AU where Andrew is trying to work through his touch aversion, so Bee suggests he tries exposure therapy with somebody he trusts.

Cue Andrew complaining about it with his best friend/roommate Neil, who then offhandedly offers to help. Andrew, in a moment of impulsive stupidity, agrees.

On paper, it's a great idea. Neil is decidedly uninterested in sex and dating, so Andrew can trust he won't get the wrong idea or take advantage. He also knows a lot of Andrew's history already, so it will be a lot less embarrassing if it goes wrong and Andrew freaks out. In theory, it should be the perfect plan. There's just one, teeny tiny little problem.

Andrew is utterly and irrevocably in love with him.

This shit impacted me dearly. Lets say Andrew and I share some demons. I absolutely love the slow way Andrew manages to let his guard fall around Neil, how the trust grows between them, how Neil listens and care for him so much. It makes all the difference.

Listen I am a firm believer that Kevin cant cook for shit. You know with his life in Nest I bet he got all his meals prepped and nutritionist approved and never touched the stove himself.

BUT…

If Kevin could cook, he would 100% do meals for Monsters just so he can sneak some vegetables in.

And that brings me to my more important realization. At some point, driven by his frustration, when his vegetables are always picked from his dishes and discarded, he would turn to the internet for advice and somehow end up on mommies facebook groups and read all that advice on how to make your toddler eat more vegetables.

He would read them, try them, be pleasantly surprised when it actually works and he manages to trick Neil and Andrew into eating something actually healthy and become obsessed with the group. 

Eventually using so many tricks that he himself would give advices to mums.

Because i just love exchange like this: 

Some mum: Thanks! You’re advices are really working! How old are your trouble makers btw :) ?

Kevin: Sure no problem. Younger is 228 month old and older is 240 month old.

Okay so I'm not generally a sports person but I can't stop thinking about all the ways the foxes revolutionized exy. For example, the way their tiny team structure made them focus on endurance and coordination rather than brute force? Amazing. And related to that, the way that they adapted by training players to fill multiple positions? That must have had huge implications for how they understood other players needs and allowed for flexibility of they needed someone's specialty in a different position (see the final game). BUT ALSO the way Kevin and Neil specifically shook up the game was insane. Kevin being ambidextrous and using it to make his moves unpredictable. Using heavyweight racquets to put more strength behind their shots. Communicating only in French so opponents don't get any warning but they're still in sync with each other. I'll bet you anything other teams were scrambling to catch up and figure out how to play like the foxes did
