Where do you find these manuscripts? Is it like a website or do you find it randomly??
hey, thanks for the curiosity! lenghty answer below the cut :)
1)
medieval manuscripts are typically owned by libraries and showcased on the library's websites. so one thing i do is i randomly browse those digitized manuscript collections (like the collections of the bavarian state library or the bodleian libraries, to name just two), which everybody can do for free without any special access. some digital collections provide more useful tools than others (like search functions, filters, annotations on each manuscript). if they don't, the process of wading through numerous non-illustrated manuscripts before i find an illustrated one at all can be quite tedious.
2)
there are databases which help to navigate the vast sea of manuscripts. the one i couldn't live without personally use the most is called KdIH (Katalog der deutschsprachigen illustrierten Handschriften des Mittelalters). it's a project which aims to list all illustrated medieval manuscripts written in german dialects. the KdIH provides descriptions of the contents of each manuscript (with a focus on the illustrations), and if there's a digital reproduction of a manuscript available anywhere, the KdIH usually links to it. the KdIH is an invaluable tool for me because of its focus on illustrated manuscripts, because of the informations it provides for each manuscript, and because of its useful search function (once you've gotten over the initial confusion of how to navigate the website). the downside is that it includes only german manuscripts, which is one of the main reasons for the over-representation of german manuscripts on my blog (sorry about that).
3)
another important database for german manuscripts in general (i.e. not just illustrated ones) is the handschriftencensus, which catalogues information regarding the entirety of german language manuscripts of the middle ages, and also links to the digital reproductions of each manuscript.
4)
then there are simply considerable snowball effects. if you do even just superficial research on any medieval topic at all (say, if you open the wikipedia article on alchemy), you will inevitably stumble upon mentions of specific illustrated manuscripts. the next step is to simply search for a digital copy of the manuscript in question (this part can sometimes be easier said than done, especially when you're coming from wikipedia). one thing to keep in mind is that a manuscript illustration seldom comes alone - so every hint to any illustration at all is a greatly valuable one (if you do what i do lol). there's always gonna be something interesting in any given illustrated manuscript. (sidenote: one very effective 'cheat code' would be to simply go through all manuscripts that other online hobbyist archivers of manuscript illustrations have gone through before - like @discardingimages on tumblr - but some kind of 'professional pride' detains me from doing so. that's just a kind of stubbornness though. like, i want to find my material more or less on my own, not just the images but also the manuscripts, and i apply arbitrary rules to my search as to what exactly that means.)
5)
whatever tool or strategy i use to find specific illustrated manuscripts-- in the end, one unavoidable step is to actually manually skim through the (digitized) manuscript. i usually have at least a quick look at every single illustrated page, and i download or screenshot everything that is interesting to me. this process can take up to an hour per manuscript.
---
in conclusion, i'd say that finding cool illuminated manuscripts is much simpler than i would have thought before i started this blog. there are so many of them out there and they're basically just 'hidden in plain side', it's really astounding. finding the manuscripts doesn't require special skills, just some basic experience with/knowledge of the tools available. the reason i'm able to post interesting images almost daily is just that i spend a lot of time doing all of this, going through manuscripts, curating this blog, etc. i find a lot of comfort in it, i learn a lot along the way, and i immensely enjoy people's engagement with my posts. so that's that :)
#if you ever have any specific questions about any of these tools or my strategies feel free to ask or dm me#i'd also be interested in recommendations of databases that are specific to other languages/regions that are neither german nor english#preferably with a focus on illuminated manuscripts#or useful databases that are just not very well known#ask#medieval art#medieval studies#btw @anon sorry for only getting around to answering your ask now#and re: your following message. first of all never apologize for your english skills. like ever#it's a daily struggle for me as well tbh. i never post anything without german/english dictionary tabs open lol#and i feel like i 'owe' it to the tumblr blogger format to write in smooth english#secondly your question wasn't dumb at all! i'm glad somebody asked :)

I have some really important information that may concern you and a blogger on Tumblr that I think you might know of, or could be mutuals with…
This was an anon send in that can be found on this blog [censored, blogger doesn’t want people to mistake them being part of the drama, and does NOT SUPPORT the following bigoted beliefs]…
“Ew, you're collaborating with a white supremacist's best friend?
Just a heads up, but @fangdokja-anon has been called out by multiple authors here for being homophobic, fatphobic, and racist, as well as making multiple problematic posts (like wanting to write about genocide and infant SA). The only person who publicly supported her was @yanderedrabbles who praised her in the comments and even made a post to defend her friendship.
It's your choice to have her as a writer for the zine, but please make it public knowledge so people can at least opt out. I myself won't sign up to share space with a bigot.”
Then there was this follow up post by the same anon, who goes into detail of the issues above…
“Sorry for the sudden accusatory ask, I'm one of the people who unfollowed @yanderedrabbles after she openly expressed her support for the homophobe and I was annoyed to see her acting so careless on another blog I follow. I guess she's hoping we'll just forget about it at some point and keeps quiet on her main.
Here's the first post where she explained in many empty words she doesn't care about the issue because the blog has been nice to her and they're friends: https://www.tumblr.com/yanderedrabbles/780435897593315328/hi-idk-if-your-mutuals-with-fangdokja-but-shes?source=share
The problematic post on @fangdokja-anon blog has since been deleted or removed, but I have a screenshot of @yanderedrabbles commenting on it with ‘THATS why your pro pic went all blurry when I logged in. Literally freaked me out so bad. I'm glad to see you reorganising fang! Gonna learn to use AO3 just for you 😘’ while the rest of us were freaking out at the atrocities mentioned.
Instead of coming out and telling us why she chose to publicly support someone who fetishizes stuff like concentration camps and pedophilia she's all giddy about writing for a yandere magazine, like we're dumbasses who'll just swallow up any content. The audacity is amazing.”
Hopefully the last follow up post by the anon that goes into some more history/evidence…
“The post that started this whole drama is from December, but it didn't gain traction until some bigger blogs like ozzgin and moyazaika talked about it, which happened recently. It's still available and you can read it for yourself, including the paragraphs where she explicitly says she doesn't support LGBTQ+ content: https://www.tumblr.com/fangdokja/770117292416712704/blog-rules-guidelines?source=share
The main conclusion from it was that she's (@fangdokja-anon) homophobic, though more people pointed out she's made questionable statements in the past, too. It should've stopped there, but then she made a post basically explaining that she's been gathering an audience so she can switch to different platforms (her website and AO3), where she can finally write without censorship. It was an extremely cringe story about her ‘shackles’ coming off, listing a bunch of offensive topics from the Trigger Warning Database and saying that nothing is sacred and she won't hold back. (Yes, it included the part about children and infants not being safe from it) Same blogs called her out again and she proceeded to block everyone who interacted with those posts. I guess a lot of people reported her blog since it's now hidden and tagged as ‘mature’, for which she had a meltdown.
Anyway, friend (@fangdokja-anon) is against queer people but you (@yanderedrabbles) argue she's actually kind because you haven't been targeted? Suspicious, but I let it sit.
Friend (@fangdokja-anon) publishes entire paragraphs about wanting to write downright atrocious content and you (@yanderedrabbles) comment how excited you are for it? Yeah, that doesn't work anymore, sorry. You're clearly ok with it and that's fucked up. Go support your cult member somewhere else, not in my gay household.”
Since this all seems to be true, please reconsider any relationship you have with @yanderedrabbles and @fangdokja-anon
That's a lot to read and I do not follow these people.

29 ratings on Amazon for my thesis on werewolf folklore. This bad boy has over 5k downloads at my university theses database. If you've read it, I'd really appreciate if you'd drop a rating and/or review. Hitting 30 would be great!
Find it here
Since before recorded history, werewolves have captivated human imagination. Simultaneously, they represent our deepest fears as well as our desire to connect with our primal ancestry. Today, werewolves are portrayed negatively, associated with violence, cruelty, cannibalism, and general malevolence. However, in ages past, legends depicted them not as monsters, but as a range of neutral to benevolent individuals, such as traveling companions, guardians, and knights. The robust legacy of the werewolf spans from prehistory, through ancient Greece and Rome, to the Middle Ages, into the Early Modern period, and finally into present-day popular culture. Over the ages, the view of the werewolf has become distorted. Media treatment of werewolves is associated with inferior writing, lacking in thought, depth, and meaning. Werewolves as characters or creatures are now generally seen as single-minded and one-dimensional, and they want nothing more than to kill, devour, and possibly violate humans. Hollywood depictions have resulted in the destruction of the true meanings behind werewolf legends that fascinated and terrified humans for so many ages. If these negative trends were reversed, perhaps entertainment might not only discover again some of the true meanings behind the werewolf myth, but also take the first steps toward reversing negative portrayals of wolves themselves, which humans have, for eons, wrongfully stigmatized and portrayed as evil, resulting in wolves receiving crueler treatment than virtually any other animal. To revive the many questions posed by lycanthropy, entertainment must show respect to the rich history of so many cultures all around the world – and rediscover the legend of the werewolf.
P.S.: Thank you so much to all my wonderful followers here who've stuck with me since I was but a smol blogger. I love and appreciate you all, and I hope you're having a wonderful spooky season. <3

Oh my! Thank you for telling me about this, I had no idea. They will be blocked. This behavior is disgusting - I scanned some of their page now and noticed they posted some really questionable things (like reader only being pale and skinny? lmao yikes). Homophobia or any type of hatred is not something I can accept or stand by.
And to be completely frank and transparent, I wasn't exactly thrilled to be tagged in their mega-recommendations post. I felt like my work was being reduced to just erotica or porn, which honestly hurt me a bit, and to be broadcasted and compared next to other blogs (without being asked first or anything) in the way they did, as if putting us in excel sheets... yeah. But anyways, thanks for bringing this to my attention. time to get even gayer :33

I'm not mutuals with any of the people you mentioned, anon. But I did see what was going on, albeit from the outside because I haven't been online on tumblr lately. I was so disbelieving that I just blocked them and decided not to engage with them. Ah, prejudiced people in the yandere community that have so many topics and subjects that can be explored? I'm not going to lie that THIS took me by surprise.
I'll speak for myself: my blog is a safe space for everyone, regardless of sexuality, gender, religion, or anything. I'm bi myself and have written for sapphic relationships, just as most of my content is gender-neutral so that everyone can identify with it, with no description of the Reader's appearance or gender unless someone specifies it in a request, otherwise it's neutral. Just like the issue of a specific religion or beliefs for a given context, I've written about Christian!Reader once because I was asked to, and I remember receiving something about Atheist!Reader and Jewish!Reader as well. I, Larissa, am agnostic and don't have a specific belief, but I respect all religions and beliefs equally.
As I said, my blog is open to everyone but I do not tolerate, in any way, any kind of hate, homophobia, transphobia and any kind of hatred towards any person or community. So, if you are homophobic or have these kinds of views, please block me.
Just like when I write about Child!Reader is and always will be platonic (I never wrote and I will never write about pedophilia) and the yanderes tend to be more softs because the Reader is a child.
And honestly, in my opinion, why would you be a friend of someone who does not agree with your sexuality or your way of life because of their beliefs? I, unfortunately, have already dealt with many people who said that "God created man and woman the rest is not natural" and I know how it is. And many of them are my relatives, sadly.
With the wave of hate growing more and more towards the queer community, I see it in my country, online, and in other places too, I avoid these as much as possible this kind of things and people. More and more I see queer people being attacked for no reason just for being who they are. And that's so fucking sad and wrong!
Anyway, I just wanted to say these things. I'm not spreading hate towards anyone because I don't do that, but it's sad to see that we're increasingly regressing and the hatred towards queer people is increasing more and more, instead of people opening their minds and understanding that human beings have been queer since the beginning of humanity.

I'm someone who tries to avoid conflict as much as possible, but this is something I will not ignore.
People have a right to their opinions-that's something you can't argue with. So, just as FD has a right to theirs, I have a right to mine.
I fully support the LGBTQ community. To my knowledge, I have never read or interacted with their account. I was mutuals with Yanderedrabbles, and while I understand their argument, I do not completely agree with it.
As someone who grew up in an extremely Baptist, homophobic household, I know how hurtful even the "smallest" anti-queer statement can be. As for the infant SA, that’s just wrong. Really wrong.
I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. I try my best to be as open-minded as possible, and I hope my statement reflects that!
I do not know these people personally, so please keep that in mind!!!

thank you for informing me!! im sorry if my message regarding this situation is short, i was hesitant to reply at first because i tend to stay away from conflict but i realise that this is serious and i shouldn't ignore it 😭. i will try to be as knowledgeable as i can.

We Will Not Stop
Heather Cox Richardson observes that with the fast-moving autocracy being imposed on the nation by the Trump-Musk regime, she may be increasingly vulnerable to intimidation, even arrest for exercising her first amendment right of free expression. Nonetheless, undeterred, she intends to continue to express herself freely in criticizing the very disturbing actions of this corrupt administration.
I am no Helen Cox Richardson, but my reading audience has been growing rather rapidly. I, too, remain undeterred.
Heather Cox Richardson, April 7, 2025:
“In a strange twist, I was actually researching the extraordinary powers of the Department of Homeland Security today for a radio show when Forbes broke the news that the DHS was looking for help compiling a database of "media influencers." DHS leaders want the database to include journalists, editors, correspondents, social media influencers, bloggers, and so on, and to include the "sentiments" of the people in it. While DHS spokesperson Tyler Q. Houlton tweeted that monitoring media is normal practice, and that "any suggestion otherwise is fit for tin foil hat wearing, black helicopter conspiracy theorists," many people have helpfully pointed out that, in fact, this is a move straight out of Putin's playbook, and that media influencers with the wrong "sentiments" get arrested or attacked, or they disappear.
“There is no way now to know which interpretation is the right one.
But I do know that it's a funny thing as an American to realize that saying or writing something could lead to imprisonment, torture, or death. It happens in other countries, of course, and it has certainly happened here at times, but it has never been part of our lives that we had to worry that our own government would, in a systematic way, silence dissenters.
The first reaction to this realization is denial: there is no way this could happen. And then it gets personal: there is no way this could happen to me. And finally, the personal turns the idea into a bit of a joke: the concept that I would be important enough to silence just proves that the idea is ridiculous.
“But then you wonder. Perhaps every person thinks they're safe right up until they hear the door slam against the wall.
“It didn't bother me when I got put on the Professor Watchlist right after Trump took office. I have attracted troubling attention before, and have come to accept it as part of the cost of doing business. There are precautions you take, and then you get on with your life. So the Professor Watchlist didn't bother me... until I understood how frightened other people were about my inclusion on it, and I suddenly saw that maybe the fact that our government supported the sort of folks who were policing universities meant that the watchlist was a very different thing than I had become accustomed to.
“I could not bear the idea that my writing and speaking might endanger my children or my partner, and I considered shutting up. But my very practical kids-- who are all adults-- pointed out that there are so many records connecting them to me that any potential damage was already done, and they told me they were proud of me. My partner asked me if I was willing to live in an America where a person couldn't say what she thought. He said he didn't want to.”
“I thought about it, and realized that I am exactly the sort of person who must never cede ground to this sort of terrorism (for that's fundamentally what it is: threatening people's safety in order to influence their behavior). If I have a faith, it is in the principle of human self-determination, and that faith makes me a staunch defender of American democracy, the system of government that has the best chance, I think, of fostering a society in which everyone can reach their highest potential.
“So I set my affairs in order, and went back to my normal life, while continuing to try to call attention to the illegalities and extremes of the Trump administration, and at the same time to illuminate the principles that truly make America great. I harp on our history because it tells us about our past triumphs and, crucially, our failures. We can-- must-- learn from both.
“But it is now being suggested that I might be writing my own death warrant. This is a very odd thing to try to wrap your head around. My colleagues occasionally talk about how the first ones to be ‘disappeared’ in a political coup are the professors who speak out. That is true, historically. And while it used to be an academic observation for me, it has quite suddenly grown teeth.
“And so I write this tonight, thinking how terribly silly it is to imagine that the American government might purge opponents, and how ridiculous it is to think that anyone could perceive someone like me as a threat, and yet also thinking that maybe I'm wrong, and this horror is really coming, and that someday, some historian will see this post and think sadly: "When she wrote this there was still time. But they didn't stop it... because they truly didn't think it could happen to them."
If you don’t follow Prof Richardson, here Substack is here. I discovered here maybe three years ago, maybe four. I’ve read her book, watched her on YouTube, and I recommend her to everyone, even my nervous MIL. I’ve always seen history as interesting, but I’ve never been interested. HCR changed that latter bit for me, and she will for you, too.
Read, share, comment, appreciate, support, defend. We will not go quietly. We will no comply.

yeah fuck that anon but their second question is legit do you know how to check for other fundraisers??? I know the one you’re promoting is legit but what about others?? Is there like a database or something?? Sorry if its a dumb question Im just concerned bc I got scammed once by a friend of a friends alleged medical issues :/
i actually have a whole tag where i've been collecting posts about the legitimacy of palestinian fundraisers, how to boost and promote them, and details on the vetting process.
here on tumblr, the most centralised part of the verification process has been this spreadsheet of fundraisers that are checked (details on that process in my tag above) by palestinian users. formerly these users included @/el-shab-hussein and @/nabulsi; currently the vetting is being done by @/mohameddd, who is in gaza. there is more info on this in el-shab-hussein's pinned post, and he is slowly shifting fundraiser posts over to @gaza-evacuation-funds, so that's a great blog to follow for vetted campaigns.
not all verified campaigns are on the spreadsheet. click on the notes of a fundraising post or search their url on tumblr; look for posts or comments from palestinian users who have checked and vouched for them. @/90-ghost is probably the most well-known; he has had to take a step back from tumblr recently, but there are still lots of people fundraising whose campaigns he's shared or vouched for. @/bilal-salah0 is another palestinian who has verified and vouched for people he knows personally or has reached out to. many users who get their own campaigns verified will later vouch for their friends or family members. if you trust the first person's verification, you can also take their word about other people they know.
off tumblr, there are several grassroots organisations that have their own verification processes. this post (also in the tag i linked above) lists the ones i know of currently. victoria of Pali.pals on instagram has also recently established a tumblr presence @/victoriawhimsey. she shares campaigns that she has vetted through mutual friends, contacts in gaza, video calls, etc. you can reach out to her if you have other questions about her process.
if a fundraiser has not yet been verified at all (this happens especially for new campaigns), some people may share it with a note about whether it seems provisionally legitimate. sometimes the person fundraising will link to their other social media accounts, which can help you determine whether they're likely legitimate. some people also try checking by reverse-image searching, although that's a very imperfect test (details on that in my tag above). for a full verification it's generally important that someone who (at the very least) speaks palestinian arabic, and/or is in gaza, is involved. however, this process takes time, and can be harder for people with more internet connectivity issues.
it's always a good idea to do due diligence when someone asks you for money, but to be clear, the vast majority of palestinian fundraisers i have seen on here have verification from the spreadsheet, other verification orgs, palestinian bloggers, or a combination of the above. at the very least, always check the notes of a fundraiser post or search the url; most of the time you will turn up verification info this way.
if you're not sure about someone's legitimacy, just move on and put your effort into other fundraisers.

hello! i am a creative who is trying to learn more about guns so i can write them in an informed way, but a lot of the sources i'm finding are like. kinda uncomfortable, in the sense that they're very conservative and kind of reactionary about defending from "Invaders" or whatever. i was wondering if you happen to know of like, youtube channels or blogs (other than this one ofc) that are informative about firearms but also, not, like. sponsored by US military recruitment agencies? sorry for the trouble
Hiya! I totally understand the discomfort. I do have a couple of recommendations to give, but I do also want to share my experiences, too.
Looking back, I'd estimate that about 70% of my arms research has always been with the caveat of having to navigate those kinds of conservative elements, unfortunately. (And another 20% was on sources that weren't very open about it, but I can't recommend for one reason or another after hearing about them from other places) I know it's really unfair, and I wish I had better sources to recommend for deeper knowledge, but to get the best understanding, it may be required to navigate those waters oneself, and focus on separating the educational elements from the ideological bullshit.
And from experience, if you're gonna look at IMFDB (Internet Movie Firearms Database, an extremely well-documented and exhaustive wiki on gun identification with regards to the media they show up in, including video games and anime), I would recommend running Firefox with the latest version of AdBlocker to get rid of the more problematic ads.
Outside of that, I've got a handful of decent recommendations for you to check out still.
Ahoy has some great videos that cover a number of historic firearms, though there is a slight focus on their relation to video games.
Though not a standard educational channel per se, Anton Hand is the creator of Hot Dogs, Horseshoes, and Hand Grenades, a VR game that's a sandbox with advanced firearms simulations, where the only organic creatures are cartoonishly nonhuman sausage creatures, which is an intentional design choice to avoid the game being an Active Shooter Simulator. While his channel is primarily dedicated to updates to the game, whenever he goes about adding in new weapons, historical firearms, attachments, functionalities, etc., he does go into the history of those features fairly often.
I asked a friend of mine, and he recommended InRangeTV, who is a leftist gun blogger, so there's a fitting recommendation, I suppose! I haven't seen this guy before but I already like his vibes quite a bit.

Last Monday of the Week 2025-06-09
Bloggers only write multiple incoherent posts about manufacturing when they're very distressed (lying I love doing this)
Listening: I have been trying to shut my brain off at night by crowding it out with music, so Fornax Void's Cyberspace Database album, a huge number of business themed ambient electronic tracks. Fornax Void is a weird group, some like. NFT stuff that they also just let you download? I don't know. Good tracks, very much the evil twin of Businessfunk
Reading: Some Vaclav Smil chapters, mainly an older one Eating Meat: Evolution, Patterns and Consequences because I came across it while looking up some feed conversion numbers for reasons. I've been on an industry kick for some reason.
Smil's take on animal industry is very interesting and I need to read some more of his stuff. I mean he's good in general. But in particular he has an oddly even hand when it comes to animals in this one? He points out that even if you completely discount eating chickens, they're really good at making eggs.
Watching: I ran Jupiter Ascending for my beloved friends at Bad Movie Night and it's so much worse than I remember from watching it ten years ago.
I was vaguely expecting it to be like, a badly written but technically well executed movie, because it's the Wachowskis! They made The Matrix! But no! It's shit!
Our protagonist doesn't fucking do anything, the wolf man does the same space battle four times, sean bean, is here, they don't even lean into him being half bee. Everything is so tremendously Wattpad Original Fiction. Somehow the CG looks cheap despite being incredibly detailed and well done. Lighting in greenscreen scenes comes from nowhere, and a lot of the scenes are greenscreen scenes. It isn't even that horny!
Playing: Deltarune is out and I am near the end of Chapter 3, I have orra qbvat gur F-enax ebhgr. V whfg orng gur Qnex Znagyr zvavobff juvpu. Jubbs. Gbhtu svtug! V ebyyrq n qvr gb qrpvqr jung V qvq naq V whfg fgnegrq va Puncgre 3, V'yy tb onpx naq qb Pu1 naq 2 ng nabgure gvzr orpnhfr V qvqa'g srry yvxr ercynlvat nyy bs gung naq V Qb Abg unir zl Qrygnehar fnirf.
I also got Skyrim VR which is interesting. Thus far I have mainly been setting up the necessary mods to make it play like a halfway real VR game, which takes a lot of doing but is getting there! It's really impressive once you get it all up and running. Skyrim is decidedly not designed for VR, there's so much menuing, so a lot of the VR mods are built around creating easily accessible quick menus, gesture interfaces, and skeumorphic inventory.
Making: Finished the silk pillowcase! Not that much actual sewing time but I lost track of it for a solid month in the middle. Pinning an aligning silk is a pain in the ass but on the plus side it's so slippery that it's hard to tell where you've fucked up.
Also! Went to the Prauge v Dublin Roller Derby match, which was fun, heard about it from a coworker. I did spend the first half scrolling wikipedia to figure out the rules but it's a good sport.

Tools and Equipment: Bleach Spray is really good at handling small build-ups of mold, but watch out.

Another blogger just did a big post debunking the assertion Sam has a home in Los Angeles. Not clear why it matters one way or the other.
Not a surprise, Anon. Every time my insider source info gets proven to be true, especially DIRECTLY by Sam or Cait, an Extreme Shipper, Ex-Shipper, Shipper Sympathizer, Mean Girl, or Purvsessed Hater tries to debunk it. It's been like this for YEARS. They can't stand that I DO have sources.
As I posted recently, I reminded everyone that YEARS ago, at least as far back as 2019, I had shared with the fandom that an insider source told me Sam had bought a place in Los Angeles. And then last week, we read in the Departures interview that Sam Heughan HIMSELF CONFIRMED this. 👇

Soooo, it's one thing to call me a liar (what else is new? 🙄), but is the blogger also calling Sam Roland Heughan a liar? That is very, very foolish on her part.
Once again, Sam CONFIRMED directly that he DOES own a house in Los Angeles. Straight from him. HIM, not just me. 👇

The blogger taking the time to do a post "debunking" that Sam owns a house in Los Angeles is basically calling him a LIAR, and thus offering MORE proof that she IS a Sam hater...and obviously, we already know she's a Purvsessed Hater.
Sooooo, when I received this Anon, I reached out to the insider source who had originally divulged to me about Sam having gotten a place in L.A.
With regard to Sam's L.A. house, she told me the following. 1. She said she was surprised "Sam let that slip in an interview." 2. She gave me the EXACT location of where in L.A. his house is. Prior to this, I only knew the part of L.A. where it is, not the exact location. As an aside, I've mentioned MULTIPLE times, that once an actor becomes famous, they start buying property under the name of a trust, a company, their agent, or someone else that wouldn't be easily identified as connected to them. And THAT info can only be found on the MLS, the database that only realtors have access to. It's not public. Again, Sam's house is NOT in his name or anyone associated with him. 3. She said Sam rents out the house sometimes. IOW, sometimes he's stayed at his house while in Los Angeles, other times, the house is rented out. Smart investment move all the way around, given the L.A. real estate market.
So, there you have it, folks. There's me CONTINUING to PROVE to you for 9 YEARS that I DO have insider sources, who have given me accurate info...even if it takes YEARS to get it confirmed. This time, Sam directly confirmed my L.A. house info is accurate. Aaaaand, Bitter Betties who continue to prove just how bitter they are. And how far they'll go to make Sam look bad. Take your pick--which side do you want to be on? 🤷♀️😘

An Islamophobic user, and a fun fact
a user, secular-jew, made a post
(There was a photo I skipped).
Which is just insanely Islamophobic and also flat out wrong as a generalization of 1.9 billion people and also I'm very uncomfortable with effectively forcibly converting people ("should be outlawed across the globe"), as I mentioned in my reply (screenshotted because I don't trust this not to be deleted, there was also a prefaced note on how yes, Islam does have its problems and that needs to be spoken about more, especially on the left):
And then they add a comment reading in part:
Never mind that Islamophobia is literally defined as an irrational or excessive fear.
Or that with 5 deadly attacks per day and ~1.8 billion Muslims, assuming even 5 attackers per attack, works out to ~1 attack per 72,000,000 Muslims. For reference, estimates I could find [https://everytownresearch.org/report/gun-violence-in-america/] suggest between 4 and 5 gun homicides per 100k Americans, so assuming even generously all of those are done by one person, i.e., one homicide perpetrator per 100k people in the US, you are 720 times more justified saying this about a random American than about a random Muslim. And this is taking a self described Islamophobe at their word about the number of attacks!
PS: If you know of some sort of Islamophobia-cataloging Tumblr blog or something, please tell me, because I don't. A central database of Islamophobic tumblr bloggers? Is that a thing?

Hey um I wanted to let u know that I think OP was actually upset about u using generative AI. The response you gave seemed to imply you think it's just a roleplay thing, and I have autism so I totally get missing social cues, but the tags were about how old is anti generative AI and AI chatbots and this blog isn't a safe space for them.
I agree with OP that generative AI is bad and that using chatbots is also bad, but I also know that a lot of people don't seem to realize that the war of artists against AI isn't just image creation, and I recognized that there might be some misunderstanding here, so I wanted to send you a message :3
I write fanfiction and recently the AO3 database was scrapped, so all my work was stolen. News article writers and writers and bloggers from all over the Web face the same problem, and just like how image generation steals art from people who make images, AI chatbots for both roleplay and answering questions use this theft to function. It is a cornerstone of how ALL generative AI works, regardless of if it's making images, writing, music, or something else. If a computer is "making" something, anything regardless of medium, it's really just blending up other people's stuff and spitting the plagarized smoothie back at you.
I hope this explanation helped and I hope you have a nice day !!! /Genuine /lighthearted /not mad
Ahhh ı see well well that was something ı didn’t know… ı thought c.ai was just a place to have fun and role play with stories of other people ım so sorry @tommyssupercoolblog that your work has been stolen from you and ım sorry for @mcsiggy if ı made her feel uncomfortable for me c.ai is a place ı can have fun and let all my pent up stress down with characters even if they are not real ı did not know any plagiarism was going ı though the problem was that Ai art and music weren’t that liked because it had no soul no real creativity to it…but ı thought at least chat box was a bit different just generating stuff based on what you like and ı left it at that without questioning more…now ı would like to apologize for all those content creators content was stolen and plagiarised by Aİ but just to let anyone know that doesn’t mean ıll quit c.ai for me c.ai is really a comfort app to use my creativity and more but ı will try to be more considerate and not to mention c.ai or joke about it in any future posts @mcsiggy ım really sorry again for making you feel uncomfortable ı really like your Greek mythology content and the way you handle the characters and ı always find the idea of “Hera getting addicted to C.ai version of Zeus and the others have to stop her/ it annoying to everyone” and ı have no idea all of this was going on ı really am sorry for everyone’s work being stolen by Ai
