i feel like after i do my method idk what to do i get impatient anf give up how do i combat this

When you bake a cake, do you reach into the oven, yank out the raw cake batter, and throw it away in frustration because you’re not immediately eating your cake? No, you don’t. You trust that you’ve put the cake in the oven, you know it’s baking, and you already have the cake—it’s already yours. So, you let go, the oven timer goes off, and you’ve got a cake. You didn’t even notice it was baking because you weren’t obsessively staring at it, checking every minute to see if it was done. You trusted the process.

The same goes for you doing your shifting method. When you do it, you’ve already set your intention. The key is to trust that it’s already happening/has already happened/ whatever works for you. When you constantly check, impatiently waiting for it to finish, you’re only bringing unecessary stress upon yourself.

Do the method and let it go. Let. It. Go. It’s fine to think about it, just don’t sit or lay there thinking “damn, this so isn’t going to work.” Because guess what? There will come a point where it will work, and you have no idea when that will be, but you know and trust you already have your desire, so the 3D will catch up eventually. Do the method and let go. Relax. Go to sleep or go about your day, just release this attachment to the outcome.

The more you trust, the less you need to keep checking, and the sooner you’ll realize you’ve already shifted, just like you’ll realize you’ve already got your cake.

Hello 👋 i think iam asking this again... I think mr ask got lost somewhere??

So I tried to get in to void yesterday as you said, by using the distraction method. I counted as the method suggested and after i sang a song in my mind ... but nothing is happening like I keep singing and singing ( also some thoughts are coming in between but i didn't pay any attention to them ) u said after some minutes there were symptoms and all ? But why do I feel nothing like occasionally there is black but no floating or kinda sensations ? But broo I keep singing and singing.. so after a while I stopped it & opened my eyes 😔 ... I really wanna get in to the void though ? Am I doing any mistakes? Pls correct me 🙏🙏

So I don't think you've understood clearly what I've said haha. It's okay, I will make a small resume for you here and I'm working on a post explaining it so pls be patient.

So, the distraction method by @luckykiwiii101 suggests that instead of trying to ignore our toughts and continuously affirm that we are the void and stuff, do literally the opposite and get distracted by them. Means, that if you start to think of anything else that is not you entering the void, don't try to quickly go back at the void and stuff, but literally get distracred by it. And by the song, I meant that, in order to get distracted, you could even play a song in your head, but that's just up to you and if it works better for you! Some time later, you might feel like floating anf stuff, and that's when the void goes in.

So I got to Metaphor: ReFantazio 09/11. The reveals are super heavy. I don't know if anyone else mentioned this but there seems to be a heavy Filipino representation in this that I'll discuss under the cut. I am super fucking hyped because of this. I'm mad I can't just talk about it without spoiling people

First off holy shit I just realized that date... goddamn metaphor... second off... I'm sobbing. People glaze up Heismay as the best of the characters. Basilio is right fucking there!

I can't wait for the truth of the Parypus riots to come out because it sounds like Bas might have been the cause due to being experimented on so much... and how that will affect Heismay. I'm realizing that the only race we're missing on the crew is a Rhoag... I guess grius counts eventhough he's dead.

I'm ealizing that metaphor might be having a deep pull from 2 important Filipino Novels, Noli Me Tangere anf El Filibusterismo.

I thought that Basilio being named that and having a brother was just a coincidence but it might actually be a reference because Basilio in the Novels, specifically El Filibusterismo, aids a Revolutionist and then regrets it heavily after due to the methods and chaos it caused (I'm going off memory from High School here). Also, his brother dies in Noli Me Tangere, sparking a major part of the story, but his brother in those Novels is named Crispin and is younger... but it fits because Del is his "little" brother...

I haven't gotten there yet but if Basilio is the Parypus that went nuts and started the riots because of the experimentation this fits in with the Novel angle because in the novels... their mother goes insane after Crispin dies.

The novels were also massively critical of the Church and State which fits with the theme of the game as a whole. I'm pretty hyped that the plight of the Parypus is now tied with my country's history and I'm now seeing the similarities of their struggles to the struggles of the Filipinos under Spain... 2nd class citizenship... commonly blamed for crimes they didn't commit... perceived as uneducated and lazy... the church specifically abusing them. Not allowed to hold positions of power because considered incapable... I'm sure that's not just a Filipino experience... but Basilio being the representation of that is so fucking cool.

You say the name Basilio to a Filipino Native and they'll probably think of the Novels. Hell I thought of the novels.

Outlawed Kurdish group the PKK, which has waged a 40-year insurgency against Turkey, has announced it is laying down its arms and disbanding.

The move followed a call in February by the group's jailed leader, Abdullah Ocalan, for it to disband.

The PKK insurgency initially aimed to create an independent homeland for Kurds, who account for about 20% of Turkey's population. But it has since moved away from its separatist goals, focusing instead on more autonomy and greater Kurdish rights.

Heres some of my DTT headcanons (pyscho addition.)

some of these may or may not be a stretch, but i do try to include some canon reasoning, take in mind i only looked at the info i can find ingame, like the lobby posters or the encyclopedia, any info outside the game is unknown to me.

Also this bunch of headcaons for pyscho will sound like im absolutely a freak, i am in fact not. Be warned its very detailed in heavy descriptions of impending insanity a bit of murderous stuff.

NEW HIRE PYSCHO:

[new hire pyschos skin to me definitely looked just slightly saner when i first looked at his face, he just didn't seem that crazy to me... Hell i think his expression looks a little confident and a tad arrogant...

I like to think it was because in the first time in a while, Pyscho actually got a breath of solid fresh air, after he'd been (canonically) put in coal digging duties one too many times during his old locomotives engineering job. it wasn't really specified how long he'd been going out on a joy ride on the modified train he took, but id say it was probably a few months in my brain...

in short i think he wasn't actually too crazy when he first joined DTT, but i think only after he Joined DTT did his sanity start to deteriorate, since it wasn't specified whether he had killed at all at his old job, and happened to just happened to konw how to use a shotgun purely for self defense,

I think deep down he still held HEAVY resentment to his old job for wasting his skills, so as an even worse copping mechanism he turns "to defending the train..." Which involves eliminating the intruders who try to take cargo or passengers and such, Pyscho slowly started to revile in morbidly imagining those enemies as the people who reduced him into a coal digger, his natural skill with the shotgun made it easier for him to enact this not so guilty pleasure, his addiction his morbid and murderous thoughts literally show on his face, contorting into the unhinged freak you see today.]

[ok, geez that sounded heavy, so on a much lighter note, i like think in his childhood he had a love for toy trains and military toy guns growing up, especially the missiles, because he thought explosions are awesome.]

[but back to the angst, before pyscho joined DTT he used to have a lot of scars everywhere in his body, that was until Medic went and healed all of pyschos wounds, not a scratch in sight.. a small part of pyscho felt a little sad about it, but overall he was pretty stoked, that his body didn't constantly ached so much anymore, unlike the Gunslinger who saw those scars more as a souvenir or a trophy.]

[despite Pyscho being out of his old job, he still had a habit of drinking soda rather than water, despite it now being more readily available in DTT, (in pyschos old job there was a drink vending Machine that didn't have water for some goddamn reason) old habits die hard huh?]

[when pyscho found DTT that was because he literally crashed his train onto the lobby, but before some of the DTT crew at the time went in and gunned pyscho down Vanessa tells them to cease fire, looking at the crashed train and its modificationss, she realized pyschos potential, in being an engineer...or the fact she was getting more trouble lay with deliverys failing because of her trains lack of durability at the time, anf she desperately needed more offensive defense... So in classic DTT fasion she done and offered pyscho a job much to everybody elses dismay about the mess.]

CURRENT PYSCHO:

[Modern day pyscho.... Yeah he's pretty damn crazy, its easy to dehumanized the poor guy because of how he is on the job at defending the teain, but that isn't obviously his only job, he just defends the train because he insisted on it.

His true joy in working in DTT was obviously during his time with the red steel engineers whenever they make upgrades to the train, making his method of attaching missiles to the train, sensors, Detecting incoming enemies, and adding steel coating and such... His work with the red engineers is one of the few he ever became his old self again way before everything, always having a genuine smile in his face, his constant twitching was next to none, and oh boy did he absolutely adore teaching newbie engineers, even if they are unnerved by him...but- he trys his best as much as he lived explosives, he loved igniting the passion in both himself and other engineers like himself....

Like truly... it makes him so happy with childlike wonder. ]

[immediately after actually starting to work for DTT he explicitly demanded, NO COAL DIGGING. hes so goddamn sick of it, sometimes literally, with the brain damage and all, Vanessa seemed to agree after she sent him there once not knowing that information yet, safe to say he came back worse, and his defending of the train was lackluster and sluggish... but he did get the job done, at the very least Vanessa puts his coal digging close to none if she can help it.]

[during those times in the train where it just so happens no intruders came to attack, Pyscho whips out his banjo and plays a nice tune... But over time it started to get harder playing the instrument, his constant firing of his shotgun along with the constant digging of his old job had made pyschos hands constantly trembling, not even Medics heal gun can save it, he could at least calm most of it down when he's not stressed, he can still play a few simple tunes on the banjo at least.]

[pyscho buys would buy these goddamn freakishly surgery sodas off the dark web or something, that stuff cannot be good for you.]

[this one's more of a crack headcanon, but pyschos probably had diabetes form all that freakishly radioactive soda, he just never noticed it because Medics heal gun heals off the diabetes away before Pyscho could notice anything, just for him to inevitably get it again.]

[pyschos takes being called incapable or stupid more personally then one might think, while he doesn't lash out or anything, you will notice him getting ever so slightly more twitchy and shaky... As well as his tone getting just a tad more sarcastic and generally more "psychotic" looking while doing his work bette rjust to spite people.]

[pyschos relationship with Medic goes as follows he first was paranoid of Medics heal gun and is absolutely suspicious about him before the first time he got shot on the train,where medic healed him. And felt all the pain go away in an instant... Since then he literally trust Medic with his life, he always kept pyscho in check, watching over him the most whenever he gets too unstable... Pyscho returns the favor by body blocking him, like tf2 medics uber position, Pyscho in front Medic at back, firing at pyscho like a meat shield who lets himself take the majority of the pain... Pyscho finds Medic comforting, although not in the mental or emotional sence, unfortunately Medic isn't so sympathetic for pyscho, occasionally treating him like hes stupid for hurting himself alot, since hes always so preoccupied with medical work but Medic those get around and trears pyscho like an equal, hell they even just relax to pyscho playing the banjo sometimes.]

[pyschos relationship with Gunslinger was more like a semi conpetative rivals to brothers at arms, it started out with Gunslinger seeing pyscho as an absolutely reckless nut job, who just fires wildly like an idiot.... Until he kept nothing how pyscho was getting the job done, he quickly realized pyscho was deliberately aiming at vehicles tires or or vulnerable engines, he started to like pyscho for his fighting methods, gunslinger since acted to spark rivaly with pyscho, with sarcastic comments like "you cant do shot Bandit qweens engine open can you?" or "i bet you csnt jump onto that helicopter and grab that mini gun" to which pyscho promty proved he can out of SPITE. pyscho pyscho catch on to gunslingers competitive antics and thise the same comments with him, since then their like annoying siblings in an professional environment, always covering each others weaknesses]

WAIT MOE'S NIPPLE PIERCINGS. I COULD FEASIBLY DO THAT SAME EYEBROW PIERCING METHOD. Two barbells sticking out of a small area.......

It will REALLY depend on The Details, though. Like, Alfonse and Sharena don't have any skin on the bodies, because of the method I was thinking. Like. Initially, I wanted to have the shirt sewn to the pants, not on top. So, one layer of fabric, technically. Somehow, I still want to do this, but I'm not exactly sure how I'll get there... esp bc I ended up w whole bodies using the pants material anyway, for the sake of ease. (But.... maybe...... the undershirt material will be thin enough....... that I can get away w Not Doing All That ......)

But, I did the siblings this way because of how their outfits work. Both wear turtle neck undershirts (could be long sleeved, I think they are canonically actually. I somehow always imagined them as tee shirts though). Main point though, is their first layer of clothing covers up Everything. Then, they have the white long sleeved overshirts in their specific styles. THEN, they have a bodice on top. I do want their layers to be removable, but! On such a small scale, that many layers of fabric... just doesn't make sense to add that layer of realism, so to speak. Even if I do have a cute half thought of making their alt outfits....... but that's too much. I need to maintain my focus.

FOCUSING. So, the way the Askr siblings work. As of right now:

Body (all one part) -> Undershirt (presumably sewn on top -- not my intended method but I digress. Either way, it's not removable!) -> Overshirt (removable layer) -> Armor + all other flourishes (removable layer). Don't ask me how the arms will work I'm not there yet. Do NOT ask me about gloves either. Not there yet and I'm Worried about it.

Okay. Cut to Moe.

Moe's basic outfit consists of a low-cut form fitting tank top (almost like a camisole), another tank top over it (flowy-er, loose fit, the full length of it is like a tunic), roomy bloomer shorts, and tights underneath. We kind of have the opposite situation going on, at least on top! You see a bit of Moe's skin, even when it's got its robe on. So, already, I've been thinking Moe's body will have to look different than Alfonse and Sharena's, fabric wise.

The question IS....... well. How????? Good question. To be so real. HOWEVER. I am so self-indulgently in love w the concept of stitching on the littlest top surgery scars. This has been my mental image since day one, for Moe. It would be SO ridiculously cute. Which brings me back to the nipples. Oh my god. Ohhhhh my god............. if I did that little piercing method..... and did like one stitch of pink in the middle........ that would be SO. SO FUCKING SILLY. ANF SO FUCKING CUTE. it would have to be SO dependant on my methods and also would have to consider if it actually Looks good, you know. Like. That small of a scale, could look too busy/crowded. But.... BUT.......

A feasible hypothetical Moe build:

Body (skin layer, all details accounted for) / A possible underwear part sewn to the skin layer? So, same layer. Like I initially planned on for the siblings, with their shirt and pants. Put a pin here. -> Undershirt (low cut, fitted, but maybe removable...? It would be a shame to lock those features away...) -> Overshirt (removable)

And a split occurs. Actually. Because, the lower halves of Alfonse and Sharena's outfits are form fitting. I do wanna figure something out for Sharena's shorts. But, ultimately, I'm thinking one layer of fabric again. Esp the way the limbs will be attached -- jointed, ect. I can have the bottom of Sharena be the white fabric, one scrap of the skin toned fabric on the limb piece, and then the rest of the legwear (white fabric again). Probably adjust until it looks right and not like a wardrobe malfunction (tragically common occurrence among women of the Order of Heroes).

But, that pin? About a potential "underwear" layer for Moe. Could be black to match the tights! In canon (... my canon.) Moe's tights are sheer, so you'd be able to see what's underneath, but... here, we're mirco-organisming. We do NOT have the space for That Much Detail. So, opaque black tights. This way, I could use the same black material for the legs, like I did the white material for Alfonse's pants. All one layer!

Then you add the poofy bloomer shorts (technically removable) -> Then you have the robe (removable, final layer, like the armor/cape layer for Alfonse and Sharena)

Waahgh..... so... much..........

All of this is to say, Moe is going to be a more complex plushie structurally. The base of Moe allows for more detail work on the body, itself. Vs Alfonse and Sharena, where the bulk of their detail work is in their outfits/armor alone. Moe has a really distinct specific ass outfit too, but... it... may end up being simpler? (Here's hoping.)

Also something something it would be so fucking funny and charming. To give a plushie nipple piercings. That's SO fucking funny. And it would be SO stupid cute on Moe.

Luther hargreeves and loyalty

Number 1: luther hargreevesLuther grew up at number 1 the strongest and sometimes acting as the oldest of the group. He spent most of his life believing he was chosen to be the best witch makes him loyal to his farther as he was given this sense of importance by him. Luther sticks to his loyalty even if he reolises hes loyal to the wrong people because he was done right by them so he must be good in some way.In season one we see Luther defending his father’s parenting methods even after the abuse is pointed out. In fact we see in a flash back that luther was left alone in the mansion showing how he is the only sibling left “you dont have to call me by my number anymore… im the only one left”. All the other sibling left the academy but luther stayed loyal to his farther and to the academy. Luther only gave up on the fact his farther was a good man when he learns the four years on the moon where infact for nothing only so reginald didnt have to face what he had done to the only son who still stayed with him.Upon learning his farther was not the good man he always believed he was he spends time with alison in the day that never was because he new that she was the only one who stood by him all that time even if their relationship was, in my opinion, gross and insest-y she was the only sibling that had been with him after coming back and who told her daughter all about him szo she was who he forces his loyalty on. His loyalyty to alison sticks even after the day was earased becouse he has always been loyal to alison we just needed to see it instenseify in that episode because otherwise there would be no explanation for what he did to vanya.Locking vanya in that cage was an awful thing to do but deep down i can see it came from a good place. He saw someone who he never realy saw as his sister because his farther forced her out of his life hurt alison someone who he loved as a sister and as a partner (ew) so he used the powers he had to force her away again back to a position where she could never hurt his family again.In the final few episodes of season one we see luther help try to save the world even if it was through him attempting to atack vanya this si because he has a loyalty to the world and stems from his loyalty to his farther who molded him to be a superhero to save the world with his powers so he helps his family like its just another mission form his child hoodIn season 2 however luther has been lost in time. Confused he tries to return to what he knows anf find his farther only to be laughed out of the mansion. Luther seems to believe he was abandoned by his siblings and naked a life for himslef untill he was found by five. Lutyher refuses to attempt to save the world after what trying did to him but then he finds alison living near him and finds her married and moved on from him witha new husband and a new life far away from what happened in 2019 and living peacefully. WHen finding out that vanya was near he blames her for everything that happened. He thinks its her fault that he is nolonger needed by alison and goes to kill her but he cannot do it as deep down thats his sister and she is unaware of what happened and who luther is soo she is as innocent as the little boy she was with.In season 3 he falls for solane and she becomes his focas point and the person he is loyal tohe also makes an an effort to show his family they are loved witch can be seen when Viktor comes out as trans and luther offers to throw him a party to celebrate him “luther wants to throw you some big stupid party so you will feel loved”

Sometimes my brain is like, giving me these thoughts that are stressing me out like « if you don’t do this this way, you’ll never get your sp » or like « id you don’t go this way and do this and that you will lose him forever » and like, is it possible for some actions to « ruin » one’s manifestations or can I just try and fight these thoughts with the reassurance that I will get my sp?

(Also side rant but my colleague keeps telling me « I need to present you to my cousin you guys are the same! » NO LEAVE ME ALONE I DON’T WANT YOUR COUSIN I ONLY WANT MY SP)

If you’re having these kind of thoughts it’s probably because deep down you think you need to do more to manifest. We’ve been wired into working hard and putting in a lot of effort to make things happen. So naturally you’re mind is going to tell you do more because it may not accept how effortless and easy manifestation is.

When these thoughts come to your mind simply tell yourself you don’t need to do more because it is done. You have it already. Methods or techniques are something recommended if you struggle with persistence. Methods aren’t necessary to manifest.

Assume that manifesting is effortless and it will be. Manifestation isn’t about taking action to change your 3D. It’s about changing within and naturally your 3D will change.

You can’t ruin anything if you’re persisting in the new story. The only way you “ruin” things is if you give up and go back to the old story. Other than that you don’t need to do some kind of method or technique all the time. Simply going about your day and thinking about having your desire when it comes to mind is enough.

Intervallfasten: Der Rhythmus, der zu mir passt

Warum Fasten plötzlich trendy ist

Wenn ich vor ein paar Jahren „Fasten“ hörte, dachte ich an radikale Diäten und hungrige Mönche in langen Roben. Doch dann kam Intervallfasten – die „coolere“ Schwester des klassischen Fastens. Sie versprach, einfach in meinen Alltag zu passen, ohne dass ich dabei auf alles verzichten müsste, was ich liebe (ja, auch Kaffee und Schokolade).

Wie ich mit 16:8 anfing

Der Einstieg war leichter, als ich dachte: Abends um 20 Uhr die letzte Mahlzeit, dann bis 12 Uhr am nächsten Tag nichts essen. Klingt hart? Ging erstaunlich gut! Morgens half mir ein schwarzer Kaffee über den Hunger hinweg, und das Beste: Obwohl ich weiterhin meine Kalorien zähle, ermöglicht mir die Verdichtung auf zwei Mahlzeiten, mein Kalorienbudget großzügig im 8-Stunden-Zeitfenster zu verteilen.

Die ersten Erfolge

Schnell merkte ich, dass dieses Konzept zu meinem Lebensstil passt. Ich tracke meine Kalorien sehr gerne, aber ich wollte ein System, das mir mehr Flexibilität und Struktur gibt, ohne dass es sich nach Verzicht anfühlt. Das Fasten machte es mir leicht, bewusster zu essen und mein Kalorienbudget besser zu verteilen. Gleichzeitig fühlte ich mich leichter und hatte mehr Energie – eine unerwartete, aber willkommene Nebenwirkung. Toller Nebeneffekt: Den gefühlten Energieüberschuss konnte ich sinnvoll in mein neues Hobby, das Laufen, investieren.

Warum Intervallfasten keine Wunderdiät ist

Natürlich, Intervallfasten ist keine magische Lösung. Es ist nicht so, dass man plötzlich alles essen kann, was man will, nur weil man 16 Stunden fastet. Es hilft aber, bewusster zu essen und ein besseres Gefühl für den eigenen Körper zu entwickeln. Und das war für mich entscheidend: Es fühlte sich nicht wie Verzicht an, sondern wie ein sinnvolles System.

Was ich dabei gelernt habe

Fasten ist mehr als nur eine Methode, Kalorien zu sparen. Es hat mir geholfen, auf meinen Körper zu hören und zu verstehen, wann ich wirklich hungrig bin – und wann ich nur esse, weil die Uhr oder der Kühlschrank es mir „sagt“. Gleichzeitig habe ich gelernt, dass der Schlüssel zum Erfolg Flexibilität ist: Wenn es mal nicht passt, dann passt es eben nicht. Und das ist okay.

Fazit: Der Rhythmus zählt

Intervallfasten ist nicht für jeden die perfekte Lösung, aber für mich war es der erste Schritt in eine neue Richtung. Es hat mir geholfen, bewusster zu leben, ohne mich ständig eingeschränkt zu fühlen. Mein Tipp? Probier es aus und finde den Rhythmus, der zu dir passt.
