＜セブン‐イレブン各店舗のレジにて、Apple Accountへ5,000円以上をチャージし、チャージ時のレシートを本キャンペーン専用サイトからご登録いただくと、チャージ金額の10％分(最大5,000円分)の「Suica」「PASMO」「ICOCA」などの交通系電子マネーがもらえる！＞というキャンペーンが始まっている。早速、近所のセブンイレブンへと走り、ATMで5万円下ろし、レジでチャージしてもらった。レシートの写真をとってキャンペーンサイトに登録、12/11（月）には電子マネーを取得する情報が送信されるとのことだ。むふ、楽しみだにゃぁ。

5時30分起床。アラームは5時45分だが、水曜日は忙しいので早めの始動だ。

いつものことながら、往路は燃費が良くない。

2限・3限は＜情報機器の操作Ⅱ（栄養学科）＞、月曜日と同内容。反応が薄いが、＜VLOOKUP関数＞の理解度が心配だ。

帰路の燃費は良い数字だ。

セブンイレブンのAppleWalletキャンペーンの情報ゲット、早速五条七本松のセブンイレブンまで走り、5万円をチャージ、帰宅して領収書をサイトに登録する。

夕飯はポークステーキ・目玉焼き・関東煮残り・トマトとレタス。

息子たちの食事を始めた頃にツレアイ帰宅、🍶＋🍷で慰労する。

録画番組がないので、柳家小三治のDVDを楽しむ。今夜は「青菜」「出来心」。

片付け、入浴、体重は300g減。

明日の夕飯��に、無水地鶏シチュー仕込む。

when buying tickets is a (sea)breeze

As I was reading about customer journey maps, I reflected on one of the best user experiences I've had as a customer: buying tickets for the ferry to Martha's Vineyard.

To buy tickets, a customer simply goes to this website, selects the type of ticket they want to buy, and checks out using ApplePay. The entire process is encompassed on one page (see picture below), takes <30 seconds to complete, and can be done entirely from a mobile phone. What makes this experience stand out from other tickets I've purchased is how simple and straightforward it is. As a customer, I don't need to make an account on the steamship authority page first. I don't need to download a separate app. I don't need to manually type in my credit card information or give them my email and birthday. On the page itself, the options are very clearly labeled. I know instantly who qualifies for the minor ticket and what to do if I am bringing a bike onto the ferry. The link comes preselected with the options that I'm guessing are the most popular (Martha's Vineyard route, roundtrip fare, 1 adult), so I don't need to do any extra selecting. All of the steps leading up to and purchasing the ticket are incredibly easy and thoughtful for the end customer.

In addition, after a purchase is made, the tickets can be added to an AppleWallet which makes storing, tracking, and using the tickets a breeze. I don't need to print tickets out in advance to use them. I simply need to tap my phone when I board. My boyfriend liked this experience so much that he told at least 5 strangers about it when we were on the ferry, and to this day talks about it every time we face even the slightest of inconvenience when buying other types of transportation tickets like the Amtrak or MBTA commuter rail. I'm not sure if the Steamship Authority of Martha's Vineyard mapped out a customer journey when developing this ticketing app or if they are just visionaries, but they truly seem to have a grasp of the customer experience that many other companies have failed to achieve.

Digital Driver’s License Now Accepted in Arizona - Kivo Daily

iPhone users with an Arizona driver’s license or state ID can now upload them to their Apple Wallet. This is the first time a US state has supported digital versions of identification. 

Arizona residents with TSA PreCheck can present their digital driver’s license or state ID using their iPhone or Apple Watch at select Transportation Security Administration checkpoints in Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

I got another Presto card because I lost the other one at Kipling Station, and I misplaced the other one in my bedroom. So I yeah...I lost more than 3+ Presto Cards. 😏 Metrolinx needs to start implementing Presto on  Wallet...so we don't need to carry the physical card. With just a Tap, would make a huge difference. 【そもそもPOSレジになんて書いてあるのか】 それだけローソンの店員を悩ませるAppleWatch(AppleWallet)のPONTA払い。どうしてそんなに手強いのでしょうか。 4回目の実験で他のお客さんもいなかったので悩んでる店員さんに試しに画面を見せてもらいました。 すると見えたのは・・・まるでオセロのような支払い方法ボタンの数。 乱立する電子マネーに対応する為でしょうが、ちょっとそれにいちいち対応しなきゃいけない店員さんが可愛そうになってしまいました。 【ローソンのレジ画面に書いてあったのは】 で、見せてもらった結論なのですが、なんと驚愕の事実。 "ローソンのレジの画面にはAppleWach(AppleWallet)ポンタのポの字ない！" それでは店員さんは何を押しているのでしょうか。 その答え、アップルウォッチPONTAに対応するボタン、そのボタンの名はその名も 「ポイント会員携帯等」 ・ ・ ・ これではピンとくる人以外はわからないのは当然ですね。 あと、一度商品をスキャンしたあとの支払い方法画面からでは遅いことも重要です。
