“Well, you see…”

Nobunaga had never felt more of a fool than when with his family. Some things he was simply unable to predict. But he loved every moment of it.

Drawn to the thrill of battle, Sabrina couldn't resist issuing a challenge to Botobai. The outcome of their encounter resulted in her joining forces with Botobai to form the Dragon Zodiac's developing team. Now, as a member of the A.T.S.F. (Anti-Terrorism Strike Force), Sabrina holds the distinction of being the second oldest member, with just a few years separating her from Botobai.

Extra info about Sabrina:

Sabrina had once engaged in a fierce battle with Nobunaga, emerging as the victor. However, she carries a permanent reminder of their encounter—a scar on her right eye. As a result, her right eye is now blind.

Despite being one of the founding members of the A.T.S.F., Sabrina willingly relinquished the role of captain to Angelina Cortez. She believed that leadership wasn't her strong suit and preferred to avoid the paperwork that came with the position. With a mischievous grin, she jokingly told Angelina, "You can handle all that bureaucratic stuff—I'll stick to the fighting."

Sabrina is a self-professed battle-junky and can often be found challenging Botobai whenever he's available. Their clashes have become somewhat of a tradition between them. When she's not training or fighting, she enjoys spending time tending to her garden. According to her, it's a great way to relax and calm her nerves after intense battles.

Despite her sword being of regular size, Sabrina's shorter stature gives the impression that she wields a massive weapon.

Celestina x Leon

Celestina was chosen as Belle. Her beautiful singing voice, and her way of playing instruments very quickly won the lion's heart. He became king, chose her as his wife, and they went on to have two sons!

The first is Soren, the heir to the throne. And second is Nikolai!

Ellie x friends' OC

Elaine is... A tricky one. She is the only princess, very snarky (to make up for her lacking height), and to top it all off, LESBIAN. Elaine is shipped with a friend's OC. They can't have children since they're women, but even if they could, they wouldn't. Elaine is not too fond of children. She already has a hard time dealing with Soren and Nikolai.

Michi x Nobunaga

Michi was practically tossed aside by her family after they found out that she has no uterus to continue the bloodline with. Feeling unwanted, she focused all her energy into becoming stronger - strong enough to defend herself. Because if no one else would protect her, she'd make sure she can always rely on herself. This lead her to become snarky and independent. She doesn't do whatever she's told to, and that's exactly what caught Nobunaga's interest. As stated, Michi has no uterus, so they cannot have children naturally. The only option would be adoption, which Michi is admittedly not too fond of.

Emiko x Mitsuhide

At first, Emiko bonded with Masamune when they both would start cooking and exchanging ideas together. Emiko came from the modern world, being a confectioner. Well, with time, they grew even closer, until neither of them could deny their feelings anymore. After a year of dating, they got engaged. And married.

Valérie is a magical puppet with the physique of a small child, created by the magic tower. Though she does have her own consciousness, she doesn't really understand the concept of being alive. And she doesn't have emotions, leading her to have trouble understanding how other people feel.

At the end of the battle, Valérie gets protected by the Black Army. This ends with her calling Sirius "daddy".

Long story short, Valérie gets adopted and Sirius never hears the end of it. 😃 And everyone else gets called uncle. Except for Luka. He gets the big brother treatment.

Oh there is too many people but I'll say what inspired me for this fic especially

Eiji Yoshikawa who wrote a fiction about the life of famous swordman Musashi Miyamoto (who will inspired Takeshi Inoue to draw Vagabond by the way).

Miyamoto Musashi himself wrote his memoirs in the book of five rings.

Sun Zu and the Art of War.

Sei Shonagon she was a writer from the Heian court in the 10th century

Murasaki Shikibu, an other noble writer from the Heian court, she wrote the famous book The tales of Genji, and my Genji Hikaru is a direct hommage to hers. In her book, the prince is a poet running for honour and ladies and mine is like the dark version : "Naahh I don't want to do poetry...I wanna fight Madara Uchiha and conquer the world."

Ibn Khaldun a 14th century historian and philosopher, who wrote a universal history book called Muqaddimah. There is theories about civilisations cycles, sociology and economy.

G.R.R. Martin for his way to always surprise and trick the readers. I love how he built his plots.

Michel of Greece who is an actual European prince and an author, he wrote a lot of fictions based on historical figures. My favourite is Louis XIV, the other side of the sun a fiction about the life of the King of France who took back his power after having beeing traumatized by a nobles rebellion in his youth.

J.K. Rowling for the whole Harry Potter saga. I love her world building it's not too big like GRR martin, it's the right size.

Victor Hugo for Les Miserables and his poetry.

Talking about poetry hard to not mention, Arthur Rimbaud, Baudelaire, John Keats and Rumi. I'm obsessed by them.

Not a book in particular but the real japanese warring state era (from 1467 to 1615 BC) is a source of inspiration with his most famous figures : Oda Nobunaga, Ieyasu Tokugawa, Hideyoshi Toyotomi

24- Favourite genre to write and read

Without a surprise I like historical stories, with large world building intrigues and conspiracy. It's just an excuse for me to talk about everything at once lol : society, politics, psychology, war, love, family issue you name it... In future I'd like to write a romance, it's a bit a challenge because I don't think I'm really good at it. But I love true romance, not teenage love where there is nothing to loose. but when two characters have to deal a relationship which challenge their values and involve the world around them.

And a tend to read less fiction nowadays because I watch tv shows instead. But now I read more things who will teach me something like essay on philosophy and sociology and spirituality.

I'll take this opportunity to clarify who she is since I talked with some of my readers and there was some ambiguity (I'll rewrite it later when the book is finished) . She's not blood-related to Madara or Izuna. She has her own family. Madara's mother were her wet nurse and she breastfed both Izuna and Aiko in the same time. Both families were very close to the point Aiko can come inside Tajima's house without knocking the door. She was very loved by Madara's mother. In a way she was the daughter she never had. For Madara she was like a little sister.

The idea for this character came one day while I was scrolling instagram and I saw this video :

At the time I knew I wanted an OC who won't be a kunoichi to force Madara out of his comfort zone. But I have no idea of who? how? where? when? Then I see this mysterious girl dancing on a beach with so much grace and confidence, and yet we can't see her face... I knew that was this energy I was looking for. And then her backstory slowly flourish from there. For now (chapter 6) you don't know enough about her, but later it will make sense to you all.
