The Cica Mask has a citrus fragrance. It’s cooling, relaxing and refreshing.
I used Cica Reedle 300 every 3 days. It’s thin in consistency and fragranceless. There’s a tingling sensation during and after application. It reminds me of the reaction my skin has to burs on a hiking trail. They’re prickly but not painful and have a tendency to…

Normalising Acne 💛 This is a difficult subject for me, as I am hugely insecure about this. Summers coming, the days are starting to get warmer and we are starting to consider our summer clothing. Every summer i face the same insecurity of my skin. Even though I have tried every lotion, potion, supplements, a skincare routine given to me by a dermatologist and 2 years of Ruaccutane, I get acne on my back, chest and shoulders, something I have lived with for 17 years. Every summer whenever I’m brave enough to not cover it, someone comments on it, and it fills me with embarrassment and I cover back up. Can we start normalising that not all of us has perfect skin despite having a healthy lifestyle and skincare routine? I want to be able to wear strapless dress without being judged with “poor hygiene” because I have acne. I don’t have poor hygiene, I just got unlucky in the skin genetics. . . . . . . #acnecommunity #acnefree #acnehelp #acnejourney #acnepositivity #acneproblems #acneprone #acneproneskin #adultacne #acne #bodypositivemovement #allbodiesaregoodbodies #hydratedskin #skinlove #beautyobsessed #cleanskincare #skincareroutines #skinstagram #bodyacceptance #bodyimage #curateyourownfeed #creativegalgang #microinfluencer #microblogger #blogandbeyond #seeingthepretty #bloggerstribe #babessupportbabes #smallblogger #theuncoolclub (at London, United Kingdom) https://www.instagram.com/p/CNVJpBGMLdg/?igshid=1lbggp35ve207
I’ve been so proud of my skin lately, what have I been doing?
1. Drinking water
2. Skincare Routine
3. Taking #Accutane ✨
Literally, #Accutane is a #lifesaver
I was so depressed when I had acne and acne scarring. I admire the people who have acne and are still proud of their image, but for me I just could not get to that point.
Here are a few pics of how my skin looks now without makeup!
During this quarantine there is a lot of messaging out their saying now is the time to get that perfect skin you have always dreamed of. That now you have the time to try all those skin care products you haven’t before. Don’t let companies and social pressure force you to do anything with your with your skin. Don’t let them blame you for your genetics or act like you just haven’t had enough time to figure out your skin. You are beautiful and your skin is beautiful no matter what you decide to do with it.
