Winter Solstice Craft

Our birdfeeders went missing so I decided to try making one. I think I might still need to widen the holes some but I was having trouble since the only thing sharp enough to cut this was a box cutter. Might improve on it some if it winds up getting used - use a soldering iron (outside of course) to clean up the holes, switch the handle to wire, etc.

But at least I got to keep my yule tradition of feeding birds!

Junco Madness on my balcony this season!

Ever since the cold and snow came, they have been mobbing my bird feeders. I love these little guys so much. I'm glad I can over them a safe and reliable spot to come to.
