So Just found out that over in America my inhaler would cost around $240 USD or $352.8 AUD which that’s mind boggling expensive just to breathe
For reference my puffer in Australia was bought for $12.99 AUD or $8.22 USD that’s a giant fucking difference
I knew the American health care system sucks but if want the right to breathe cough up $353 dollars so you don’t die becuase if your airways are swollen and inflamed meaning that your lung’s mucus used to clean and keep stuff from getting inside that can usually get out is now blocking your ability to breath out, yeah if that happens you either pay up or die slowly and painfully
Fucking disgusting, American health do fucking better. I send my condolences to anyone in America especially that need meds to not die

Home Remedies for Asthma Attack Without Inhaler
A rapid and severe worsening of asthma symptoms, such as coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath, and tightness in the chest, is known as an asthma attack. The airways narrow and become swollen and mucus-filled during an asthma attack, making it difficult for air to pass through. This may make the sufferer feel as though they are gasping for air or not breathing at all. Exercise, allergens, cold air, respiratory infections, and stress are just a few of the things that might cause asthma episodes. Attacks from asthma can be fatal if left untreated. As a result, in order to prevent more attacks, it's critical to seek prompt medical assistance while having an asthma attack, adhere to an asthma action plan, and take recommended medications.
Sit upright: To help with breathing during an asthma attack, it can be beneficial to sit up straight.
Practice breathing exercises: Exercises in controlled breathing, including belly breathing or pursed-lip breathing, can help you regulate your breathing and lessen discomfort.
Drink warm liquids: Warm drinks, such tea or warm water with honey, can ease symptoms and relax the airways.
Use a humidifier: It can help to release mucus and ease breathing to breathe in moist air. A humidifier can help the air become more moist.
Try herbal remedies: Certain herbs, including licorice, ginger, and turmeric, may have anti-inflammatory effects that can help with symptom relief. But, before using any herbal therapies, it's crucial to speak with your doctor.
Take a hot shower: A hot shower's steam can aid in widening airways and facilitating better breathing.

Asthma Doctors in Tirunelveli
What is Asthma?
Asthma is known to be regarded as a chronic respiratory disease which is triggered by inflammation of the airways and subsequent constriction. Some of the signs include wheezing, coughing, chest stiffness, and short breaths. Self management and control of asthma is very important in order to have a better quality of life and reduce the occurrences of the severity of the attack.
Key Treatment Options
Inhalers:
Quick-Relief Inhalers: Also known as rescue inhalers, these contain bronchodilators which work quickly to widen air passage muscles as a result of contraction. They are used during an asthma attack to help in opening up the passages as quickly as possible.
Long-Term Control Inhalers: Such inhalers have corticosteroids or other anti-inflammatory substances that bring changes to the inflammation of the bronchi, preventing the appearance of such manifestations. They are used every day in order to manage this disease, which is called asthma.
Oral Medications:
Leukotriene Modifiers: These drugs have benefit in reducing inflammation and mucus plugging of airways thus improving breathing.
Theophylline: This drug is used to prevent the muscles around the airways from contracting thus helping to open the airways for use is usually preferred for patients who do not respond to other treatments.
Lifestyle Modifications:
Avoiding Triggers: Knowing and staying away from substances that cause allergic reactions or trigger respiratory problems like ragweed, dust, cigarette smoking, and fragrances will go a long way in controlling asthma.
Regular Monitoring: Taking some tests such as visual acuity, pulse oximetry, and a lung function test that involves using a peak flow meter to monitor the severity of asthma and thus manage it appropriately.
Healthy Living: There are ways to prevent asthmatic episodes, among which are adoption of correct hygiene practices, exercise and dieting to enhance respiratory functioning.
Immunotherapy: For severe asthma due to allergies, allergen immunotherapy more commonly referred to as allergy shots may be prescribed that will gradually help to reduce the allergic sensitivity to specified allergens.

Asthma Medication in Australia: A Quick Guide
Asthma is a chronic condition that affects the airways, making it difficult to breathe. In Australia, it’s a significant health concern, affecting about 11% of the population. Managing asthma Managing asthma effectively is crucial, and this largely depends on the right medication and supportive natural remedies.
Types of Asthma Medications
There are various types of asthma medications available in Australia, including quick-relief medications, long-term control medications, and biologic therapies.
Quick-Relief Medications: These are used during an asthma attack to provide immediate relief. Common quick-relief medications include short-acting beta agonists (SABAs) like albuterol (Ventolin) and anticholinergics like ipratropium (Atrovent).
Long-Term Control Medications: These medications are used daily to manage asthma and prevent symptoms. They include inhaled corticosteroids (such as fluticasone), long-acting beta agonists (LABAs) like salmeterol, combination inhalers, leukotriene modifiers, and theophylline.
Biologic Therapies: For severe asthma, biologic therapies such as omalizumab (Xolair) and mepolizumab (Nucala) can be effective. These are usually prescribed when other treatments fail to control asthma.
Using Inhalers Properly
Proper use of inhalers is essential for the effectiveness of asthma treatment. Steps include shaking the inhaler, breathing out fully, placing the mouthpiece in your mouth, pressing the inhaler to release the dose as you breathe in, holding your breath, and then breathing out slowly.
Natural Remedies for Asthma
In addition to medications, several natural remedies can help manage asthma symptoms:
Diet and Nutrition: A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and omega-3 fatty acids can reduce inflammation and improve overall lung function. Foods high in antioxidants, such as berries and leafy greens, are particularly beneficial.
Essential Oils: Certain essential oils, such as eucalyptus and peppermint, can help open airways and ease breathing. Use a diffuser or inhale steam with a few drops of essential oil for relief.
Avoiding Triggers: Identifying and avoiding asthma triggers, such as allergens, smoke, and pollution, can significantly reduce symptoms.

Introduction of Levosalbutamol Hydrochloride and Budesonide Inhalation Suspension
Managing respiratory conditions like asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) often requires a multi-faceted approach. One such effective treatment option is the combination of Levosalbutamol Hydrochloride and Budesonide Inhalation Suspension. This blend of a bronchodilator and a corticosteroid provides relief from symptoms and helps control chronic inflammation. In this comprehensive guide, we’ll discuss the uses, benefits, dosage, and potential side effects of this inhalation suspension. Let’s explore how this combination can help improve respiratory health.
What is Levosalbutamol Hydrochloride and Budesonide Inhalation Suspension?
Levosalbutamol Hydrochloride and Budesonide Inhalation Suspension is a combination therapy used primarily for the management of asthma and COPD. The inhalation suspension combines two active ingredients:
Levosalbutamol Hydrochloride: Also known as levalbuterol, this is a short-acting beta-agonist (SABA) that acts as a bronchodilator. It helps relax the muscles in the airways, making it easier to breathe.
