Barre3 North Plainfield is a fitness center located in Plainfield, IL that offers both in-person and online classes. Our mission is to offer a dynamic, low impact workout experience involving all areas of fitness, which is conducted in a safe and judgment-free space that welcomes all levels of fitness. All of our classes are led by certified instructors and we promote exercise that is for more than just the body but also the mind.

Our exercise studio is a beautiful space that offers lockers, purified water, towel service, and toiletries to freshen up after classes. Our Play Lounge is perfect for children whose parents or guardians are taking classes. Our community space is a great area to take time and connect with both familiar and new faces. We supply all the props needed for each class and our store sells all the comfortable and stylish workout attire you might need.

Barre3 North Plainfield's classes are designed to make you feel strong and balanced inside and out. Regular attendance at our classes is known to help build lean muscles and a strong core, in addition to having long-term postural benefits. Instructors provide alternative postures for pregnant and post-partum clients, although you should check with your doctor before signing up for classes.
