This morning, I had a dream that a teacher/guide asked me to make time for a group play activity on Wednesday. I decided to cancel my Tuesday Yoga session to accommodate this.

As I woke up, I began searching online to decipher the meaning of this dream, and then suddenly it became clear! My spiritual allies were urging me to stop playing alone and instead play with them as a group.

Interestingly, Wednesday holds significance in Hindu and Buddhist traditions as an auspicious day for embarking on new ventures. And I had this dream on a Wednesday morning, talking about synchronicities. Moreover, it coincides with the Blue Moon, a period associated with transformation.

This Blue Moon has a very special energy that thins the veil between our world and the spirit world, helping heighten intuition, astral travel, and shamanic work. I am so overwhelmed and in the deepest gratitude for this love and support from the Universe.

• a white onion • eggshells • rosemary • biodegradable paper • string

° cut top and bottom of the onion ° remove the skin ° set aside a piece of skin ° think about the negativity and pour it into the onion’s core, let the tears come ° draw a sigil onto the onion skin [something that represent overcoming, banishing, healing] ° place the core on the paper ° sprinkle a circle with eggshells powder and rosemary [for negativity/protection] ° whisper the feelings you want to remove of your life ° tie the paper with the string ° bury in a mossy place
