Reference sheet of Tear who finally made their appearance in Passing Ghost. I have been waiting to post them, wanting to have that sweet reveal in the comic before it. I am withholding some info due to spoilers or because I want it to be known after the comic is done, which shouldn't take long prolly. Here we go… __________________

Biography: Tear!Sans is a puppet body possessed by a Napstablook whose greatest wish was to become Sans and see the multiverse. He created his body from mix and matching puppets made by Error!Sans. This [REDACTED]

Appearance: Because Tear’s body is a puppet, his bones are plush and have visible stitches. He wears white gloves to hide stitches, but his forehead has the most obvious line of them. He also wears Napstablook shaped headphones and a white coat with a purple hood. Its backside has a pattern of two tear drops forming an upside-down heart. Underneath it is a beige scarf, white shirt and black shorts.

Personality: Tear used to naively believe that everyone is good hearted and tried to be polite even in situations he shouldn’t. His AU got a lot of Sans variant visitors that he observed curiously from afar. Through observation he learns of the multiverse and wishes to experience it. Even wishing to become Sans himself, so he would feel important, loved and blend in more with the multiverse travelers. Finally achieving a feat of possessing a puppet body with a resemblance to Sans, gave him some momentary confidence. [REDACTED] finally understood not everyone is sunshine and rainbows. This made him more nervous of new people than he already is. He spends much of his time training to behave like Sans, failing at making good puns and stressing over not being lazy enough for Sans standards. He works too hard to be one, believing it would give him everything he wanted and [REDACTED]. After all, Sans surely blends into crowds with ease. They saw it with their own eyes. Tear also goes as far as using a great deal of effort into shaping his tears to be gaster blasters and bones. It hinders his speed, although even with this he is as fast as an original Sans, but fails at matching him in damage. Most of the time he feels like he isn’t good enough, both as his old self and Sans. The new life makes him believe it’s his responsibility to do everything Sans took care of too. He blames himself for everything. [REDACTED][ACCESS DENIED]. As a ghost, he felt very touch starved.

Abilities: - Tears: When Tear!Sans cries, his tears hurt anyone on contact. He can manipulate his tears and cry on command. They also leak out naturally. - Shaping tears: Tear!Sans often controls his tears to take a certain shape like his top hat, but usually gaster blasters and bones in hopes of mimicking Sans. Such objects cannot be held by anyone else, as they would take damage. Tear!Sans cannot replicate blue attacks. - Phasing: Tear!Sans can will his body to phase through things, just like when he was a ghost. His body gets more transparent or straight up invisible. Unlike his ghost self, this time it requires magic. When too emotionally overwhelmed, he will unintentionally phase. It will stress him more if it's a comforting touch he was about to receive but couldn't. - [REDACTED]

In battle: Tear's strength is on par with Classic Sans. He doesn't hit as hard, yet keeps up by attacking faster. But because he loses speed by shaping his attacks, he is overall weaker. His boss fight is also shorter because of him spending a lot of magic uncontrollably, before and during the fight. Unlike a Classic Sans or [REDACTED], Tear doesn’t remember SAVEs and RESETs. - [REDACTED] - [REDACTED]

Trivia: -Tear’s name has a double meaning. ‘To shed a tear’ and ‘tear something apart’. If I may ask, what's your take on what happened to Riyo and Fox during Order 66?

During Order 66? What like canonically or AU-verse?

I mean canonically, Riyo was likely treated the same way as Bail Organa and other senators. Not enemies of the Empire but with increased restrictions. Fox likely carried out Order 66 but did not enter the Jedi Temple since that was the 501st.

Now if it's my own AU interpretation it is as follows:

Order-66 AU 1 (Canon-compliant)

Riyo is arrested and interrogated/tortured by Inquisitors and Lord Vader himself because of her known friendship with Ahsoka Tano. However, when they learn she truly knows nothing about Ahsoka's current whereabouts, she is released at the demands of the newly elected Pantoran senator Chi Eekway Papanoida.

Fox is a complete no-show during Order 66 as he was badly injured by General Grevious while defending Chancellor Palpatine during the Battle for Coruscant. Thire assumes command during Order 66 and serves Emperor Palpatine directly.

Order-66 AU 2 (Different Journeys AU)

Very similar to AU 1 except Riyo remains the Pantoran senator. She later has a son to an ‘unknown’ father.

Fox is caught in crossfire and electrocuted by Palpatine during the battle with Mace Windu. Friendly (dark side force) fire is on apparently. Bio-chip is fried. Fakes his death and escapes Coruscant.

Order 66 AU 3 (Bio-chip semi-removed AU aka Clusterfuck AU)

In this AU, Fives doesn’t get drugged and manages to escape. He tries to secretly dechip many clones but is unable to completely stop Order 66. Clones then must decide to obey orders or renegade and side with their Jedi. As such, Order 66 purge sparks a civil war.

Riyo works in the Senate to argue for a repeal of Order 66. Pantora threatens to leave the Republic and join the Separatist. She also joins Padme and other senators to help assist and relocate fugitive Jedi.

Fox initially obeys Order 66 and is tasked with tracking down escaped Jedi on Coruscant, putting him in direct conflict with Riyo, who lures him into a trap wherein Fox is captured by Thorn and dechipped. He then proceeds to continue working undercover.

Order 66 AU 4 (Mace Windu wins AU)

In this AU, Fox accompanies Mace Windu and the other Jedi to confront Palpatine. But when Palps enacts Order 66, Fox turns on Mace. During the fight, Fox gets electrocuted and blearily comes to his senses. He comes to just in time to witness General Windu fighting a red lightsaber wielding Sith. He shoots at Palpatine, who deflects the blaster shot but exposes himself to Windu, who swiftly decapitates him.

Order 66 AU 5 (It never happened AU aka Energy Drink Fox AU)

Fox drinks a killer combination of caf and an energy drink. Ends up killing Palps in 1v1 combat. You keep what you kill. Becomes Emperor Supreme Chancellor of the galaxy.

Riyo marries the Emperor Supreme Chancellor of the galaxy and gets him to relinquish power back to the Senate and call for elections. Boo.

Order 66 never happens. Riyo retires from her role as wartime senator to live life of peace and luxury in her family estate on Pantora. Fox follows her to become a house husband. Of all the clone commanders, he married up and is the most obnoxiously well-to-do. Riyo and Fox happily raise their children while Fox continues to build his secret caf empire and rules the galaxy (again).

TLDR; I have many, many ideas of what happened to Fox and Riyo during and after Order 66. But most of them are just stories and not comics 😅

Surprise...?

Pairing: Echo x OC

Summary: Echo and the twins try to surprise Leli for mother's day, but things don't quite go according to plan.

Author's note: FINALLY. This is a very very late and very very silly mother's day fic. Echo and Leli rot my brain constantly, so I figured I'd share some of that brainrot with you all.

The twins are still young here and have some trouble pronouncing their r's, so buir comes out as boo.

Once again, thank you to the lovely @seriowan for letting me use the names for Echo's twins. It's been a while since I've written anything so this may be a little rough. Sorry in advance! Hope you enjoy!

Warnings: none that I can think of.

Mornings on Pabu were so peaceful. The breeze rustled the trees, carrying with it the soothing scent of ocean brine. The early morning rays filtered through the thin curtains at the window and warmed Leli's face as she lay in bed listening to the gentle crash of the waves against the shoreline. The sound was almost enough to lull her back to sleep. She much preferred it over the sound of traffic. Life was slow here. It had been a big adjustment coming from the hustle and bustle of Coruscant, but the island had grown on her. She still missed the city, and the salty sea air had made her curls untenable, but she could honestly see herself building a life here. A place where her kids could grow up happy and safe...

C R A S H

The sound made her bolt upright.

Spoke too soon.

Instinctively she reached out for Echo, but her hand landed against the empty mattress. His side of the bed lay in a disheveled heap. Her stomach dropped and her heart started beating a mile a minute, shaking any remnants of sleep from her system. No matter how remote Pabu may be, Leli knew the state of the galaxy and she wasn’t going to take any chances, not with her sons’ safety on the line.

She unlocked the drawer of her nightstand and pulled out the blaster that Rex had given her. Slowly, she made her way out of the room, creeping silently down the hallway to check the boys’ room. Fear gripped her heart when she saw their beds empty, but she steeled herself and made her way towards the source of the noise.

The acrid smell of smoke hung in the air. Had someone set their house on fire? Leli’s grip tightened around the frame of the blaster, finger resting against the trigger guard, ready and waiting. Hushed commotion came from the kitchen, muffled voices carried out into the hall. She pressed forward, her back pressed against the wall as she neared the kitchen entrance. As she drew closer, the voice became clearer.

"Quinn get your fingers out of the batter-”

“SKYLAR DO NOT TOUCH THAT"

"Be careful Sky, you're gonna drop all the eggs.”

“Quinn please, save some berries for your mother.”

She heard Echo before she saw him and it made her smile. She pressed a hand against her chest, relief flooding her system.  All the tension left her body in an instant, shoulders sagging as she let out a soft sigh.She peered around the corner to see what all the fuss was and it took everything in her to keep from bursting into a fit of laughter. 

The kitchen was a disaster. The sink was piled high with dishes and the counter was barely visible, littered with various ingredients and utensils. A wad of soggy paper towels lay on the floor, floating in what looked to be about a half gallon’s worth of spilled milk.

Echo stood at the center of it all, covered in pancake batter and looking more exhausted than she’d ever seen. Their twin sons, Quinn and Sky, sat on the counter giggling amidst the chaos.

“I thought you boys were gonna help me.” He grumbled, scomp arm resting on his hip. Sky’s face lit up.

“I help, boo!” He exclaimed proudly. The nearly three year old reached over, picked up an egg in his chubby toddler hands and promptly cracked it right onto the counter. 

Echo deflated, shoulders sagging as he looked at the mess. 

“Thank you, son. That was very helpful.” He sighed, voice dripping with sarcasm that was lost on the twins. 

Not one to be outdone, Quinn puffed out his chest and reached for the nearest thing. “I help too, boo!”

“Wait no-!”

Before Echo could stop him Quinn tipped the box of pancake mix off the counter. It looked like a smoke grenade had gone off in the kitchen, the whole room disappeared in a puff of white as the box hit the floor. When the dust settled the kitchen and her family were coated in a thin layer of mix. Leli had to bite the inside of her cheek to keep from laughing. The scene was just too precious.

Echo scrubbed his hand over his face, smearing some stray pancake batter in the process. Quinn and Sky sat giggling away on the counter, looking like two mischievous powdered donuts, extremely pleased with the mess they had made. Echo, however, was not nearly as pleased. He was all pursed lips and furrowed brow, arms crossed over his chest as he eyed the culprits.

“Uh-oh.” Quinn ducked his head, trying and failing to look even slightly apologetic, unable to wipe the grin from his face.  

“Uh-oh is right, kid.” Echo huffed. “Mom’s not gonna be happy if she sees this.”

“In his defense,” Leli said finally, stepping out from her hiding place and leaning against the entryway to the kitchen. "You kinda set yourself up for that one, Eck."

"Angel!" Echo turned to face her, wide-eyed. He smoothed a hand over his ruined apron--her apron-- and leaned against the counter in a feeble attempt to obscure the mess. "Ah- you're awake." 

"Kinda hard to sleep when I’ve got an active warzone in my kitchen."

"Fair enough,.” His eyes drifted down to the blaster hanging at her side. “Whoa, what were you planning on doing with that?"

"I take my beauty sleep very seriously." She said, flipping the safety on before placing the blaster high up in one of the cabinets, far away from curious toddler hands. Echo chuckled at that. 

"No kidding."

Leli dusted off one of her sons, ruffling his dark brown curls, then scooped him up in her arms, resting him on her hip. Sky nuzzled close to her, smearing remnants of egg over the exposed skin of her neck as he wrapped his arms around her. She scrunched up her nose at the feeling. 

"Care to explain yourselves boys?" 

Echo grinned sheepishly in response, rubbing his hand along the back of his neck. 

"Well we were gonna try and surprise you with breakfast in bed, but uh-- things didn’t quite go according to plan.” 

You can say that again.

Leli’s eyes scanned over the messy countertop; amidst the chaos sat a plate of pancakes, slightly burnt and messily topped with whipped cream and strawberries (though it looked like someone had already taken a few bites from them). Her heart swelled at the sight.

“Sorry about the mess. I'll clean it up, I swear.”

“I know,” She said playfully, though it sounded more like ‘you’d better’. Her gaze shifted between the mess on the counter and the mess that was her family. “You did all this for me?”

“It’s not much,” Echo said awkwardly, rubbing the back of his neck. Leli looked up at him, her smile bright enough to give the rising sun a run for its money. There may have been tears in her eyes, but her couldn’t be sure

“It’s perfect.” She stepped towards him and placed a gentle kiss to his cheek, careful to avoid the smear of batter. “Thank you so much.”

Leli gave each of the twins a little kiss in turn, grinning at their delighted little squeals. Echo deftly scooped Quinn up with his good arm and leaned into Leli, placing a kiss to her temple.

“Happy Mother’s Day, Angel.”

My Retro-Cartoon Ramblings, Part 6

We've hit a lot in the past 5 sections here. Its important to understand that TV at the time was, in general, more ridiculous. The only reason MASK was on Saturday morning in animation and Knight Rider was on in the evenings was a matter of budget. They sold us toys of both.

If they could have afforded to give KITT flip out wings and laser blasters on the FX budget from day one, you know they would have. They eventually did make the car fly, and it was boss.

(Can't show the good version of the opening song because its not on YT anymore, so here's the song, and a rare promo to show just a sample of the madness)

For complicated reasons I didn't get to watch a lot of cartoons on Saturday, and so a lot of what I watched came on Sunday, much of it thanks to Nickelodeon. This was one of my favorite shows. No one else I knew watched it. No one knew it existed.

(most of the English stuff is vanished from online, but here's a touch of the french version).

I would try and tell people about it, and they would ask if I dreamed it up. Because, it's about these two children who get lost in a cave and wind up in an underground kingdom, where they're found by the secret kingdom of legless undergrounders, whose star is slowly dying.

The children of this lost civilization, with the help of two ancient pangolins that may be robots or may be cyborgs create a legged goddess figure who, with Spartakus, who might be that Sparatkus but probably isn't, must save the inner sun from dying or all earth dies.

Throughout this, they are hunted by Radio Pirates who seem to be a Frenchman's stereotype of British hoodlums. Plus points: Body positivity, kickin' tunes. Bad points: they're slavers! (boo!)

If you feel like you've just been recruited into a cult, it isn't unjustified (and I should know), because while none of my peers or parents believed I'd actually seen this damn show, it presents its belief in the world of the sun beneath the sea with almost reverent sincerity.

The whole thing is a surreal dream-logic journey through a multi-layered inner earth, visiting historical figures and weird hypothetical alien landscapes. In one particularly harrowing episode, they visit what is implied to be the New York of the far future...

Inhabited by nothing but a lone, kaiju-like creature that thinks one of the party is a doll or pet, one that is implied be a future human mutated beyond recognition. The episode opens with slow, silent pans over the city with low wind.

I adore the show from my memories and few scattered episodes I've been able to find. I actually ordered a figure of MassMedia from France, but it came with what appeared to have been an intentionally broken arm. I was super-bummed.

The one in the pic isn't mine. Its in a box someplace waiting for me to get the gumption to try and fix it. I mean, in what other context does that character design get an action figure? She got multiple! Turns out the original Les Mondes Engloutis was HUGE in France.

It would make a beautiful open world RPG, provided it could be kept as bafflingly strange as the source material.

Also there's an episode where one of the kids escapes the pirates by unionizing the crew!

Power Blending!!!✨

This is something I have been dying to do for a while. Given the nature of the fic,this was bound to come up so here we go!

Earth land magic and Twisted Wonderland magic are different but mix pretty well. Earth land magic spells can be cast by someone with twisted wonderland magic and vice versa. However, people with fairy tail magic can't overbolt.

Wizards can use magic while using the miraculous. How the magic blends depends on the miraculous and the magic. For example; if someone uses water magic and the fox miraculous. The flute can act as a wand or blaster.

It is possible to have both quirks and magic. However they are independent of each other

Duel spirits can be brought out by magic. However, compared to psychics,it is weak by comparison.

Forbidden spells are the same on all sides for good reason.

Idk how many people know about this but the amusement park Kings Island used to have a ride called “Phantom Theater”

It was very similar to Haunted Mansion, but with a theater theme. The main character of the attraction was The Maestro, and he had a very cool design.

The ride was closed down in 2002, and replaced with “Boo Blasters”.

But they it brought it back as a stage show called “Phantom Theater: Encore” in 2022-2023

I’ve kinda been fixating on Phantom Theater recently..

My thoughts upon playing Trouble In Paradise for the first time ever

I love the biomes!!!! A great natural expansion to the game’s world (and as a bonus, I looooove Dastardos slowly gliding from the desert to reap your piñatas, it’s just… cinema)

Truthfully, I like the vibes of the original better, it was more homey and cozy

wtf is the star-wars-blaster sound effect that plays whenever you leave the garden boundary 😭

Why does Pester come so goddamn often?? Like in the original I thought it was maybe once or twice every in-game week, but now it’s like almost every day, back to back???

P Factor is absolutely hysterical. I thought it was from Pocket Paradise or smth, so imagine my utter GLEE upon realizing it was right at my fingertips after seeing screenshots all over my dash

Pester killed my Macaraccoon but I was able to time it so that I sold the life and piñata candies before he could eat them, so who’s the loser now, huh?????

speaking of which, I’d never seen Pester’s piñata killing animations, so here’s what I have to say 1) him eating the candy is so fucking creepy. I hate it, I hate it so much. 2) him giving you the L and shouting VICTORY IS MIIIINE is so iconic, and made me laugh so hard it almost made up for him killing my piñata

KING'S ISLAND RIDES RANKED

I went to King's Island for the first time today and, as a rollercoaster enthusiast I had to rank them. Also just want to talk about the park in general, so that will be after the list.

1. The Beast

This ride was amazing! 45 years old and the longest wooden rollercoaster in the world?? The tunnels, trees, and final spiral descent easily made this my favorite coaster of the day.

2. Orion

I'm a sucker for smooth ass rides, so I have to give Orion the edge over Diamondback for this one. Higher, faster, and smoother is better. :)

3. Diamondback

The unique feature of this B&M is it's length and steep drops. It has so many hills, and the helix elements are also amazing. I will say though, Diamondback and Orion's biggest weakness are their abrupt endings. Both end sharply on downhill and it just leaves a bad feeling in my gut, like both of them should have continued running quite a few feet further and coming to a more natural conclusion.

4. Mystic Timbers

This one fucks. It's very similar to Prowler at World's of Fun, but a bit better when it comes to the smoothness and of course, the theming and surprise ending just has a lot more to offer.

5. Backlot Stunt Coaster

This ride was a lot more fun than I thought it was going to be! Loved the dark tunnel and sharp turns.

6. The Racer

too rough, not super interesting.

13. The Banshee

Ride Patriot or Nemesis Inferno instead. The ride has a lot of intense G-forces and is pretty crazy, but it's too long and too rough for me. 0/10 worst inverted roller coaster ever.

I also really enjoyed the Boo Blasters on Boo Hill! It was very nice to have a few indoor dark rides at the park, something not so common unless you're at Disney or Universal. Ride broke down in the middle but I could continuously shoot the targets so I probably got the high score for the day with 4320 points.

Delirium and Drop Tower were very fun! Delirium makes for a good dryer after a water ride.

Also went on and enjoyed Charlie Brown's Log Adventure thingy, White Water Canyon, and Congo Falls. They weren't crazy or amazing by any means, but they did get me very wet and that was much appreciated as it was humid as heck today.

All in all I'm very impressed by King's Island. I'll have to make another post soon ranking my favorite parks and see where it goes. <3
