It's a funny thing you know because as teammates you just know each other you know you spend so much time together (...) you can get inside each other's head I got to know how he thinks and he knows how I think. it's a weird intimacy.
HoverGirls is out in stores now now! It's on Barnes and Noble, your local bookstore, your local library and Amazon!
Several years in the making and now we're here
Yall're incredible. I wanna thank you for reading the original again, and having the redux become real. The original webcomic will stay here on the internet; it's not coming down :D
But if you'd ever like to read it again, I promise the redux is very worth your while.
Another underrated emotional moment: Aang burning his glider
That glider was the last material vestige Aang had from his people. Of course he had Appa and Momo, but that glider was HIS, it was a true part of who he was as a person and such a normality for us to see through his adventure
It's very sad how he had to give up the very last material possession he had left from his people. For a kid who’s already gone through so much, to lose something that’s a part of his identity is horrifying
This glider was made by the air nomads. He can never have another one like it. He burned it at the bottom of a volcano to hide his identity as the Avatar
"The Awakening" is an extremely underrated episode.
